Central BBQ is a wedding catering company operating out of Memphis, TN. This team is dedicated to offering the tastiest, fall-off-the-bone meat and the best Southern Hospitality to couples celebrating their weddings in the Memphis area.
Central BBQ was established in 2002 and has served up crowd-pleasing Barbecue dishes ever since. The culinary creatives at this eatery believe that the secret to perfectly barbecued meats is the smoke, not the sauce! Every dish from the Central BBQ kitchen is a labor of love, with the meat being smothered and smoked to perfection using hickory, pecan wood, and a tasty dry rub. The result is a mouth-watering meal that will leave you wishing for just one more bite.
The team at Central BBQ wants you to have all your favorite dishes on your wedding menu. They offer tasting sessions where you can sample their food offerings, such as pulled pork, pulled chicken, hot wings, and BBQ nachos, to help you choose your perfect wedding food. Your order will be delivered and set up at your venue by the team, or you can pick up your dinner from the restaurant for a smaller gathering. Central BBQ can provide gluten-free and vegetarian options upon request. The team is committed to surpassing your expectations from the moment you place your order to the last bite of your wedding BBQ. You can contact them today to get your unforgettable meal cooking!
