on we made (besides marrying each other!). From day one, Stacie brought a rare blend of warmth, precision, and calm, turning a complex mountain-top weekend into a beautifully choreographed celebration that felt effortless for us and magical for our guests. Stacie’s organization is next-level. She mastered our multi-event itinerary, synced a big vendor team, and built a timeline that ran to the minute without ever feeling rigid. She anticipated problems before they existed, handled last-minute curveballs with total grace, and protected our energy all weekend so we could actually be present. Her design eye elevated every detail, and her communications kept everyone—family, wedding party, vendors—aligned and stress-free. Most importantly, Stacie made us feel so cared for. She’s kind, decisive, and truly committed to your vision. We’ve heard “this was the best wedding we’ve ever been to” more times than we can count, and we credit Stacie (and the wonderful Dale on her team!) for that. If you want to be a guest at your own wedding—in the best way—Carver Coordination is the team you want in your corner. Five stars, easy

artedly give her 5 stars – she was, without a doubt, the most crucial part of making our wedding day absolutely amazing. From our very first interaction, Stacie was incredibly professional. Her communication was impeccable; she always got back to my emails and answered all my questions right away. I never once had to wait on her, which was such a relief during the often-stressful planning process. On the wedding day itself, Stacie was a superstar. She seamlessly coordinated with all our vendors, handling every single detail. This meant that all I had to do was relax, have fun, and get ready in the morning without worrying about a thing. She set up the reception exactly how I had envisioned it, paying attention to every little detail I had requested. There were moments when I felt myself starting to freak out, but Stacie was always there – calm, cool, and collected. Her reassuring presence immediately made me feel better, and I knew I could trust her completely to remember every single thing I wanted. She consistently kept our itinerary updated and proactively reached out to all our vendors, ensuring everyone was on the same page. Honestly, Stacie didn't just coordinate our wedding; she elevated the entire experience. She allowed us to truly enjoy our special day, knowing that every detail was in capable hands. We are so incredibly grateful for her expertise, dedication, and calming influence. Thank you, Stacie, for making our wedding day perfect!

r wedding day exceed our high expectations. With Stacie, we didn't have to worry about the timeline, setup/tear down of our decor, or vendor communication and logistics, which truly let us enjoy our wedding day. We would highly recommend working with Carver Coordination.

, clarity, and confidence to the planning process — something we really needed as a couple who didn’t have a clear vision or much knowledge of how any of this was supposed to go. Stacie helped us shape and refine our ideas into a wedding that not only reflected us as a couple, but somehow turned out even more beautiful and meaningful than we ever imagined. She has an amazing ability to listen, guide, and gently narrow down decisions without ever making it feel overwhelming or stressful. Her attention to detail and organizational skills are unmatched — nothing fell through the cracks. everal times to plan everything out. The day of our wedding she handled everything so we could relax and not worry about any planning or logistics! She is so kind and upbeat and was a joy to work with!

l so we didn’t have to. Stacey’s professional and calm demeanor immediately put us at ease, and it was clear she genuinely cared about making our day as relaxing and fun as possible. She never made us feel micromanaged, but her support was always present when we needed it most. Her familiarity with our venue was a huge asset—Stacey ensured all our guests were where they needed to be, even in a large space, which made everything flow seamlessly. The biggest blessing was how on top of everything she was. We didn’t have to lift a finger, and at the end of the night, Stacey had everything perfectly cleaned up and packed for us. The night flew by, and knowing she had it all under control allowed us to enjoy every moment. If you’re looking for someone to handle your big day with grace, precision, and care, Stacey is your go-to!

nd things we hadn't considered. She clearly has a ton of experience and knew what to ask--what couples care about, things that often arise on wedding day, etc. Stacie provided a full timeline and reception layout, welcoming feedback and conversation. We felt so confident going into wedding weekend know Stacie & team were by our side! Wedding day had a lot of logistics...a ceremony on the top of the mountain, a reception at the base, some weather to navigate and 175 people. Stacie & team navigated the unknowns perfectly, ensuring everything went off without a hitch. Her & team set up the venue with the instructions we provided, adding their own welcomed touch when needed! They cleaned up after the reception so we could continue hanging with guests at the afterparty. All of our vendors said they really appreciated working with Stacie--amazing feedback to hear, and a testament to all the work she did behind the scenes, coordinating with the venue & vendors. We couldn't recommend Stacie & team more!

