We worked with Amelia for both our wedding and my bridal shower, and I genuinely cannot imagine either celebration without her! She has this rare combination of being incredibly organized, thoughtful, creative, and genuinely wonderful to be around, and a way of taking care of everything around you while making you feel even more present in the moments that matter. For my bridal shower, Amelia worked closely with my mom to create the most beautiful and personal celebration. From the decor and games to the smallest details, everything felt so intentional. Throughout the planning process, she was also such a wonderful sounding board for my ideas while bringing her own expertise insight to help turn my vision into something even more special. For our wedding, Amelia was an absolute lifesaver! As someone who loves being involved in the details (and admittedly has a hard time letting go of them), having someone I trusted completely was invaluable. She created and communicated our timeline, coordinated with vendors, kept our families and bridal party organized, and took so many responsibilities off my plate. More importantly, she gave me the freedom to simply enjoy the experience alongside the people I love (and her!). What makes Amelia so special is the heart and energy she brings to everything she does. She was a constant source of positivity and reassurance, always anticipating what was needed and stepping in without hesitation. There were countless little things that made our wedding feel effortless, and I know Amelia was behind so many of those moments. I couldn't recommend her more, and we couldn't thank her enough!

iated most was how she worked with all of our vendors to create an incredible wedding day timeline that kept everything running smoothly without ever making the day feel rushed or stressful. She intentionally built in breaks, flexibility, and breathing room so we could actually relax and enjoy our wedding. She went above and beyond in so many ways, from helping steam dresses and organizing family and friends for photos to answering all of our questions (even the little things, like how much to tip vendors!). No detail was too small, and she always made us feel like everything was under control. Our wedding was a little nontraditional, with a cocktail-style reception rather than a formal seated dinner, and Amelia was instrumental in helping us think through the flow of the evening. She even helped us craft messaging for our DJ so guests would know what to expect, feel comfortable, and enjoy themselves throughout the night. What really stood out was her ability to be incredibly organized and on top of everything while still being warm, flexible, and calm. We never felt like we were being shuffled from one thing to the next. Instead, we felt like we could be fully present and enjoy the day knowing she had everything handled. Multiple friends and family members went out of their way to tell us how wonderful Amelia was, which says so much about the impression she made on everyone, not just us. We are so grateful to have had her as part of our wedding. She was truly incredible, and I couldn't recommend her more highly!
