Cescaphe Weddings

use. From beginning to end, every single detail was handled with professionalism, warmth, and care, and the entire experience exceeded every expectation we had. From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable. The valet attendants greeted everyone with such kindness and efficiency, the front desk staff made all of our guests feel welcomed immediately, and every server throughout the weekend was attentive, friendly, and absolutely top-notch. A special thank you to Morgan, who went above and beyond and made everyone feel so taken care of all night long. MiKale, Shannon, and Ceara were simply phenomenal. They anticipated every need before we even had to ask and made sure every single piece of the weekend flowed perfectly. Planning a wedding can be stressful, but they made us feel calm, supported, and confident the entire time. Their attention to detail and genuine care for our family truly showed. Everything was fabulous — the bridal suite, the ceremony, the reception, the after-party, and even the brunch the next morning. Every space was beautiful, organized, and seamlessly run. The atmosphere throughout the entire weekend was elegant, joyful, and unforgettable. And the food — WOW. Every single guest raved about how incredible it was. We heard over and over again that it was some of the best wedding food people had ever had. The service matched the quality of the food perfectly. Guests could not stop talking about how attentive and professional the staff was from the very beginning of the day until the very end of the celebration. One moment that perfectly summed up the level of service happened during the reception when a guest accidentally spilled water on a table. Within seconds, the staff swooped in like a race car pit crew — replacing the tablecloth, resetting the place settings, and completely fixing everything so quickly and smoothly that it barely interrupted the evening. It was honestly amazing to watch and showed how experienced and prepared this team truly is. The Switch House is not just a wedding venue — it is an experience. Every employee we encountered made our family and guests feel special, celebrated, and cared for. The professionalism, organization, hospitality, and genuine kindness of the staff are unmatched. We are beyond grateful for everything they did to make my daughter’s wedding absolutely perfect. It was a magical weekend we will never forget, and we cannot recommend The Switch House highly enough. If you are considering having your wedding or event there, do it — you will be blown away.

ease throughout the planning process. The event space itself was absolutely beautiful, and having everything bundled together - from catering to set up and even fun extras - made the whole experience stress-free and highly customizable to our needs. Our event manager was a true professional, working closely with us for a month before the wedding to ensure every detail was perfect. She even went above and beyond to accommodate some of our guests with severe food allergies, handling it seamlessly so everyone could enjoy the night worry-free. We're so grateful to the entire Cescaphe team for helping make our special day truly unforgettable.

he team. Emily was our day of coordinator and she took our vision and made it better ten fold. She made me feel so calm in the entire process and helped me enjoy every second of day, rather than being nervous or stressed. I can’t recommend Cescaphe, The Lucy and Emily enough!

other guests! Being able to just head downstairs the morning of our wedding was perfect. The bridal getting ready suite was HUGE and the most perfect spot to get ready in – it also had a bridal dress suite attached to it which was perfect for getting into my dress and some portraits. There is also another suite that is where my husband took some pictures, and where we all were prior to the ceremony. We had a ceremony onsite, which was perfect! Cocktail hour was exceptional – the amount of food and the quality of service is something all of our guests are still talking about! Our Maitre D was incredible – if my drink was close to finished or the ice had melted, I had my drink replaced without even having to ask. They kept us on track throughout the whole day (my day of event coordinator was Erin Quiles and she was fabulous to work with leading up to the wedding and on the wedding day). I cannot stress enough how much my guests loved the ease of the venue (all being in one spot) and how much they enjoyed the services, drinks, and food.

ly incredible, both the day of and throughout the entire planning process. She was so organized, patient, and kind-helping calm our nerves and ensuring that we would have a perfect evening. The chefs outdid themselves, our families cannot stop talking about the food! My parents love to tell people that when the chefs came out, everyone stopped to give them a round of applause! Our personal and family attendants helped make everything run so smoothly and allowed us to enjoy the night. Cescaphe really is that good!!

