Champagne Toast

h timelines and offered suggestions for the perfect flow. Their song portal is easy to follow so you can tailor your music preferences, and we went over final details a few times before the big day. Ken was available via text too when we decided to add in a photobooth the week of (best decision!) We’re sad our wedding day has come and gone, but so ecstatic with our decision to work with Champagne Toast!

, the outro song was everything I dreamt of, and during the reception, he got the party started! Everyone stayed on the dance floor until the very end! Music is very important to us, especially to my husband, as he is a musician, and he really knocked it out of the park! Our family and friends haven’t stopped talking about how good the music was! Brian was so personable, one of the nicest guys you’ll ever meet and guided me through every step of the way! Thank you so much Brian, and the team at Champagne Toast!

nd there was never a dull moment. He cut our first dance songs exactly where we wanted and made for an amazing experience overall!

d keep the dance floor alive and ensure that our guests and wedding party felt respected. He showed great patience and professionalism even when guests wouldn't leave him alone about requests, and he stuck with our agreement regarding which requests he would honor and which were on our do-not-play list. Champagne Toasts portal was easy to use, and its integration with Spotify made it easy for us to put together playlists on the go and then later put them in the system. Overall, we're very pleased with both the setup and execution of the music and lighting of our wedding.

ut 20 songs on my reception playlist and he filled the gaps just amazingly. All the love to you Brian and thank you for giving us the best night ever.

the evening. Even more so, we really appreciated how he took our preferences to heart, checked in with us to ensure everything was how we wanted, and overall created a wedding music vibe that really matched us and what we wanted from the evening. We can’t thank you enough!!

e and confident we made the right choice. Brian was wonderful. He checked in with us throughout the night making sure everything was on track. He kept the energy high on the dance floor making it a party we will never forget. We have had multiple people reach out to us giving us praises for such a wonderful DJ and overall experience. Thank you so much for the best night of our lives!!

r day. From planning the timeline, to picking play/do not play songs, his communication was phenomenal. Our entire wedding was dancing all night - the playlist was amazing - and our guests raved about how great of a DJ Brian was! Highly, highly recommend hiring Champagne Toast!!

d everything was perfect! The online planning portal makes it easy to organize and plan all song requests. Chris made sure to play all our must play songs and picked songs that matched our vibe for the others. Could not recommend champagne toast enough!

On the big night, the music was exactly what my guests and I wanted. No complaints here :)

and reception, Brian made everything flow smoothly and had us dancing all night long. I feel completely confident in all of their services they offer and would absolutely recommend them to anyone in need of DJ services of any kind.

hey were super flexible. We added uplighting a week before and made ceremony music changes the morning of the wedding. Brian went along with all our crazy last minute changes and reassured us it would all work out. And it did! Brian did an amazing job using our chosen songs and adding in some that matched our vibe. He kept the night flowing and was instrumental in making sure everyone gave us privacy for our final dance. I can’t recommend them enough. Thank you Brian for putting up with us! 😅

l of our questions and kept everyone on the dance floor ALL night long. They have an online portal where you can choose songs beforehand to be played during the reception, which I found helpful. Brian knew exactly what to play and how to keep everyone dancing. I highly recommend them to anyone planning their wedding!!

eception, our DJ Brain would come up to us making sure we were ready for whatever was next and reading the crowd and making sure key people were in the room for everything!

nline system for requests was super easy to use, and any phone calls/meetings were quick and very helpful for organizing our big day. We also got a photo booth and phone guest book; both services were a highlight of the night. We highly recommend the entire Champagne Toast team!

and had the dance floor going all night long!

oo. Every selection we chose was played on point, even the song for my grandmother's birthday was perfectly timed. He interacted professionally with us throughout the night, and coordinated amazingly with the venue staff, other vendors and the wedding party. Couldn't be happier with how it went, thanks Brian! off the phone with Brian all of our worries were relieved. They were so great to work with! The online portal was easy to use and integrated with my Spotify making it so easy for my husband and I to add songs. You will not go wrong with Champagne toast as your dj choice!

th the services we received from Champagne Toast! Brian, our DJ, was absolutely phenomenal. From the start, we had access to an online music portal where we could create custom playlists and even upload songs from our Spotify library. The portal also had a detailed timeline of the day, including the names of everyone that he needed to announce during the reception and the list of songs to play for special moments. Brian seamlessly handled music for every part of our wedding from the ceremony, the cocktail hour, the entrances, dinner, and of course, the reception. Brian also helped us come up with some ideas to get a picture with every table during the Table Dash game and to help get everyone on the dance floor with the Longest Couple Dance. One thing that was especially important to my husband was playing music in English and Spanish. My husband is Puerto Rican, so we made sure to stress how important it was to blend the two cultures during the reception music, and Brian was happy to oblige! The dance floor was lively and packed the entire night, and he seamlessly mixed music in both languages; my husband was especially impressed that he even played some songs in Spanish that we hadn’t had on our Must Play list from the online portal. The dance floor was packed the entire reception and everyone had an absolute blast! During our last meeting with Brian, we talked about doing uplighting around the dance floor. These lights could be synced to the music so they would go along with the beat and amplify the party energy of the reception. Once we saw the lights we could not have been happier! They added a wonderful splash of color and kept the dance floor illuminated throughout the dancing. We also decided to have a photobooth from Champagne Toast at our wedding. We opted for the iPad photobooth option. We were able to select a backdrop ahead of time on their website, and they brought tons of fun props to choose from. Everyone had an amazing time taking photos throughout the evening! Numerous guests told us how much fun they had with the photobooth and how impressed they were with Eric, our photobooth attendant; he was courteous and professional and made sure everyone looked great in the photos! We loved that we got an online gallery where we could see all the photos and download them. One of our guests even loved it so much that they booked the same photobooth the next day! Champagne Toast played a huge role in making our wedding day unforgettable, and we can’t recommend them enough!

ative, easy going and day of he was so great at making sure everything was exactly what I wanted. If you need a Dj to get people on the dance floor book with Champagne Toast! Thank you Brian for rocking it once again!