er couples and their big day. You absolutely cannot go wrong hiring her. Your wedding day will be as stress free and perfect as possible with Stacie!

ys there to answer our questions (even the ones we didn't know we had!). Stacie just got us and knew exactly how to bring our vision to life. On the big day, we didn’t have to worry about a single thing. Stacie and her team were on top of every detail, from coordinating vendors to keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. If there were any hiccups, we had no idea because she handled everything with such calm and grace. It honestly felt like she had some kind of wedding day magic! What we loved most was how she made us feel so relaxed and present. We could actually enjoy the day with our family and friends, knowing she had everything covered. Stacie is not just a great planner—she's the kind of person you want around on your wedding day. We can’t recommend her enough to anyone looking for a stress-free, perfectly planned wedding. Thank you, Stacie, for making our day truly unforgettable!

our expectations. She helped so much with our timeline and organization. She helped us make all our ideas a reality. On the day of her and her team were on top of everything. Their attention to detail does not go unnoticed. She made sure we were taken care of and were enjoying ourselves. I would recommend her to anyone and everyone in their wedding planning journey!

t her. She was assigned to us a week prior to the wedding due to the other coordinator with the venue having a family emergency and this was the most seamless transition. She was in contact with us instantly and eased all of our nerves and made our day so perfect. I would highly recommend her to everyone!

te any stress the day of - I am so grateful that both my wife and I were able to totally and wholly relax and soak in every moment of our wedding in big part to the work and professionalism of Stacie and her team. Thank you Stacie for helping create memories that will last our lifetimes - you are the best!

rved, followed up and flawlessly worked this event without being overbearing. It's very hard to find a coordinator/planner that can maintain composure like Stacie displayed and I look forward to crossing paths at future events.

all requests to try and make sure everything was perfect. I can't believe how she handled setting everything up when we had some challenging florals and lots of decor. We were behind the timeline during our wedding (totally our fault due to a missing box, wanting extra time during certain photos, etc.) and she totally helped us go with the flow, zero stress, and it all worked out PERFECTLY. And her pricing is so reasonable. We so appreciate Stacie and her day-of assistant!!!!

raveling from all over the world, so there was a lot of additional details to think about in everything we did. Stacie was thorough and understood the required pacing much better than us, so we also got to see a lot of her supportive, positive, and reassuring nature throughout our time together. When the day of the wedding came, she was somehow everywhere, all at once, making sure that everything went smoothly and exactly as we’d hoped. Her and Dale were our heroes when we forgot the seating chart at home and needed a reprint day-of. Thank you Stacie and Dale for giving us a perfect day!

y easy to work with... and I knew we were always in good hands. She throughtfully takes charge while making sure to keep your vision and desires for the wedding day at the forefront. Stacie went above and beyond to help make sure everything ran smoothly and we couldn't be more grateful! She obviously loves what she does and I couldn't recommend her any more highly!

very first emails all the way to me leaving the wedding, they were such a joy and my newest friends. I don’t think I’ve ever worked with a better planning company that is so for all their vendors and couples the way Carver is. They also checked in on my team all day as we worked and really supported us. Look no further than Carver Coordination for your wedding process. They truly care about their clients and will go the extra mile to give them the best day ever! :)

d Stacie made sure that our day wouldn't be ruined and it turned out even better than I could have ever imagined. Thank you so much Stacie!

ying to do all of that work ourselves. It was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. Stacie was great from the very beginning--super professional, organized, and very timely with communication. She offered great ideas and advice that made our planning process so much easier and less stressful. For our wedding she assigned us to her associate Katie, who we can only describe as an all-star. My wife produces events in NYC, and she was ready to offer Katie a job on the spot because of how fantastic she was. They thought of every detail and kept records of everything we needed to make the wedding function smoothly. If you can't tell, I can't recommend them highly enough. Total 10/10.