hitectural gem-- you could put nothing in it and it's still absolutely breathtaking. As for the planning process with Cescaphe, it was as easy and breezy as could be. We were planning from afar in TN so everything besides our initial venue tour was done virtually. Devan was our 'concierge' who was able to keep us on track with the timeline and provide recommendations. She was always quick to get us answers to any questions and it was nice to have a dedicated member of their team to correspond with! At the 3-month mark we were handed off to Hannah who was ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE! If you have the honor of working with her, consider yourself so lucky. She was so responsive and on top of things, and her calming demeanor was perfect for the day of the wedding. Her attention to detail was also incredible. I think she picked up every single little thing I said during our calls. Our maitre d' was Mu who was equally as impressive as Hannah. I don't think my husband or I had an empty glass in our hands the entire night! Which is also the reason why I only made it to the bar once to see Tim, our head bartender, but from what I heard from ALL of our guests, he was great as well. All of our guests raved about the food-- the spread for cocktail hour, the entrees, and the dessert spread. Cescaphe really does have it down to a science! If you're thinking about Down Town Club, or I'm sure any of Cescaphe's other venues, I'd highly recommend it!

d FOOD!) is top-tier. Cannot recommend enough! Wish we could live this day all over again.

weather and many of our guests coming from out of town. We landed on the Bellevue after a recommendation from the Bridal shop I got my dress from and couldn't have been happier. Despite the fact that when we initially went to look at XIX it was under construction and we couldn't see anything other than the ceilings, everyone at Cescaphe including Lexi & Cara ensured us that we would be good to go come January 2025. They were right. Our guests loved the beauty of the hotel, the quality and selection of the food, and overall how well organized everything was - they really felt like they were getting VIP treatment! With Cescaphe's recommended vendors, everything was well coordinated and the day went amazing. I really couldn't be happier! Highly recommend Cescaphe and XIX.

own guests. The venue was beautiful, the food fantastic, and the staff was so easy to work with. Great venue for a wedding!

hing we could have imagined. Emily, our event manager, was an absolute dream to work with. She made every step of the planning process easy, stress-free, and so well-organized. The entire Cescaphe team treated us with such care and attention, ensuring that every little detail was perfect. One of the standout perks of booking with Cescaphe was the multiple date nights leading up to the wedding, where we got to enjoy incredible food and get excited for our big day. The full-package service they offer is truly unmatched—everything from linens and table décor to an incredible 1.5-hour cocktail hour was included, making planning so much easier. The food was absolutely next level. Our guests are still raving about the incredible meals and the unforgettable dessert bar! We even had a private meal prepared by the chef, who personally came out to speak with us and our entire family—a touch that made the night even more special. Each of our family members had their own dedicated staff, making us feel like absolute royalty. Cescaphe doesn’t just host weddings; they create once-in-a-lifetime experiences. If you’re looking for a stunning venue, impeccable service, and a truly stress-free wedding day, this is the place. I can’t imagine getting married anywhere else! Thank you!

ranklin Bridge. During the day it was stunning and at night it was even more spectacular. Cescaphe itself is amazing. The provide you with assistance from day 1, assigning you to a "concierge" who helps you find the rest of your vendors. Ours was Devan, she was lovely and very responsive to any and all questions. Cescaphe hosts events every few months at rotating venues that are complimentary to their couples where you get to try the appetizers, meals, and desserts, as well as signature cocktails, and you get to see and speak with tons of vendors from the area. Then about 2-3 months out you get assigned your event manager who becomes your day-of coordinator. They truly walk you through every step. Our guests raved about how gorgeous the venue was and how fantastic the food was. On your actual wedding day, you get assigned your own lead server/maitre d who will be sure to bring you food and drinks all night so that you don't forget to eat and drink. A special shout out as well to Zoe and Mu, who were our event manager and maitre d respectively, they were both amazing and helped make our day so special. I could not recommend Cescaphe more highly. If I could give 6 stars I would!