Would highly recommend Champagne Toast for any occasion

st was prompt, professional, and full of energy. Vito was especially accommodating with including our dogs, Frank and Burt, by introducing them at the reception which was a huge hit. We cannot recommend them more.

d most professional!!

mazing! Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

daughter song had quite a few tweaks we wanted to make it work for us in terms of where we wanted cut and speed of song and Brian was patient and delivered. The dance floor was nonstop all night - Brian took all of our music and read the room perfectly. So happy with this night! Ken was also super kind whenever I called with questions. Absolutely recommend them.

r friendly. It helped guide us through what music we needed to pick out. It also had different features to help us pick songs. Brian was so helpful and calm during our wedding. He really did an amazing job and I felt like I had not one thing to worry about since he took care of it all. Our dance floor was packed the entire night. We heard from many of our guests that they loved the music he played!! We really just wanted everyone to have fun and that is exactly what happened. We would choose champagne toast every single time- especially Brian!!

but at the end of the day I just really loved that Champagne Toast knew our venue well and worked there often. Choosing a vendor that is local to the venue I find really helpful because they know the space and can help you default to a rain plan easily. Worried about people hearing your ceremony- no worries if the DJ goes there often. They know the acoustics. They set up a portal with us to share what music we wanted for our ceremony and reception. The only hiccup in the whole day was that we had to switch the order of the dances because my dad was not feeling well. The DJ was awesome and understanding and ready to go! Last but not least seeing how into it Jeff got during dancing was amazing. His personality is just the best and he is so go with the flow! Such a great decision!!!!

He knew exactly what we needed and made sure everyone had a great time.

complaints about how great they were!

oking through Ken was amazing. He was always there if a question needed to be answered. We also booked the Classic Photo booth and it was a hit with our guests! Highly recommend adding on the guestbook to look back at all the fun your guests had during your special day. Eric was the photo booth attendant and was very fun and professional. If you're looking for a fantastic entertainment group for your wedding, go with Champagne Toast Entertainment. You won't regret it.

, and reception music was perfect. All of our guests could hear everything clearly, even in an outdoor ceremony. Our dance floor was also absolutely packed all night, which is a testament to Brian's skills in song selection. Additionally, Brian helped us keep the wedding on the appropriate timeline despite a longer-than-expected wedding speech. We highly recommend Champagne Toast Entertainment!

repeatedly throughout the wedding to make sure all was as we wanted. He was professional and fun. He did a fantastic job reading the crowd. And he was amazing with all the kiddos we had!! When the couple we had arranged a special request for missed the song because they were wrangling their kids, he replayed it later when they were present without anyone asking him to. The day wouldn’t have been the same without him. He was a key part in making ours the perfect wedding!!

read the room and seamlessly blend different music styles ensured that everyone, from our grandparents to our friends, had a great time. Brian’s professionalism and friendly demeanor made the whole process easy and enjoyable. We highly recommend him to anyone looking for a top-notch DJ who will make their special day unforgettable! Thank you Champagne Toast!

was in contact with us prior to the event to build the structure of the evening and was always approachable. He was experienced and had excellent ideas for the evening. Several guests who spoke to him even commented on how cool and nice of a guy John was. We would definitely recommend Champagne Toast for your wedding or other special event.

reciated their planning tools and guidance. Everyone at my daughter’s wedding, from youngest to oldest, had a great time! I would also like to add that their Photo Booth was also awesome! Everyone loved the props and the photos are great souvenirs! We could not be happier!

website for choosing songs and order of events, the planning was seamless. Brian was our DJ for the night and he reviewed the info we wrote into the event form on the website a week or two before the wedding to make sure we didn't miss anything. I had worried I would forget the order of things but Brian kept us updated throughout the night on what was to come next. I highly recommend champagne toast for your next event! Amazing, Amazing, Amazing!

want the party to end — our venue said they have never seen a dance floor packed for so long. John read the room well and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. One guest even asked if she could have our playlist after the wedding. He also did an amazing job editing a few songs for us, and was very responsive. We were very happy with John & the Champagne Toast team!

, logistics and options. They provided mics for our ceremony which were discreet yet effective. We gave our must playlist/do not play list as well as specific songs for certain moments in the reception and otherwise let him take the reins. The songs he chose were spot on for our music taste and he really nailed our style. The dance floor was jam packed all night with varying slow and fast songs as well as old and new songs. Our mirror photobooth and attendant Eric were also awesome. There were a large variety of backdrops and options for personalization. Eric sampled a few right beforehand to confirm which ones we liked best. He was great to work with and the booth was busy all night! The link to the digital files was sent to us after the event which has been great to go through and see all the pictures and be able to save and share with people. We are so happy we used Champagne Toast for our wedding and look forward to seeing them at events in the future!
