Celebrate With Caroline

d out for me to make sure I get my alone time before the ceremony as I needed. She is also very detail oriented and set up all of my decoration and tablescape exactly how I wanted! My husband and I are incredibly grateful for her dedication, professionalism, and making our wedding unforgettable. We wholeheartedly recommend Caroline to anyone in need of a fantastic wedding planner!

rs were on time and helped us keep track of our stuff so it doesn’t go missing. We highly recommend Caroline for any of your important events.

work with Caroline the day of, she was helpful in answering some of the questions I had leading up to the date and helped in providing me recommendations of vendors that I was finding a hard time booking. She was also there during the venue tour and ceremony rehearsal to make sure she and her team were on the same page and vision as me for what I saw my wedding day to look like. Leading up to the wedding, she helped to make sure that all external vendors were on the same page and were aware of the wedding timeline. On the day of, we had Deborah and Yunah both help with coordinating the event in Caroline's place. I'm so grateful that they kept our timeline flowing and helped make the decisions to move some planned events around when we went over time on other things. Not once did my husband and I felt stressed the entire day. Thanks to them, I feel like I was one of the few lucky brides that were able to fully enjoy their wedding to the maximum, I truly didn't want the day to end. So thankful to this team and keeping the party fun and running so smoothly!

f the things I DIY-ed, she handled all the questions that got thrown at her by our guests (probably mostly the aunties) and she did it with a very calm demeanor. Going back to the planning accept, as a bride, I think of the most random questions at the most randomest times. And Caroline was so awesome at responding to me the following day and it gave me a lot of relief and made me feel like I'm getting things done. I didn't have to worry about the planning aspect at all because she was there for me the entire time. There was also a time when I thought I would need to upgrade my booking to an entire wedding planning because I felt like I didn't have enough time to put into it, she reassured me that I'm doing great and that it wouldn't be the best use of my resources to pay her more when I'm doing great and almost got most of my vendors. I just really appreciated Caroline for being there. The table setting was perfect, the day was so smooth and I know that it's all thanks to her! I highly recommend her!

emony), it was a no brainer that we hire Caroline as our partial coordinator. At the time, I had already booked my venue and a few of my vendors. However, she has great connections with a multitude of vendors and is super knowledgeable. She was very honest with me about the different vendors that she had worked with and which vendors I should consider. She also gave me options that fit my budget (even though, ultimately, I chose to go outside my budget, lol). Even with last minute additions (we decided to go with some strings for our ceremony and cocktail hour), she was able to go through her “rolodex” and find me vendors that would be great to book. She was great to bounce ideas off of as well. She is very well versed in all things wedding and made sure to connect multiple times with us to do check ins and zoom calls to create a wedding day timeline. She was very thorough to ensure we had everything that we wanted accomplished for the day of (as well as, the rehearsal). Because she is highly detail oriented, the wedding ran extremely smoothly. From the ceremony to reception to all the photos in-between, she kept us on track and even made sure everything was packed up and ready to go after the wedding. If you are thinking of getting any sort of coordinator (which I highly recommend), go with Caroline. You won’t be disappointed. We really appreciated everything that Caroline brought to our wedding. Thank you Caroline for being so amazing!

g up to our special day! The wedding went smoothly and it was perfect! This was all thanks to Caroline for helping my wife and I with the logistics and coordinating on the day of the wedding. Thanks Caroline!!

knowledgeable. Above all, I feel like she actually listens to what we want and works to help us achieve that on our wedding day. Super organized and easy to work with, I’d recommend her 100%!

ressful but this was not the case at all for my wife and I. We had the time of our lives spending time with our loved ones without having to worry about any logistics of the wedding. Caroline did so much the day of the wedding and probably so much more that I don't even know about to ensure we had a smooth wedding. If I were to make any recommendation to couples planning on getting married, it would be to hire a wedding coordinator. Highly, highly recommend Caroline!

s on top of *everything*. Caroline helped us plan, arrange, and handle our 100-guest wedding. After the wedding, I heard about extra things that she did behind the scenes to make our day even better, and I also heard about things that went wrong that I never would have known about because Caroline just took care of it all. Even if you already have a venue coordinator like we did, Caroline provides a completely different type of service. We wholeheartedly recommend her services.

excitement for our event. We talked to various wedding planners, and we felt the most comfortable with Caroline. She took time to listen to our concerns and learn our style. When she showed us photos of what our wedding could look like and decorations we could use, we felt like it was exactly what we were searching for. Throughout the following months, she contacted vendors for us and referred us to ones that met our preferences. She attended venue visits with us and helped us ask the right questions. Caroline was sensitive to our budget and looked for vendors and contracts that kept us close to our range, and she helped us negotiate. On the day of our wedding she kept things running flawlessly. We truly had a perfect wedding and it couldn't have gone that well without her support. She went above and beyond with collecting, organizing, and returning decorations from our event. On our wedding day we only focused on each other and our family and friends, and everything else fell into place. I definitely recommend celebrating with Caroline.

our coordinator. She is very organized and everything she prepared was easy to understand. She's professional and really easy to communicate with as well. She offered many ideas when we were planning our wedding and gave us many vendor recommendations when we needed them. I was so stressed out with wedding planning, but thanks to her, I survived and our wedding day was magical! Thank you Caroline!