ith stunning details that made everything feel just right. We had about 115 guests, and Tendenza provided the ideal setting for such an intimate and beautiful celebration. The wedding group, Cescaphe, did a phenomenal job catering to our every need. They were so helpful, responsive, and made sure that every last detail was flawless. Our event coordinator, Amanda, was amazing—she ensured everything went according to plan and was there to handle every little thing, so we could just enjoy the day. I cannot recommend Cescaphe and Tendenza enough for anyone looking for a seamless, elegant wedding experience. Thank you for making our day unforgettable!

ld to book with being Cescaphe. As someone who was unfamiliar with Cescaphe, I had only heard lofty things about them. My now sister in law had a wedding with the group and I only heard legendary stories of service and food. Many people who were there had told me it was the "best weeding they had ever been too." Needless to say I had high expectations lol. When contacting them, I knew they were right immediately. They were so unbelievably responsive. I'm very keen on great customer service, so internally I was feeling special and taken care of. We set up tours of all of the beautiful venues we were interested in, and were given straightforward options with zero BS. When working with other wedding groups I've heard horror stories regarding hidden fees or add ons but not with this company. They were so transparent you could have been illiterate and it made sense. After personalized tours followed by them answering every question you could think of, we eventually landed on the gorgeous venue located on S. Broad Street called "The Lucy." They worked with us in getting great pricing for our budget, and from there catered everything in their power to make sure our wedding was customized to us. I felt like we were preparing to get married at an all inclusive, with it all being managed by the amazing event coordinator Emily Goodrich. DETAILS PEOPLE. Cescaphe cares about every last one of them. I was stunned to the level of food options and customization of every preference from which flavor of the delicious sorbet we wanted (which I didn't know I needed lol) to the very trim on EVERY layer of the cake. Hell, we even got a customized ice sculpture included where somehow the artist got our own cat in the "LOVE" sign wearing an Eagles hat. Again lol DETAILS. The wedding day was perfect and magical. We had to pinch ourselves. It was a production but executed exceptionally in every area. Emily, our coordinator made us feel like VIP's with personal assistants. The entire day she made sure we and our parents were waited on exclusively, so no matter the amount "hellos" we made sure to give to all of our guests, we had a drink in our hand and something to eat. Butler service for every second. I have never had this level of service in my life. I seriously cannot make this up. FOOD. Cescaphe has the best food. Ontop of the 40+ hors d’o'euvres, Cescaphes dinner options made the evening even more special. Every meal was ordered at the table with the temperature of every steak taken directly there as well. I had one of if not the best meal of my life that night. Couples there is a surprise!! Oh yeah and we had a breakfast buffet after dinner. We were stuffed. In closing I hope every person gets this level of care and thoughtfulness to details on their wedding day. It made it truly magical and created memories we will never forget. It may have been our wedding, but I personally feel that was the best wedding I have ever been too. Other people have told us this lol. YOU DESERVE THE BEST!! Hire Cescaphe and your day will be the best day of your life. Thanks again to Cescaphe and Emily for being the very best at their craft. You are the absolute gold standard of wedding companies in Philadlephia.

Everyone we’ve talked to RAVED about the food and how nice everything was. Their package and the value for cost were unmatched

xpertise as a high end wedding factory. It isn't cheap, but it is a good value for the near all inclusive experience they provide. They are truly professionals who take care of everything from start to finish. I loved that they provide "wedding planning light" services from start to finish. Taylor, who worked with us at Water Works as our last mile / day of team was amazing and went above and beyond to make everything perfect, corralling our other vendors, etc. I loved working with Cescaphe and would recommend.

