Cece was instrumental in helping our dream wedding come true! Her curated list of vendors proved to be perfect for what we needed, and her relationships with them were very evidenc...
e which helped the planning process go so smoothly. I could not have gotten through the process without her being a phone call / email away, and her calm demeanor on our wedding day made everything feel and move like a dream! Thank you to Cece for everything!
Do yourself a favor and hire Cece! She's absolutely everything you could want in a wedding planner and more. Our family experienced a crisis in the lead up to our wedding when my m...
other in law was diagnosed with a rare and aggressive form of cancer. The next several months for us consisted of navigating chemotherapy, hospice care, and the tragic loss of a parent, but very little planning for our rapidly approaching wedding.
Through it all, Cece was a constant reassuring presence letting us know that it was OK for us to focus on what mattered most. She was always willing to go the extra mile to ensure our wedding would be a success. I genuinely don't think we could have done it without her. We can't recommend her enough!
Cece was the absolute best person to have in our corner throughout the entire wedding planning process, all through the day of. We were the first of either of our families to get m...
arried and we had no idea what we were doing. We were planning a large wedding (approx. 250 guests) many of whom were out of State, so there was a lot to plan.
We got in touch with Cece through a friend. Cece put together all sorts of organizational templates and timelines and provided them to us in a very convenient and accessible format. From the first meeting it was clear that she was really trying to understand what we wanted out of our wedding day and how she could make it happen. She had great ideas and contributions through the entire process and always wanted to hear us out.
Where Cece really shined was recommending vendors and contractors and making sure they knew what we wanted from them. For such a young professional she has the air of someone that has been doing this for a long time. It was reassuring to see her use the contacts she'd clearly established in the industry, but also branch out to work with new vendors at our request. In meetings, she knows exactly the questions to ask and she listened carefully to the vendors responses. If she didn't like their answers, she'd push back and work towards getting what we wanted. She really went to bat for us and we appreciated her tireless advocacy and big-picture mentality.
Our only regret is that we don't have a reason to see Cece more often. We planned our wedding over a nearly two-year span, and we got to know her very well. Our families really enjoyed having her help us out and she provided them with the reassurances they were looking for that our wedding was going off without a hitch. Our wedding party immediately loved her too. She was a very light and fun presence during the stress of the wedding day, and she made sure that everything went smoothly.
Our wedding was perfect and it is truly all thanks to Cece. We have no reservations in saying that Cece is the BEST wedding planner in the St. Louis area, you just won't get better than Celebrate by Cece.
As a wedding vendor, CeCe is one of my favorite planners to work for. She is AHHH-MAZING! She’s so kind, organized, caring, creative, and can work well under pressure. You won’t be...

Cece is a great day of coordinator and planner! She was there for every step and made sure to take great notes and she handled the emails and vendor communication on my behalf. Ce...
ce and her team went above and beyond to ensure that all of our needs were catered to and took the creative liberties to ensure that our vision was met even if we gave her pretty limited guidance. They really brought the dance floor favors to us in a whole new level that really elevated our wedding and I cannot recommend her team and their creative abilities enough.
5 stars are simply not enough for Cece and her outstanding team! Cece came highly recommended by a close family friend, and we are so happy we had her by our sides during all stage...
s of planning and celebrating. Cece was a tremendous help with planning. We booked Cece about a year before our big day, and we are so glad we did. From the monthly check-ins, to the planning meetings of all details (big and small!), she thought of everything and made us feel so comfortable going into our wedding day. She was always an email, text, or phone call away for my mom and I. Cece truly felt like family to us after planning with her for a year. She was literally the last person I saw before walking down the aisle, and the first person my groom and I saw at the end of the aisle after our ceremony. Cece and Phil stood in the pouring rain with umbrellas to greet the wedding party and get us off the party bus at the reception venue. She was involved in every big part of the day, but all the little things are what stood out to us the most. Cece and her team are worth every penny. We loved having her help us plan and coordinate our best day ever, and we cannot recommend her enough!
We had a "micro" wedding with around 55 guests and we had a different venue for our ceremony site and our reception dinner. I initially thought that since it was a smaller, non-tra...
ditional wedding, that my family and I could handle everything day of but i quickly learned that with the two different venue sites that it would be impossible for me to do this on my own wedding day and decided that i wanted to hire a day of coordinator to ensure that the set up and decor at the venues was correct and that all would go smoothly day of. I found Cece via The Knot, and i could not have found a better day of coordinator! Cece took all of my ideas and brought them to life. Cece is the best with communication and i never had an issue getting ahold of her and she always had a quick turnaround time with responses. I cannot recommend Celebrate by Cece enough!
Cece is seriously amazing at what she does! We hired Cece for partial planning, but she was always there to answer any questions or give advice a call or text away. Our wedding da...
y was absolutely amazing and it was flawless because of Cece. She has an awesome calmness about her that was reassuring throughout the weeks leading up to the big day. If you have any doubts about hiring a wedding planner, don’t!!! It’s more than worth it and Cece is the best of the best!
If you are debating between hiring a wedding coordinator or not, my one piece of advice would be to DO IT! Cece was the one thing my husband said was actually worth the money. Ther...
e were so many things I didn't even think about planning or needing and Cece and her team made sure everything was taken care of months leading up to our wedding and especially the day of. It was so nice to relax and not worry about a single thing the day of our wedding and we were truly able to soak in every moment because of this. We absolutely loved working with her and truly would recommend her to anyone planning a wedding.

