got us all the pictures we wanted. She was so organized and efficient on the actual wedding day, and she was flexible when we wanted to add a few extra shots. Her actual photography skills are incredible and we love all of our pictures. She is SO kind and always responds to emails and is so supportive. She is truly going to be your biggest hype-woman on your wedding day!! I cannot recommend Cassandra enough!! We love her and look forward to future chances to work with her again!!

She did a great job of directing us on the wedding day and working with the short amount of time we gave her (we didn’t do a first look so it was a little rushed). The photos turned out so beautifully. I loved the color in it - not too bright like you often see - and she did some great photoshopping of crowds out of the background for us as well. Overall great to work with!!

She also worked hard behind the scenes to prep as much as possible before the day to be as efficient as possible while also capturing the love of us as the couple. For a couple that is not always comfortable in front of a camera, her combination of professionalism and expertise allowed for everything to feel very natural through a variety of poses. And while she had a great plan and vision for our day, she was also receptive to ideas that came throughout the process. She helped keep us on timeline to the point where we were actually ON TIME and even ahead of schedule. When we saw our photos for the first time We couldn’t believe everything she captured. She captured the essence of our day. Every single photo was amazing and styled in a way that it was impossible to pick favorites. photos from one angle, but we got great photos from a variety of viewpoints. The preparation process went very smoothly (we met a couple of times in advance to go over everything and put together some lists, schedules, etc) and the day of couldn't have gone any easier. We had almost all of our individual and family portraits done prior to the ceremony and then were able to knock out the additional shots (and even a quick surprise session on our limo ride) with my wife and I together afterward. After all that, we still arrived at the reception on time so nobody was complaining about having to wait so long to eat. Picking a wedding photographer is hard. You can look at portfolios all you want (and that helps--it's how we ultimately chose Cassandra after a photographer friend of mine gave us a list of photographers she recommended), but since you can't go back and redo the event, you want to be absolutely confident it will go right the first and only chance you get and the portfolio doesn't necessarily show all the moments a photographer screwed up. My wife and I highly recommend Cassandra and you will NOT be disappointed at all with the end product! You'll also enjoy the previews she posts for you while you're waiting for your finished product to be ready for viewing.