as PERFECT and FUN and GORGEOUS. We were nervous we may get a bit of a formal or cookie cutter wedding, but our Event Manager, Shaina, made sure it was perfectly tailored to us. It truly felt like the full day was built around us - because it was! On the day, I didn’t feel an ounce of stress. We were taken care of by our Maitre D, Franco, who was such a calm, fun, and reliable partner throughout the whole day and night. I CANNOT express how wonderful Shaina and the team at the DTC was. You get so much bang for your buck, people are still raving about the food, cake, ice sculpture, ambiance and more! Thank you to the whole team, we are so grateful you’ll forever be in our memories of the best day ever.

floor plan, they were able to make our vision happen in the end exactly how we imagined. Communication was always prompt. Franco was the greatest Maitre d' we could have imagined. He did a great job of helping us to relax and enjoy the night but also keeping us on track for various obligations like cake cutting, dances, etc. He was professional but relaxed and always made sure we were well fed and had a drink in our hand and truly seemed like a friend we would have invited to the wedding! Zoe was our main coordinator inside of 3 months and was timely with her communication and flexible with our various requests. Thanks so much to their team for making our wedding day wonderful!

what we had to accomplish over the next year (e.g., 12 month mark, 8 month mark, and so on). We also had various scheduled planning calls with a Planning Coordinator, Devan, and Event Manager, Shaina, who helped us with every last detail of making our wedding perfect such as timeline, entree selections, our cake, etc. On wedding day we also had a materdee, Dario, who checked in on us and got us cocktails when we needed, water when needed, and also prepared a beautiful spread of cocktail hour highlights post ceremony where we had a moment to ourselves. Overall, unreal experience with Cescaphe and I would recommend them to anyone looking to get married in Philadelphia area. Thank you Cescaphe team, Shaina, Dario, Devan for everything!

omeone. If you have a vision they will make it happen. Cescaphe kept us on a timeline and made sure my party was perfectly planned down to the minute. Oh and I planned this whole wedding half way across the country! Seamless!!

y compliments from our guests. Cescaphe was great to work with from start to finish, the whole process was super easy. We were most impressed with the day-of. Everything ran so smoothly, the Cescaphe team took care of every little detail. The staff made us feel so special on our wedding day. I would highly recommend Cescaphe for anyone! It was truly a perfect day thanks to Cescaphe.

ur guests also enjoyed the courtyard throughout the reception for cigar smoking, cornhole, and mingling away from the very busy dancefloor. The venue itself is spacious and well-decorated, with tons of natural light, new wood floors, and the incredible mosaic in the atrium. All of our guests raved about the food (it really is that incredible), the staff (so accommodating!), and the seamlessness of coordination with the Cescaphe trolley. We planned most of the wedding from California, and felt very comfortable working with Joanna who accommodated our schedule and virtual meeting needs. Our maitre’d was Marsi, who was responsive, patient, and kind - she made sure we ate all night and kept us on time for everything. The bridal suite was absolutely necessary - we used it a lot for staging, changing, and taking a moment for ourselves. If you can swing it, Cescaphe is the best!

we connected with: Water Works in Philly. We actually both went to Drexel, which you could see from the reception area. Back when we first starting dating, there was a restaurant there, we had even had a date night at the restaurant, so the Water Works had everything lined up. They had the best rain plan because the wedding would be the same rain or shine, which was important to us because we were getting married at a rainy time of the year (and of course it rained on our day). Every person who attended our day just raved about the food (and the bar lol). The best part of our experience at Water Works was the event manager there, Lexi. We absolutely ADORE her. She was thorough, responsive and kind. She was our girl and she made every part of our experience memorable. She could even handle some tough questions and anticipated our needs before we even asked. I could not say enough nice things about her. Every time I looked up she was hustling and moving. She seemed to be in every place at once on our day, attending to us and also our guests and making sure everything went to plan. She really made our day special and I appreciate her so much. Thank you thank you Lexi & the Cescaphe team that made our day magical.

ond what I ever expected! The day itself was so amazing it felt like a dream! From the food waiting for us in the bridal suit to the crazy amazing dessert everything was perfect!! Our maître d’ Marci (not sure if that’s how it’s spelled) was magnificent and went above and beyond all expectations! She had my dress bustled in 5 minutes and that is no easy feat that thing had a mind of its own! But everyone was absolutely amazing and I couldn’t have asked for it to have gone any better!!

