As the mother of the bride, I cannot say enough wonderful things about Cedarmont Farm in Franklin, TN, and the incredible team who helped make my daughter’s wedding day so special.
From beginning to end, the staff was attentive, thoughtful, and incredibly detail-oriented. Every little thing mattered to them, and their dedication and care did not go unnoticed. They went above and beyond to make sure the day was beautiful and everything came together seamlessly.
A very special thank-you to Colleen, the owner, who was truly beyond exceptional. Her professionalism, kindness, attention to detail, and genuine care made such a difference. It is clear how much pride she takes in making each wedding a wonderful experience.
What made this day especially meaningful to our family is that my daughter is not only the bride, but also the event manager at Cedarmont Farm. To see her marry the love of her life at a place she is so passionate about, surrounded by such an amazing team, made the day even more special. As her mom, there are no words to describe how wonderful it was to see everything come together so beautifully.

My husband and I got married at Cedarmont in October 2025, and it was the best day of our lives! I would recommend Cedarmont to anyone without hesitation - it was the best wedding decision we ever made! The all-inclusive aspect made planning SO much easier, and the day ran so smoothly, we were blown away! Brittany was our planner and she was truly fantastic. She coordinated everything to perfection, and was always available to answer every question and accommodate every request we had. We felt incredibly taken care of and were able to enjoy the day knowing we didn't have to worry about any logistics. Not to mention, the venue is SO gorgeous and magical, and the vendors included in their all-inclusive package (catering, wedding cake, florals, DJ, decor) are all top notch. We felt that the all-inclusive pricing was actually an incredible deal for everything you get - all the included vendors plus in-house planning and a full team of people working together on your wedding day to make it go perfectly. Cedarmont Farm is an all-inclusive wedding venue located just outside Nashville in Franklin, TN. Set on 40 acres, the property offers a unique mix of natural beauty and modern design, with rolling hills, open fields, a quiet creek, and a pond with a dock and fountain. The venue features a restored historic home surrounded by gardens and thoughtfully curated photo locations. Adjacent to the main house is our bridal suite, overlooking the pool and stone patio. Our contemporary event barn features floor-to-ceiling windows, elegant crystal chandeliers, custom lighting, a cocktail lawn and side patio, and a lofted lounge designed for groomsmen to relax or get ready. Cedarmont exclusively offers all-inclusive weddings—so everything from planning to the final send-off is taken care of in one place, by one experienced team.

I was born in Nashville, graduated from The Savannah College of Art & Design, and then moved to Atlanta to work in Film & TV and plan weddings & events. Eventually my dream of running my own venue became a reality so I made the move to Nashville and started Cedarmont Farm. To see couples so in love and help them celebrate that commitment to each other and provide a beautiful setting & a stress-free experience so they can soak it all in makes my job the best ever.

hat works at Cedarmont, were flawless in their planning and execution of our big day. We had a 6 month engagement but the all-inclusive package took away so much stress from the wedding planning. Leading up to the wedding, family and friends were asking if we were stressed or what they could help with, but we were feeling calm and excited thanks to the excellent planning from the Cedarmont team. They have seamless relationships with the vendors. Dream catering was delicious and everyone raved about the food. We highly recommend the braised beef, it was a crowd pleaser. They also accommodate dietary restrictions for some of your guests so we were able to pick the food we wanted without worry about those with allergies or vegetarian diets. The florals were beautiful, the cake was delicious (Katelin Hayes Desserts), and DJ Julian did a great job. We got married at the historic house site and it was well worth the up-charge to have the trolley and access to the historic house prior to the ceremony. If you want a dream wedding near Nashville, this is the spot!

worked with Brittany throughout the entire process and she continuously surpassed all of our expectations. She was always quick to answer our many questions and make sure every detail was accounted for and perfectly planned. In every single planning meeting, they made sure everything was meticulously thought of and was exactly what we wanted and more. The day of was completely stress free for Rachel and I thanks to Brittany and how she had the whole day planned down to the minute.
We decided to have our ceremony at the historic house site and are so happy with how it turned out. The addition of the trolley ride was a great addition for our guests.

went above and beyond for me and Austin- there was a chance of rain and even though I made the call to move it in they still set up the outside location I really wanted in case the weather decided to cooperate.
Colleen walked me through the process of decor and decisions and always listened to my ideas and helped me make decisions I was unsure of. Brittany made sure every detail came to life the night of my wedding with Rachel's help.