ordinating with our other vendors, and during the day of helped with all of the small things that popped up. She made the process a lot less stressful for both me and my wife, and our day that much more awesome.

y how I like it since I am very particular. She provides excellent advices and made sure to be accessible any time of the day if I had any concerns or questions. Because I am an out of state client, I needed someone who would communicate well and have my best interest which is all of Caroline. If you need a wedding coordinator, definitely choose CelebrateWithCaroline because she is the absolute best.

oordinator was absolutely one of the best decisions we made. She is so kind and personable; the first time we met, it felt like we were long time friends catching up over coffee. Caroline was there for us throughout our entire hectic planning process, from sending us lots of great vendor suggestions (she’s super connected to the wedding vendor network in the greater Seattle area) to working with us through 3 covid postponement date changes. She was super fast with responding to all emails and texts and helping keep my worries at bay when covid flipped everything upside-down. As our wedding day got closer, she created an amazingly detailed timeline so we knew exactly what would be happening, walked us through all the ceremony etiquettes, and helped set up the ceremony space and welcome table so that we didn’t have to worry about doing it ourselves. She also made sure to communicate with our vendors for setup and kept everything moving super smoothly. At the end of the night, she even helped pack up all of our decorations. I know that our wedding day wouldn’t have been as fun and stress free without Caroline and words truly cannot express how thankful we are for her and all of her hard work. I absolutely recommend her to everyone who is planning a wedding, and if I could, I'd give her 500000 stars!!!

to COVID. But as the months got closer and with all the vendors we booked, we knew we need someone who knows what they are doing to help keep the wedding on time and with a great flow. Caroline helped us tremendously with making the wedding timeline, wedding rehearsal, making sure everything was perfect on our wedding day even to the smallest little details. Thank you Caroline! And couples, don't wait to book your day-of-coordinator or wedding coordinator, Caroline was so worth it! She can definitely make your dream wedding come true!

r a smaller wedding, but we're so grateful for Caroline's help. My husband and I were truly able to enjoy our wedding day because of her. If you're looking for someone reliable and experienced to help your big day run smoothly, consider hiring Caroline to be your day-of-coordinator.

rocess, I knew immediately that I wanted to work with Caroline. I've seen her work through other friends and acquaintances and they always had great things to say. Now that we're on the other side, we can confidently say that hiring Caroline was one of our best decisions. Our original wedding date was in September 2020, but due to COVID, we had to push back it to June 2021. Caroline was super understanding and flexible during this process, which made the whole rescheduling situation 10x easier. She was also always available for my random planning questions and I appreciated her vast insight into the wedding industry. On the day-of the wedding as well, everything went by so smoothly despite the on-and-off rain. I felt at ease knowing that Caroline was helping things run smoothly in the background so that even I, with a type A personality, didn't have to worry. My husband and I would highly recommend reaching out to Caroline for wedding planning or day-of services!

Caroline was always there for us throughout our whole wedding planning. It was as if I already knew her and she was a long-time friend of mine. She quickly responded to all my texts and emails and always knew how to ease any potential stress that may arise, especially planning a wedding during a pandemic. I personally pay close attention to detail and as we got closer to our wedding day, I started to get anxious with all of the uncertainties with the potential King County phase changes/updates. However, Caroline was always there every step of the way providing any updates she has heard/seen. As our wedding day was approaching, everything fell into place. Caroline is extremely detail-oriented, organized, punctual and very professional. She created a detailed timeline where it listed out everything to the minute. Caroline communicated with all of our vendors and handled all of the setup/clean-up so my husband and I did not have to worry at all. She continued to amaze me with all of the coordination she executed throughout our wedding day. Caroline decorated our welcome/guestbook table and she made my vision come to life! She even helped with my wedding dress when my bustle came undone and she immediately told me not to worry about it and knew what to do with it. Caroline is not your average wedding day-of-coordinator; she will go above and beyond every expectation you will have. I felt like she was my honorary bridesmaid! Every transition was so seamless and everything flowed so well; our wedding day was seriously so perfect. I remember all of our family and friends were checking in with me and asked if I was stressed at all and to be honest, I was not stressed one bit. My husband and I could not thank Caroline enough. She is the reason why we had such an amazing time with our family and friends without having to worry about the smaller details. My husband and I just needed to worry about getting to our wedding venue on time and leave in one piece; Caroline took care of everything else. I kid you not, our car was packed with everything at the end of the night and all my husband and I did was get into our car and drive away. My husband and I were able to be present and truly enjoy our special day with our family and friends. I highly recommend Caroline as your wedding day-of-coordinator! She took all of our worries away and was our lifesaver throughout everything. We cannot emphasize how grateful we are to have met Caroline and to have her be our coordinator. Caroline will make all your dreams come true and your vision come to life! You will forever be a blessing to us! We love you so much!!!!

saver, especially since we were planning our wedding during the middle of a pandemic. I don’t know how we would have done it without her. She was thoughtful, organized, and always available when we needed her, even at a moment’s notice. Our wedding day was absolutely perfect and everything went so smoothly thanks to Caroline. Could not recommend her enough!!!