before we booked with them, but had never been to a Cescaphe wedding before. And to be honest, we were a little worried. We're not over-the-top type of people, and our family and friends are from a variety of backgrounds. We wanted to create a great experience for all of our guests that was luxurious, but still felt accessible. We knew that our day would be great, but we doubted that one company could do everything perfectly. We were wrong. Every step of the process was so incredibly professional and easy. We could not go 30 seconds without someone telling us it was the best wedding they had ever been to. Every bite of food was out of this world, from the steak and lobster tails down to the cookies that came with the coffee. Our cake was more perfect than I could have dreamed. Our parents were gobsmacked that they had their own server, and every worker we encountered was so kind. Our incredible planner and maitre d rolled with the punches of us moving the ceremony indoors because of unexpected torrential downpour. Our group showed up to the venue early to escape the weather, and we took over the space while everyone was still getting ready. Cescaphe greeted us with open arms and plates of food. Everyone at Cescaphe was so, so warm and professional with us throughout the process. We truly feel like they listened to attentively and created the best day of our lives -- a day we and all of our guests could truly enjoy. We simply cannot recommend them more.

h Chelsea, and Marci taking such good care of us on the big day, we had a dream team! Every time we see family or friends, we hear another good thing about the venue and food. The Lucy was our dream venue! Modern, yet classic, and absolutely beautiful. As we’ve all heard, the cocktail hour can’t be beat! But don’t worry, dinner and dessert are fantastic as well. My husband and I truly feel that we got a great value for all that Cescaphe offers. There were so many moments during the planning process when I thought, wow I definitely would have had to pay extra for that elsewhere. At the end of it all, we had our dream wedding and would have loved to have been guests! We're hoping someone we know will get married at a Cescaphe venue soon, so we can experience the other side of it all! Until then, I'll keep recommending the Cescaphe group to anyone planning a Philly wedding!

and Zoe from the Cescaphe team leading up to the event and they were both fantastic. They were very knowledgeable, responsive, friendly, and professional. They did a great job advocating for us and working with their team to make our night unique to us and accommodate our requests, big and small. Zoe was there for our event and did such an amazing job keeping everything running smoothly. The night went off without a hitch and everyone raved about the food and how accommodating the staff were. We also loved our matre di and the whole group of staff who made sure we were looked after during the wedding. They were always making sure we had a drink and were fed, which goes for our parents too. We also worked with Devan prior to the planning process and she was really helpful and coached us through the beginning stages. You are in amazing hands with Cescaphe, and you won’t regret working with them to host your wedding!

scaphe was amazing from start to finish. We started off working with Devan then we were passed on to Water Work's event manager, Lexi. Both Devan and Lexi were very helpful. Lexi was really our go-to person in the final months. She extremely detail oriented and efficient. Cescaphe makes everything super easy by including everything that you'd ever want for your cocktail hour and a half, reception dinner options, and dessert/cake. It's much less to worry about compared to other venues. They also helped us set up many of our vendors and our hotel room block. Lexi worked very well with our outside event planner, Lauren, from LJE Events. They worked seamlessly together on the day of as well. Lexi was proactive and make sure that all details for our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception were perfect. Lexi redid our floor plan about 5x leading up to the event with a smile and without making me feel like I was being a bother. Overall, I would recommend Water Works by Cescaphe 10/10. I may be biased, but it's the most beautiful venue in the city.