erything and gave us reasonable options for ceremony and dancing when it was originally supposed to be outside. She was friendly and understanding! I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a day of coordinator! She truly went above and beyond. We can’t say enough about her!

this review instead of booking Stacie, the best wedding planner we could ever imagine. She fixed problems we didn’t even know we had until they were solved. She brings a meticulous expertise and wisdom to every aspect of her craft, she is the Michaelangelo of wedding planning and quite frankly, I am sad she is no longer in our life. Are you seriously still reading this? What’s wrong with you? Go book her this instant!

that could be planned out was. On our wedding day, the weather decided to be extremely uncooperative and drop buckets of rain on what was supposed to be an outdoor dance party. Stacie and her assistant did an excellent job executing our contingency plan. I'm sure there were hitches involved in that and many other things that day, but in a testament to Stacie's professionalism, I do not know what they were. Stacie even helped us deal with an issue with rentals we had not received after the wedding. She made sure we were happy with everything, even after the ceremony was done. We would absolutely book Stacie again!

le to rave about a wedding coordinator! Many times, coordinators are not able to fine-tune the IMPORTANT details of the day and get caught up in the smaller details - missing the mark on the important things. But with Stacie, she was on top of everything and also valued the partnerships with vendors to work collaboratively together. The wedding went off without a hitch and a huge part of that was due to Stacie! If you are looking for a wedding coordinator that is simple, clear, and on top of it - look no further!

before we hired her to after our wedding was complete. She managed our many complications and obstacles with grace and creative resolve. She managed our vendors like a boss and responded to all of our family's requests with service and a smile. Her price is more reasonable than other providers that will not do nearly as much to bring your wedding vision to life. We cannot recommend Carver Coordination enough! 10 stars!

anymore!! Thank you for everything, Stacie!

ed checklists to make sure all the pieces are falling together as they should be. She was incredible to have alongside us on our wedding day and throughout final pre-wedding steps, and our wedding was an absolute dream with all of her help. We highly recommend her to help coordinate your wedding day!

tions and help. Planning a wedding is complicated and at times overwhelming and confusing, Stacie was always available by email, text and phone to offer her expertise. She was extremely prepared the day of the wedding too and handled all issues and questions very well. I highly recommend Stacie and Carver Coordination!

g. If we had to do it over again, we would choose her in a heart beat! Thanks Stacie!

Great work with colors and adding a personal touch to all aspects of a special day! Being a part of a vendor team on one of Stacie's weddings is definitely a treat! Highly recommended by Love Letter Film Co.

afterwards. We never felt judged by asking embarrassing questions like 'what should we actually say on invitations' or 'what do we do at the flower market'. My wife and I were long distance and had to do many of the planning virtually, and Stacy helped us coordinate all the key meetings, walkthroughs, etc. to our schedule. She was responsive to our emails, no matter how big or small our questions were, and was easy to set up a virtual meeting with. The most admirable thing for me was how flexible and eager to help Stacie was even when we made last minute changes or wanted vendors that weren't on her original recommendations. She was never taken aback by our requests and simply helped us carry our vision forward. My wife had requested some big changes to the flowers literally one week prior to our wedding, and she made it happen! I loved being able to just talk to Stacie about what we want and having her coordinate with the vendors to make it happen; as busy working people, my wife and I truly appreciated the time it saved to just talk to one person rather than ten. And I'm speechless on how flawless the wedding day coordination was. My wife and I simply enjoyed our wedding, and whenever we walked into a room, we would find things set up perfectly to what we had discussed. We never had to ask or nudge. When there was some last minute hiccups, Stacie took care of it. She also had an emergency kit and fixed my wife's broken heels so that she could still do the ceremony in her beautiful wedding shoes. We never had to worry about clean up; it would simply just be done by the time we had noticed. Our favorite phrase throughout the day was "ask Stacie" and she took care of it.

to make your event spectacular! Will definitely hire Carver Coordination for future events.

all the moments of the whole day because I knew she had all the little details under control. I might add she was also the most budget friendly and offered just as many services if not more than other competitors who were double the price. Hire her!!!