Cedarmont Farm gave us the dream wedding experience. If you are unsure about the all inclusive aspect, I am here to say DO IT! I am a planner and a bit of a control freak at heart....
I find peace in knowing that things are in order and Cedarmont gave that to me. I knew I wouldn't want to have to coordinate all the food, the DJ, the flowers, etc and the team at Cedarmont guides you through all of it. In pre-planned meetings you know what decisions to have to make by when and that was such a comfort. Our dedicated wedding planner Brittney M. was FANTASTIC. Incredibly responsive to all of my emails, a lending ear when I needed a color opinion and the person I leaned on during the chaos of wedding day. She was right there ensuring our photo/video stayed on time and our wedding party was where they needed to be. She kept assuring everything was perfect and that is exactly what my anxious heart needed. One thousand stars for Brittney.
The venue itself is beautiful and the staff always helped us ensure our wedding was how we wanted it. Ceremony far in the field? You bet! Live band plus a DJ? Of course!
The caterer, florist and DJ they work with are incredible and so familiar with each other, which was such a comfort.

I had a photo booth vendor not show up on our wedding day and they handled it. They came up with a back up plan before it was even a problem. They are who you want to run your wedding. Most importantly the entire Cedarmont team is so kind, professional and passionate about making your wedding spectacular. up plan, beautiful scenery, location near Nashville) and so many things we didn't realize we were looking for (spacious bar area, bridal and groom getting ready areas, location to take engagement pictures at). The biggest draw to the venue was the fact that it was all inclusive, and we truly had an amazing experience with Colleen, Shelby, and the rest of the team! They were patient, organized, and so helpful when we weren't sure what we wanted. I tend to get overwhelmed by too many decisions, so it was nice when I could just ask Colleen or Shelby what they thought. The day of the actual wedding was truly as stress free as possible! The team ran like a well oiled machine and we just got to enjoy every minute of it. I've attended weddings and been in bridal parties since our wedding day and realized even more just how great the Cedarmont team is. We loved our day and can't thank them enough.

They accommodated our schedule for meetings and made sure every detail was perfect and accounted for. Just to further prove how much they care, the best man was unable to attend due to a last minute deployment so he sent a recorded video of himself giving his speech which my husband and I were unaware of. Colleen personally used her projector and got a projector screen from her local church so that it could be played during our reception. It was so touching and so thoughtful that they cared to go the extra mile. If that doesn't convince you to book the venue then the sheer beauty of the property should. Our guests could not stop talking about how beautiful everything was. Do not hesitate to book your wedding with Cedarmont you will absolutely not regret it. lds, there is truly something for every type of wedding all in one property. There is such variety in what this venue can offer we honestly had a hard time deciding which ceremony spot to choose. It was also such a peace of mind for our April wedding knowing that our "rain plan" would already be in place (inside the barn) instead of having to coordinate and set up a tent last minute. We were very fortunate and our weather was immaculate, but I never once worried about the plan b. Colleen and her staff could not have been more wonderful to work with also! From the very beginning they were so helpful, attentive, and communicative in getting all of the details together to make sure our perfect day went off without a hitch. We went with the venue only package and even still they were so helpful in making vendor suggestions, coordinating timeline/details with our wedding planner, and answering all of my questions or concerns. I wouldn't change a single thing about how our wedding day turned out, and I attribute a lot of that to this beautiful place.

ugh every step of planning- every detail, every vendor and their requirements-- even the parts you handle outside of the package (dress, save the dates, etc) they would remind us of those/give tips/and remind us when those timelines were getting tight! Every vendor in their inclusive package was flawless. Florals, rentals, food, cake- I am certain I'm forgetting things because Cedarmont handled everything! Day of: This is the most beautiful venue and it is incredibly conveniently located. Every picture we have feels out of a magazine with the gorgeous landscape, ceremony sites (behind the barn was ours!) and the interior of the barn with the flowers is just perfect. Our out of town guests stayed in affordable hotels minutes away in Franklin. Everything was perfect. I cannot believe we found this place and I cannot believe how perfect it was the day of. This team is wonderful, caring, smart, and patient. They also dropped everything to bustle my dress while my absolutely terrified mom and maid of honor couldn't figure it out. Cedarmont is where to get married. Get the all inclusive package. Let the day be yours, beautiful, AND stress free. Cheers!

