e pre-ceremony music all the way to the final send off, he took requests, kept the music going, and made sure everyone was having a good time! Highly recommend Celebrity DJ and Chadwick!

ad assumed that another playlist he must have found on my Spotify profile was correct. I have checked, double checked, and triple checked that I did send the DJ the correct link to the correct playlist. I have no idea why he would make an assumption like that instead of just following the direct link. I would also like to add that I have reached out directly to Celebrity DJ and have received absolutely no response- it has been about 2 weeks since I reached out. *** We were placed with Celebrity DJ through Pinecrest Weddings and Event Center and had a horrible experience. I wrote very detailed notes on the questionnaire that the DJ asked me to complete. Our playlist consisted of almost 8 hours' worth of 70s/80s/90s dance songs, some slow songs, and also some more modern rap/hip hop songs. I specifically asked my fiancé if I needed to let the DJ know not to play the rap and hip hop until the latter half of the evening, after some of the elder guests had left, and him and I decided that no DJ in his or her right mind would play those type of songs until after the older guests had left. Well, we were wrong. He played the first song I requested, but the second song he played was a rap song and wasn't even on my playlist. Then he proceeded to play at least 5 more consecutive rap songs, although there were very few people on the dance floor. I kept expecting him to realize what he was playing wasn't working, but he did not, and I had to actually go over and ask him to stop playing rap and to switch to older songs. By that point, most of our older guests had either started to leave or had gone outside. He played TWO older songs, and then switched right back to rap. There were plenty of other options on the playlist that were not rap songs. I had to ask my fiancé to speak to him AGAIN to ask him to stop with the rap until the older guests had left. He finally did, and things finally started to get a little bit better, until he played my bouquet toss song by mistake and didn't make an announcement, so I never got to do my bouquet toss which was incredibly disappointing. I also explained to the DJ via email that we had a significant number of non-English speakers at our wedding, and to keep that in mind during the evening, and removed the anniversary dance that was part of the script he asked me to fill our BECAUSE of that. He still took it upon himself to try and do an ice-breaker thing and have everyone put their hands in the air and do some little loosen up things. Again, probably more than half our guests do not speak English well and had no idea what he was talking about making it incredibly awkward. He did not clear this with me, and I thought it was horrible, corny, and would have absolutely vetoed it if asked. I had MANY MANY guests complain about him. Lastly, he did not fade out the ceremony music quick enough and left my dad and I standing there for SO long before the music finally cut, and the officiant was able to begin. If it wasn't for the DJ experience, everything else would have gone much smoother. I would have been better off shuffling a playlist than having that DJ.
