on’t eat a lot of chicken but that was THE BEST! We did buffet style and they had plenty of food for if people wanted seconds to eat. The staff were super friendly and offered to get me and my husband’s plates! They helped tear down at the end of the night and getting our decorations in on spot for an easy clean up!
Wan, thank you so much for making our day memorable with the food, and with your amazing staff. The process with everything was smooth and cannot express our gratitude for everything!

tered Productions. A huge shoutout to Michelle T. who handled our booking and communicated with me leading up to the day!

nd didn't eat at the wedding and made us a tray with a little bit of everything, so we were able to eat our wedding dinner the next day!
My only complaint was the planner, Michelle, who was organizing my event. I noticed that too much food was ordered (I went with their even menu) for appetizers and when I brought this up to her, she sent me all these odd menus and didn't explain what they were. Eventually I put my foot down and customized a much smaller menu for appetizers. It just bugs me that she knew there was too much food for my small wedding on the menu and was happy to let me pay 2K extra for a ton of food that would've been wasted. She also didn't keep the coordinator at the venue in the loop, which she was supposed to be doing from the beginning, which I found out about days before the wedding and after I had paid for everything.
Overall, not a horrible experience but a bit of a headache for a bride trying to plan a wedding.
Wan and the team at Catered Productions were amazing, so easy to work with. We chose them as they were a preferred vendor for our venue and i'm so glad we did. Our guest commented ...
on the amazing food, everyone loved the choices. we had multiple tastings to make sure it was what we wanted, we were able to customise things to our preferences and everything ran smoothly and perfectly on the wedding day. Cant thank the whole team enough for how easy the process was and how amazing the wedding food came out.

ions. We held a wedding on June 26, 2021 and the wedding was perfect. That is the short story. What happened before is not. The weather had been beautiful all of June, that is until the last week leading up the big day. The wedding was supposed to be outside in my son’s back yard, however with flash flood warnings and constant rain, the backyard even though tented became a swamp. There was no way to hold the wedding reception under the tent. Wan worked with us to come up with a new plan for serving the meal inside which meant extra work for them. She told me not to worry that they would do whatever it took. End of story… not even close! Five hours before the wedding ceremony we were able to get a ballroom at a hotel. Catered Productions took it in stride and were able to make the last minute venue change. They even helped us get some of the desserts we provided over to the new location. We had many compliments from our guests on the quality of the food and the wonderful staff! We highly recommend Wan and Michael with Catered Productions – you won’t be disappointed.

whenever we needed and most importantly, provided outstanding service for our big day! They went above and beyond for our tasting, made us extra entrees to try and the food was just as delicious the day of! I would DEFINITELY recommend this company to cater any event!
Per our venue, we were required to use a different bartending service (S&O bartending, which was AWFUL). The servers from Catered Productions stepped up and basically was doing their job too!! If it wasn't for our Catered Productions staff, the night wouldn't have run as smooth as it did. I'm thankful for them!

rk with. Michael assisted us with the process, helping to choose items and create the menu of our dreams. Michael helped us create 2 buffet stations just to our style and theme of wedding. Wan & Katie were always responsive to questions and inquiries no matter how many I have, they were always there! We went in for 2 tastings! Yes, 2. The first time I thought the meat was a little salty for my taste and so I went back in to make this small adjustment and the chef made it to perfection.
At the wedding, they were prompt, set up and break down was seamless and food was absolutely great. The staff at the wedding was very attentive and friendly. Our guests raved about the food. They said they had never been to a wedding with such good food. The fact that I heard this from multiple guests and then the compliments continued through the week makes me know everyone really enjoyed the food. I even heard a comment from a guest that their friend (restaurant manager and knows the industry) recently married and our wedding food was better than his!
I was also told our late night snacks (nacho bar) rocked! Friends /Family would come up and let us know how we were the best.
Thank you, Catered Productions for being a part of our special day and making it very memorable.
Please note: we had shopped around and had other tastings. Catered Productions was VERY reasonable in price. I am glad they were my choice as they exceeded my expectations.