hem. I do think it’s important to go into it eyes wide open. The positives: the venue was gorgeous and the food spread was delicious and so plentiful. Guests were in awe, as Cescaphe executed on what they do best and are known for - the food and drinks. The added hour that comes in the package is also very helpful and worth it. We also loved the vibe at The Lucy and are so glad we picked it (it is classic yet new and modern, and you also cannot beat the location). The reason for less than five stars is really that for the price Cescaphe charges and the salesy promises they make, they should be held accountable for this offering, and clients should go in eyes wide open and prepared. Cescaphe presents a premium price tag and brand, yet truly delivers mass market service and customer experience to the bride and groom, and for now they can, because they have such a stronghold on the Philadelphia wedding market. They run a very specific playbook, and they don’t deviate from it, and as they have grown, they cut more corners. I would caution clients to save every file and document they provide you before you sign, as you will likely need it a year later when they try to tell you something is different or changed. You really need to stay in top of them and ask your event manager about everything. For us there were some small things that didn’t really matter, but the biggest disappointment was the bar. Cescaphe is known for one fixed price for top shelf liquor, but the night of our wedding, several premium liquors that were listed in the sales package were not there. The iconic bar at The Lucy was so sparse looking. We regret specifically not going over every liquor with them beforehand to ensure what was in the contract would be there, but we didn’t think we would have to. It was so frustrating. They really sell (and put in the contract) “top shelf” open bar, but they ended up removing the top of each category without telling us. Later they said it was due to “availability.” Other tips- the “concierge” is completely laughable. It consists of a bunch of 24 year olds googling and giving you canned information and referrals that you can frankly get yourself, at the same public rates. They don’t deviate or go above and beyond. They were fine but really not needed, completely an oversold service. Also do your homework- your venue event manager will tell you you can only do things a certain way, but that is just the way they prefer it. If you push them or show them internet posts of your venue set up another way, for instance, they will allow it. You really just need to ask and be extremely proactive and detail oriented. Finally, the fact that Beautiful Blooms is the only vendor that can hang things from the ceilings or turn the lights on in the venue for a fee (“up lighting” as they say) is annoying but the sad reality. If you can spare the added logistics, only use them for what you have to and get the florist you want. Cescaphe’s preferred vendors are fine, but they certainly are not the best or the most economical. Finally, they totally overstate the venue capacity. Beware of that and round down. Like I said, my wedding was amazing, all the guests seemed to have a spectacular time, so it might seem like I’m nitpicking. But when you are shelling out so much money, you expect a service level that frankly isn’t there. The guests won’t feel it (which is great), but you as the bride and groom sure will. If they want to continue to play in the premium space, it’s time to act like it. So just be prepared, squeeze out everything you want from them, hire your own coordinator, and then enjoy your wedding day!

wedding there on St Patrick’s Day 2023 and it was spectacular. Joanna and her team covered every detail from start to finish so that our day was nothing but enjoyment. Planning a wedding is very stressful. My wife is an amazing planner and even she said “My God, they make it so easy for you there.” We have older parents and they took such great care of them the entire night. It’s little things like this that set Cescaphe apart. And the food?? The appetizers alone will blow you away! A seafood station with lobster, a steak station, a Mediterranean station, a sushi station and something like 80 appetizers being walked around on trays. Unlike other weddings I’ve been to, the food was everywhere. Drinks? Same thing. Fantastic bartenders making some amazing cocktails and I don’t think I saw a real line for a drink all night. I cannot recommend the people and the venue from Cescaphe highly enough. If I could rate them higher than 5 stars I would!

ss right off of our shoulders during the planning process. Whenever we had questions, she was so responsive and informative. When we were handed off to Joanna at Vie, Cescaphe did not miss a beat. Joanna immediately stepped in to handle the rest of the planning. She was always attentive, handled all of our requests seamlessly, and if there was ever something we needed and she didn’t have the answer, she went out and searched to get it for us. The day of our wedding was spectacular. It was everything my now husband could have ever imagined. A dream come true! When we walked in for our first look of the reception area, our jaws dropped. Everything was decorated beautifully. Our guests are continuing to tell us how amazing everything was. From the venue, to the food, etc. Joanna’s team went over and beyond to make everyone satisfied. One server we were particularly excited to see as a part of our day was Jay. We met him at Cescaphe University and you could tell he was genuinely invested in giving the best possible experience to anyone he encountered. Our Maitre D, Dominique was incredible. She was there for us every step of the way and made sure we had everything we needed and more. She was a foot in front the entire time. The head servers made our VIPs feel like royalty and the bartenders kept everyone happy with drinks throughout the night. We couldn’t be more thrilled that we booked Cescaphe to host our wedding. It was the best decision we made and we know that we will always be a part of the Cescaphe family. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for making this day possible and exceeding our expectations by a landslide. - The new Mr. and Mrs. Ryan