d Cece and her team for day of planning services and she was such a helpful vendor prior to the big day. From our initial planning meeting where she brought up topics we hadn’t thought of to our venue visit taking pictures and extensive notes on how me and my fiancé wanted things set up for the big day. I’ve been in the wedding industry for 8 years now and was so happy I went with Cece as our day of coordinator because she really went above and beyond for all our needs for the big day. To letting our dog go potty before the reception to setting a cupcake at the head table for me to make sure I got to have one with the craziness of the reception. Needless to say if you’re still reading this review just go ahead and book her for you big day you won’t regret it. She’s easily worth WAY MORE than what she charges for her services and we are very thankfully she helped with our big day. Thanks again Cece!!
Working with Cece was the best choice that we made throughout the whole wedding planning process. My spouse and I planned a very personalized wedding at a venue that hadn’t hosted ...
very many weddings, and Cece was the glue that held everything together. She was able to advise on layout, floral design, lighting, and timelines; she thought of all the details that we never would have known would matter but that ended up making our event perfect down to the last detail. She was also able to use her strong knowledge of the local wedding industry to help us find excellent vendors that fit our needs and budget and handle problems. Having Cece on our side helped us sleep so much better at night. Having her looped in made us feel safe, knowing we were on track. On a more personal level, my spouse and I both connected with Cece’s calm, capable attitude. As clients, we were able to feel a sense of absolute trust in her to make our wedding great, and that allowed us to relax and truly enjoy our wedding day.
If I could give Cece more than 5 stars, I absolutely would. In the beginning, my Fiancé wasn't 100% sold on hiring a coordinator, saying "Do we really need that kind of service?" B...
y the end of our reception, he and our entire bridal party could NOT stop talking about how fantastic she was. As a professional, Cece has exquisite attention to detail and is incredibly thorough. As an individual, she is kind and listens to you as a friend would. Our wedding day could not have been what it was without her guidance and organization and I will forever be recommending her to every engaged couple I meet. This is absolutely a service you need for your big day.

as less familiar with, Cece went above and beyond by researching the topics and coming prepared to discuss at our next meeting. From that moment on, we knew we were in great hands. Cece was always prepared and extremely organized - no matter the circumstance. Cece was so helpful throughout the entire process, providing advice and sharing helpful templates and reference guides. Every detail was thought out and she helped make the day our own. She took all the stress out of our wedding weekend and allowed us to be fully present and enjoy the events. Cece and her team were so kind, thoughtful, and down to earth. We are so glad we chose Cece as our coordinator and would absolutely recommend Cece and her team!

e and beyond. Because of her industry knowledge, we felt comfortable hiring our other vendors from her preferred list. The day of my daughter’s wedding was absolutely perfect because Cece was working behind the scenes to make it so. If there were any hiccups I wasn’t aware because it was handled. Cece and her team were so sweet and truly excited for our moment. If you can get her, hire her. You won’t regret it.

in what she does and values the bride, and immediate family’s happiness and joy on wedding day! She was connected to so many vendors, and the new ones she met through coordinating our wedding are now new partners of hers. We love Cece and her entire team!

