I met Chambers Creative (CC) at the Bridal Bazaar & immediately felt like I needed to let them help me. I went home & raved about them to my fiancé. We had been engaged for 2 years...
& done absolutely nothing. I was in my last year of graduate school & my fiancé had just started a new job, everyone thought we were nuts for starting to plan a wedding but with CC we had ZERO stress. In a year CC planned everything & gave us a stunning & incredibly fun wedding. CC helped with color scheme, FaceTimed while we looked at invites, drove with us to venues, recommended food trucks, rentals, provided price comparison sheets & took our gorgeous engagement photos/wedding photos. All their recommendations were awesome (especially the DJ!!). On our wedding day we had zero issues, zero responsibilities & zero stress!
We had to cancel our wedding due to Covid-19 and I'm STILL here writing a review about how freaking AWESOME Kara is. It became clear quickly after hiring her that we made a really ...
good decision. She is laid back but attentive to detail, supports your vision but is honest when she thinks something won't work. She helped me navigate challenging conversations with family with grace. She is highly professional, organized, and responsive. Her affordable preferred vendor list was incredibly helpful. More than anything, Kara has a wonderful energy and we are bummed to not collaborate with her this August. Look no further - hire Kara now!

ick to respond to our emails, and overall such a positive person. I would 100% recommend her to any of my friends and family getting married in SD.

tly what I wanted for my wedding aesthetic, so I relied on Kara to put together all of the decor details. And WOW, when I saw our venue all set up it literally brought tears to my eyes! She magically understood everything I wanted, but couldn’t quite articulate, and it was PERFECT. Kara also had a list of “preferred vendors” that did amazing work and were affordable. We ended up saving a ton of money from using her suggestions! Not to mention she is funny, relaxed and always eager to help. I can’t emphasize how amazing Chambers Creative is. Book her now!!!

ara goes out of her way to make that happen. She was is an amazing professional and has put on one of the most beautiful weddings I hosted. I look forward to working with her. If you want a coordinator to make sure you not only are married, but give you everything else you imagined she's t he one for you.
Chambers Creative did Day-Of coordination for our wedding in October 2018. It was so beautiful!
In addition to the day-of coordination, Kara kept me relaxed in the wedding planning...
process, made sure I was on schedule with getting things booked, and helped keep the planning process fun!
Just prior to the wedding, she called all my vendors and made contact with them ensuring their services for our wedding day.
Day-of, she handled everything at the reception venue. She was the point of contact for the vendors. She made sure all the vendors made their drop-offs on time and she set up much of my decor. She also coordinated the break down so my family didn't need to worry much about that.
I loved working with Kara! If your needs are similar to mine, you'll do most the planning, you might need some creative or logistical help along the way, and you need someone to set up/run the show so you can go get married and enjoy yourself, then Chambers Creative is an excellent choice!
We were so happy we hired Chambers Creative for this.
