I've spoken extensively about my sales rep and buying experience at C.D. Peacock but just in case you haven't read it, my reps name is is Sheila Poole at the Woodfield (Mall)/Schau...
mburg location. Ask for her.. She's the best!
What makes Sheila and and the C.D. Peacock staff so spectacular, is how Sheila periodically follows up to see how I'm enjoying my purchase(s) months after the purchase was made.. Building that genuine relationship for years to come. While I do think it's a sincere character trait of Sheila's, I also know it the culture at C.D. Peacock!
In the follow up conversation it was disclosed that my anniversary was near and Sheila sought a gift for me, for the wife. The gift was at another C.D. Peacock location and was conveniently transferred over for me in a day. Ironically, Sheila wasn't in the store when I made it over to picked up the gift, but she had everything laid out and everyone there was extremely attentive and facilitated the delivery of the gift as if they'd made the sale themselves.. They even gift wrapped the purchase for me after I viewed it in person and approved the purchase!
The service is absolutely awesome!