help bring my vision to a reality...from designing the welcome bags, figuring out the layout, tablescape designs, and working with the right setup and clean up time blocks my venue had...she embraced the challenge. Even the day of my wedding we were dealing with tornado warnings and thunderstorms, and she still helped bring my wedding to life with a smile on her face. My family and I are so thankful to her and her team for going above and beyond, and I wouldn't have been a sane bride without her next to me. Thank you, Cece! 💕
From the Groom:
She did an amazing job with making our dream a reality. She is on point, dedicated, and very easy to work with. We couldn't have done it without her help and her team, and I'm so thankful that my wife had someone to help bring everything together. We're forever grateful.

ion she was extremely professional and detail oriented. She knew all the questions to ask our vendors that we would have never thought of and was always quick to respond to us. The #1 thing I wanted out of a wedding coordinator was to make our wedding day stress free so that we could enjoy ourselves. She definitely delivered on that and more! We were truly able to enjoy every moment of our special day without worrying about a thing. I highly recommend Cece & her team for wedding coordination!

dors on a very short timeline with complete ease and professionalism. My hopes when hiring a wedding planner was to hire someone who could take the responsibilities off my plate, balance the needs of both the me (bride) and my family, and have insider knowledge of local vendors, budgets and timelines.
CeCe handled these responsibilities perfectly! She truly made the day happen and carried out my vision for the event space! I did not have to worry about a single thing on my wedding day. She kept us on track with wedding decisions, payments and handling last minutes changes. She worked around my work schedule for venue and vendor meetings. She checked in with us constantly ! She made sure every member of the wedding party knew the timeline. There were quite a bit of changes day of with covid, wedding party additions and our transportation and CeCe tackled it like a champ! I was not stressed out one bit!
Plus she is just so kind! I would recommend her over and over again!
I would highly recommend Cece to anyone that is in the later stages of planning a wedding. She literally took all the stress of the big day off of us! She seamlessly coordinated wi...

We can’t thank Cece enough for everything! Cece had tremendous organizational skills and the poise to pull them off. Of all the things she does though the most important one to me ...

oint where all I had to do as the bride was show up and enjoy myself! I never had to wonder what was next or what was going on because Cece was there all day giving me cues, while allowing me to enjoy myself. Also, my husband and I chose to serve Krispy Kreme donuts instead of wedding cake, and we wanted to make a giant donut tower. Cece was a total rockstar and stacked every single donut that day and made a BEAUTIFUL tower....it honestly stole the show! Her communication was excellent throughout the whole process and she definitely helped deescalate my mother's anxieties and chaos in planning the wedding once she came on board :). Please hire her, she is worth it!

h every question we had while planning. As a mother of the bride, I was expecting to be so stressed on wedding day, but I found myself not worrying about any details and just enjoying time with our family because I knew Cece had everything handled. Recommend!

ed out to Cece to inquire about her availability, packages, or had questions, she would respond immediately with the information I was seeking. Once we decided to move forward, Cece jumped in and took the wheel. She asked the questions I never thought to consider, and created solutions to problems before they could even arise. We planned the wedding of our dreams in my parent's front yard, with our immediate family. Cece coached me without ever telling me what to do. She listens; hears her clients and takes action effortlessly. As a bride who attempted to plan, replan and almost cancel during COVID, Cece encouraged me to carry on and helped solve problems without me ever realizing there were any! (like the unexpected wind that destroyed our original idea of a drapery enclosed inner table). The day of my wedding was sincerely stress free, I was able to enjoy the small and big moments, and move throughout our ceremony and dinner as if I was a guest myself because of the fluidity and support that Cece provided. Her professionalism and sincere love for what she does had everything to do with why I can't stop thinking of our special day, and wish we could relive it over and over again. Cece feels like family, and treated me like her own. Cece you are a magic maker!
Cece was fantastic! I’m a bit of a Controll freak and being the mother of the groom it’s not really “my” day, but often times I feel that “someone” needs to take charge(and they do...
n’t). Cece accomplishes the task of orchestrating everything with grace and ease. She’s like everyone’s favorite aunt or a best friend, you didn’t even know you had! I was so impressed with her professionalism, her care and Consideration for the bridal party as well as the guests. She truly takes the wedding to heart from start to finish. Cece is also a bit of a Chamaeleon, in that I think she could handle some of the simplest and most complex weddings.