Farm is an absolutely breathtaking place. From the gorgeous fields, trees, ponds, house, barn and so much more--it was absolutely the most stunningly beautiful spot to get married. It was so special and romantic. We planned our wedding there for over 2 1/2 years and working with Colleen and her team during all that time was a BLAST. She is so kind, easy going, flexible, responsive, organized, knowledgeable and supportive. She is such fierce business owner who is running an amazing business and making so many people happy. From the gorgeous getting ready pool house and groom's loft, to the beautiful historic house and cocktail porch, to the authentic barn--Cedarmont is a magical special spot. It doesn't feel like a cookie cutter wedding factory, it feels intimate, private and very special. The property is beautiful, easy to get to (by the interstate), and we found the all-inclusive package to be affordable and stress-free. The wedding day itself was everything we hoped it would be. Colleen and her team pulled out all the stops and went above and beyond to make my dream of having an outdoor ceremony a reality even when it was destined to rain the whole day. My parents and guests were amazed at how hard everyone worked behind the scenes to make it happen. The venue itself is so beautiful, even in the rain!
From the planning process, to the big day itself, they made it so easy and fun to plan. Everything was so customizable and we were able to have everything we wanted within our budget. I can not say enough about Colleen and her team including Faith. They were absolutely amazing and we could not have imagined a better wedding! We are so happy and thankful we chose Cedarmont!

Cedarmont's all-inclusive package helps relieve so much of the stress that inevitably comes with wedding planning by helping connect you with their preferred vendors (all of whom were equally friendly and helpful). Every vendor we worked with went out of their way to help personalize our wedding to reflect our vision.
If you are wanting to get married in Middle Tennessee and are looking for a venue that can hold anywhere up to ~125 people, I cannot recommend Cedarmont enough.

knew this was the place. Colleen covered every detail in the planning and responded to all of our questions. She could not have made this stressful process easier and stress free. My daughter made several changes during the 10 months of planning from no ceremony to a fully attended ceremony on the shaded front grounds of the historic house. The bridal suite was perfect for the bridesmaid's make up and hair and for the photographer to take "prep" photos. The groomsmen had the loft over the barn for their prep time. The historic house was also the best place for a private "first look." The reception barn was set up beautifully with the bridal party in the middle. Every detail was effortlessly covered. From arrival to sparkler exit, Colleen and her staff were excellent. Do not hesitate to book this venue.

She went with the flow and easily accommodated us when we made a few last minute changes to scheduling and had everything running smoothly. When it was all said and done, the venue had everything packed up and ready to be packed into my dad's car quickly, so nobody was left waiting around. They made it so that the day of, my husband and I were able to relax and enjoy the day, rather than being stressed about things getting done.

Last minute drama was met with professionalism and such kindness which put everyone at ease. The Bridal House was exactly what the girls needed to relax, calm nerves and get some fresh air and sunshine by the pool. The guys spent their afternoon keeping an eye on the hockey game and playing corn hole at the Barn! Colleen arranged for her preferred caterer to deliver lunch to all - highly recommended! The Barn Loft for hiding the bride and girls away before the ceremony gave everyone a perfect venue to watch arriving guests and provided a special quiet moment between my dad and I before our walk to the pond. And, for my new husband and I for a quick deep breath before we greeted our guests for dinner!. The Florals were simple, elegant and springtime fragrant. Dream catering hit it out of the ballpark with the biscuit bar, carnitas and the “Just for 2” wedding cake paired with assorted mini cupcakes. It was such a beautiful evening and Colleen graciously obliged our request to add extra tables and chairs outside! Everyone enjoyed the corn hole, giant Jenga and yard Yatzi. The “Sparkler” exit was icing on the cake!!!

I saw the place February 2019 and the renovations had just begun. Colleen’s vision for the old barn was exactly what I was looking for. Working with her from so far away was always easy. She was easy to get a hold of, literally any time of day by email or phone. She was able to see my vision for our perfect day and helped execute it even when the weather changed and we had to move everything inside last minute. I would recommend Cedarmont Farm for any wedding or event!!

The venue was absolutely gorgeous, with so many options for ceremony locations, food, decor, etc., which made our day so unique and special to us.