g and sticking to her word and on the day of our wedding was no exception. She even saved the day with her sewing kit when the zipper to my dress snapped off beyond repair 20 minutes before the event!! Stacie is fun and positive and truly knows her stuff!

and this endorsement is a result of the excellence that Stacie brings to her job. We spoke with Stacie about being as present as possible at our wedding, and how to make different stages of our event predictable and relaxed. She walked through every detail with us (about 80% of the details, we had not even thought of) and made sure that our wedding was aligned to our vision. Wedding planning exhausted my ability to make decisions and Stacie didn't skip a beat when it came time to orchestrate what felt like a thousand details on the day of our wedding. She was calm, handled questions and obstacles with grace, and truly listed to us. I felt like I could actually attend my wedding and enjoy it because when something came up (left my shoes in my room, dog needs a walk, caterer doesn't know where to put something, the list goes on), Stacie was there. Stacie is extremely professional with this work -- she communicates directly and efficiently, while also showing regard for her client's needs. You will thank yourself for hiring Stacie.

old us how great Stacie was on our wedding day. There were also a lot of stories of snafus where Stacie Saved The Day and I had no idea anything was even going on. I also remember a moment in time during my wedding day where I looked over and she was sweeping the floor, that's when I knew we had chosen the absolute BEST for our wedding day-of coordinator because she will absolutely go above and beyond! I felt so stress free on my wedding day thanks to Stacie and I honestly think that is invaluable. Also, Stacie's package prices are phenomenal! I don't understand why anyone would pay more money, when you could have Stacie do a better job at a lower price. Don't make that mistake!! She also gave me a discount for being a healthcare worker on the front lines during the height of the pandemic, which goes to show how amazing she is!! If you are reading this, NO your wedding venue coordinator will not be sufficient! Hire a professional, caring, hard working coordinator (AKA Stacie/Carver Coordination) and enjoy the wedding day of your dreams! Thank you Stacie!!!!

g with us for TWO years (thanks, COVID!), helping me find a new hair and make-up artist when mine left 5 months before the day, to setting up our rehearsal dinner and coming to our venue earlier than planned (I was nervous things would go horribly wrong) - Stacie was a dream! I never felt like she thought we were too much or she was tired of working with us. Carver coordination did a TON for us and we are so happy with the outcome. Carver Coordination is reasonably priced, yet I feel like we got a lot more attention to detail and personal support than we would have with a larger, more expensive company. Our wedding was great, thanks to the work of Carver Coordination!

xt in the planning process. When it came to our big day Stacie put in so much hard work and it truly showed and took so much stress off of us and our family. Our wedding party joked that she was the wedding mom because if anyone needed anything you would hear "Stacie!!!". Such a phenomenal event planner and would recommend her/carver every time.

ion options, and trust me when I say Carver Coordination is the best option for anyone planning a wedding in Colorado!! Stacie has shown utmost professionalism since my first interaction with her. I wasn’t even sure if I needed a wedding coordinator at first because my venue includes a venue coordinator with the package, but let me tell you, I NEEDED Stacie more than I could have ever known! She has gone above and beyond in helping to plan and coordinate my wedding. She is so organized and put together, and every meeting makes me feel more calm and confident about how my wedding day will go. For anyone reading this, I can guarantee you that you will feel how I do about Carver coordination -- You get WAY MORE than what you pay for! Seriously, the pricing is so reasonable for everything she includes with her coordination packages. I haven’t had my wedding yet, and I will update my review once I do, but I just had to write a review now in the lead up to my wedding because I am simply so impressed with Carver Coordination. I hope for anyone reading this that this review helps you to make the right decision-- hire Carver Coordination for your wedding! You will be so glad you did. I know I am! - Emma S (wedding date 7/23/21)

she approaches her work. We had a Zoom call with her to discuss all of our wedding day needs, including all of the special details she was planning to help set up before the ceremony. With 2020 being a strange year and us having to postpone our wedding she was the best coordinator to work with! She was so supportive in the decisions we made and flexible to accommodate our date next year. I would highly recommend Stacie if you are looking for a coordinator for your wedding.