! I had assumed Cescaphe would be out of our price range but hosting our event on a Friday in January was incredibly affordable and we couldn’t believe how much we got for our money. Planning a wedding out of state is a task I wouldn’t wish upon my worst enemy but working with our event manager Lilly was absolutely seamless. She was so helpful in answering all of our questions, working with us on every little detail, and being flexible with appointments since we were out of state. The staff on our wedding day was unmatched, led by Marci and Carleen. Our parents felt so taken care of and like true VIPs. Our guests could not stop raving about the food!! If you are on the fence, we can not recommend Cescaphe enough!

0 and our tour of a few venues (which were amazing), once we settled on The Lucy, we started working with Victoria. She was so responsive, and answered all of my lengthy questions even though my wedding wasn't for another almost 2 years at that point! It put me at so much ease during the wedding planning process. Also, their connections and team dedicated to helping you plan other aspects (room blocks/hotels, seating chart, enhancements, photo booth, band) you name it, Cescaphe has the answer! It was truly so reassuring to have so much support throughout the planning process. When it came to our actual wedding day, we were assigned Chelsea has our main Event Manager. What an absolute joy to work with - she is truly remarkable! She truly helped make our wedding dreams come to life. Not one detail went unnoticed and Chelsea and team did an unbelievable job. She put up with every question and request I had and was so flexible and made it happen no matter what! I knew from our meeting and walkthrough at the venue, we were in great hands, but she and the team truly exceeded all of my expectations. Thank you CHELSESA!! She also gave us the best of the best in Franco, who took care of us on our wedding all night long! Anything I needed - he was right there with us. We can't say enough wonderful things about Cescaphe and The Lucy! From start to finish, they do it RIGHT! All the wonderful things you hear about them are so true - especially the hospitality and of course the FOOD. It is truly unlike anything or any wedding you will ever go to. Our wedding will be something our guests will continue to talk about for a long time, and we have Cescaphe to thank for a lot of that! Thank you, Cescaphe - we are so lucky to have had our wedding with you guys!

bout it. This was not my first Cescaphe rodeo. My proms & both of my brothers receptions were at Cescaphe venues and once you experience it there is no going back. From the service to the food to the beauty of their spaces… there is no competition. Chelsea was our coordinator and when I tell you she was the BEST I mean it. She is on top of anything and everything you throw at her! Everyone needs a Chelsea. Franco was our maître d' and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of that entire night. If I could go back I would do it all over again exactly the same way. We can’t thank Cescaphe enough for making our wedding so amazing!

g. Working with Cescaphe was so easy and fun.

r wedding 3 times because of COVID-19 and they were so flexible, understanding, patient and kind. I honestly never once had a second thought or concern. Our guests could not stop raving about the food, literally every person that came up to us said it was the best food they've ever had at a wedding. Also the most beautiful wedding space they'd ever been to. Having everything under one roof (food, table settings, Beautiful Blooms, ceremony and reception space, wedding coordinator, wedding cake, etc) was a LIFESAVER. You will absolutely not regret a single thing about having your wedding or event here! Book it!! We worked with Lexi as our coordinator, and Franco as our maitre D' and they both completely exceeded expectations!!

