I've had the pleasure of booking Rachel for TWO very special occasions—my wedding and one of my murder mystery parties—and when I tell you she exceeded my expectations BOTH times, I mean exactly that! First, let's talk about my wedding, because Rachel truly helped make that day EPIC! Her charcuterie presentation and setup were absolutely BEAUTIFUL! Everything was thoughtfully arranged, visually stunning, and presented with such elegance and attention to detail. It wasn't just a table with meats, cheeses, and accompaniments. It was an entire experience that added a special touch of sophistication to our celebration! Now, here's what really impressed me. At the LAST MINUTE, our wedding guest count increased unexpectedly. If I could give 20 stars, I would! We used Chapman's Cheese & Charcuterie catering for my birthday party and everyone raved about it! The sweet cart they put together with a delightful range of flavors and options was spot on! I especially loved the cart and serve approach as it helped manage keeping people happy while avoiding an overly "fingered" charcuterie spread. Rachel Chapman was a super responsive and kind person to work with. I highly recommend this company for any/all catering needs!