se of the care and attention to detail from the Cescaphe team. Friends and family are still talking about the beauty of the venue, the beyond amazing catering spread, and how smoothly and pleasantly the staff helped the day go, even months later! Many have said it was the best wedding they have EVER attended (and I may be biased, but I have to agree!) Cara was especially kind and helpful with last minute adjustments to our big day and always helped us out with patience and a smile. There is no doubt that Cescaphe is the best of the best for Philadelphia weddings. I'm so glad we chose Water Works and will recommend to all in the future. Laura Fredrick and Lucas Ozarowski, 4/2/22

wedding. Cescaphe knows what they are doing and we felt confident throughout the process that our day would go smoothly. Everyone that we worked with was very professional, helpful, and responsive. The reception was absolutely beautiful, and you can't beat the views from the Down Town Club. Our guests have been raving about how good the food was! We have had a number of people tell us it was the best food they have ever had at a wedding. Vincent, the maitre d', as well as the staff taking care of our parents, were so great and attentive during the reception and helped the night go smoothly. Everything that is included in their package (cake, ice sculpture, etc.) is also amazing and a great value! We are so glad we chose Cescaphe and highly recommend them!

ey were on it! They knew exactly what I had to do and when to do it by! If your someone who isn’t’t great at planning or is not up with the newest wedding trends, I would 1000000% have a Cescaphe wedding! I could not have asked for a better experience working with Maia. She helped me out throughout the whole wedding process. The night of the Wedding I was assigned Vincent as my Maître d’ and OMG!!!!!! He made my wedding go so smoothly and was next to me every second with what I needed!!!! There was zero stress from the day I chose Cescaphe to the next day! The Down Town Club was beautiful!!!!!!! I only have amazing words for this company!

ing, they were there to make sure every aspect of planning and execution ran smoothly. Cara and Kathleen both helped us find vendors and plan our perfect day. The day of the event, both of them helped keep everything on track and took so much off our plate. We moved out of state shortly after booking the venue, and they made planning remotely as painless as possible. Also, if you go to WaterWorks, Franco (the head maître d) is one of the caring and experienced professionals we’ve ever dealt with. He anticipated our every need, sometimes even before we knew what we needed. Besides the incredible service and views, the food left all of our guests in awe in both its quantity and quality. If we were to do it all again, we would choose Cescaphe 10/10 times.

as We Exceed Their Expectations." As the father of the Bride, I can assure you this is totally what we experienced. Maia and team gave us a once in a lifetime experience. Every detail at the event was taken care of. We had a special "timeout" room, Maia took care of my speech and just managed every detail with confidence and a smile. Stunning views, great food, great venue, on an on....

large company with so many weddings we felt the process was super individualized while also making the decision and planning process super easy and non-stressful. Our guests still talk about the food and atmosphere of the whole evening and that it was the best wedding they have been too!

k with. No request was too small for her and she truly wanted to make our day special. Planning a wedding is stressful, but Joanna and Cescaphe definitely took a lot of that stress away for us. The wedding day itself was perfect, they set everything up so beautifully and made our vision a reality. Our guests have raved about how amazing the food was. Daniel, our maitre d, was so professional and accommodating. We loved our wedding at Vie and would definitely recommend Vie or any Cescaphe venue to others.

g was more then I could have ever expected and done beautifully. The food was beyond amazing and SOO much of it. The staff went above and beyond for everyone especially myself and my husband. There was not one thing that was not handled perfectly! Franko even got me fried Oreos before i walked down the aisle because I was so excited for them! Truly the best day of our lives and I could not recommend this company and venue more!

I was contacted by a sales associate named Lisa who was absolutely AMAZING from the start. She personally met me for my tours (which included every venue because I am a self proclaimed bridezilla). She was so patient with me through my dozens of emails and calls frantic about when and which venue I should choose. She walked me through the process and held my hand the entire time. I even got to see her again when I went to the Cescaphe U. I cannot wait for my big day to come. I just know I am in the best hands and could not be happier with how wonderful this team was to me.
