Lexi was amazing to work with! She listened to what I wanted and didn't try to push me in other directions or go over my budget like other bridal stores did, so of course we went b...
ack for the bridesmaid dress!
I am a plus size bride and I toured a few places in the cities and all the dresses at “big name stores”. They all made me feel frumpy and out of place. But, at Carrie Johnson, my c...
onsultant made me feel like a bride who deserved to feel special and surrounded by love! There was not a lot of pressure to buy, I was able to walk around and pick out dresses i wanted to try on, and the consultants were so helpful. Carrie herself even popped in to check in which I was impressed with!
The dress I chose was under budget and I even have store credit to utilize on alterations/jewelry!
110% recommend!
I came in because I had bought a dress at another place that ended up completely screwed up, and had two months to get a new wedding dress. I showed up without an appointment on my...
only trip to the US before the wedding and they helped me find a gorgeous dress. On top of that, they referred me to a place that could do my alterations, and gave me a great price for purchasing off the rack. The experience with them was great!
Carrie Johnson's was the first place I went to try on dresses. I had a consultant who was on her own for the first time, and she was WONDERFUL! I showed her one photo of a style th...
at I liked, and she managed to find that exact same dress, and it was the dress I wore on my wedding day! She was not pushy at all, and made the entire process painless- which I hate shopping. The entire appointment lasted about 45 minutes and we ordered the dress that day! When I went in to pick it up, I had a different person helping me. I put it on, super excited as one would be, and stepped on to the platform. Her words will "well, will this do?" in a less than fantastic tone. That one interaction put a sour taste in my mouth for Carrie Johnson's, and she was the one who took the measurements the day we purchased the dress. There's not much avoiding her.
Overall, I would still recommend Carrie Johnson's, as the dress was PERFECT, the original consultant was the best, and Carrie herself is the sweetest!
Beautiful gowns and very helpful staff.
Carrie Johnson Bridal was great! Our wedding was in Washington State - even with the distance, they were easy to work with. Great at communicating with me. My dress arrived perfect...
& on time. I would highly recommend working with this bridal shop.

he shop except me and my friends/family. It felt more personal. Great salon to work with made me feel comfortable and just wanted me to have fun and a great experience.
I went to Carrie Johnson to find my dress. I live in PA, so it was important to me to get it done quickly during my visit home to MN. Our visit to the salon was wonderful! The owne...
r's daughter, Lexi was our consultant. She started by asking me what I wanted. She carefully listened and pulled a few options while my family and I looked around. Lexi was so friendly and helpful! I ended up buying the first dress she had picked for me; it was exactly what I had had in mind. Normally they have a policy that the dress must be picked up within a week (I think) of arriving in the salon. When I explained that I was living in PA and wouldn't be able to make a trip on such short notice, they were happy to hold it for longer for me. They ended up holding it for almost 2 months. Overall, they are a great business with a wide selection of dresses and great prices! I wouldn't have wanted to go anywhere else!
We went to Carrie Johnson Bridal for my wedding dress and we were totally happy with the service! I let the consultant know that my budget was $1,200 and she said that I would have...
access to almost all of the dresses in the store with that budget, which was a pleasant surprise! The consultant was very helpful and my dress was absolutely perfect! The only complaint I have is that the store is small and sometimes feels cramped. There also isn't a huge variety for accessories. However they have plenty of wedding dresses and the staff is amazing! We actually traveled 50 miles to go there, and I am glad that we did!
The service was amazing! I was on a very short timeline with my wedding and other bridal stores were very rude and seemed annoyed by that fact. Here they were very up front and tol...
d me what i could and couldn't get and helped me find the perfect dress in my timeframe. I came back several times to look and I worked with Brittney, Madie, and Katie. I would recommend any of them all of the staff was amazing and accommodating. I came back for my brides maid dresses and brought my mother for hers. Could not ask for a better experience.
Friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff! Carrie and all her staff were so nice to work with. Great selection of dresses for every budget. A must stop for every bride!

Carrie Johnson Bridal was the only store I went into to try and dresses and it ended up being the store I bought my dress from. The bridal consultant who helped me was extremely he...
lpful and never left my side. When I asked for different dresses to try on, she got them for me right away without hesitation. There were many styles to choose from, and I was able to buy mine right off the rack without having any alterations for a very reasonable price!

y of belts and veils but they could use a bit more jewelry to pick from. A lot of if was for prom. My mom also got her dress there. It was bit more expensive than what she wanted to spend but it was a great dress and they were able to express ship it with only a little extra cost.
I purchased my wedding dress from Carrie Bridal and had a good experience. The only down side was that they do not offer on-site alterations. Meaning although you get a good deal, ...

oss CarrieJohnsonBridal. I pulled in & to my surprise they were open, i viewed a few dresses with my personal attendant & she then suggested the "buy of the rack" room. I pulled dress after dress... they were all so amazingly beautiful & total steals! Long story short i ended up walking out knowing what my dress was going to be. She offers great payment plans & even suggested a wonderful alterations gal who made my dress my own!
Carrie is great! She really listened to what i wanted to wear, not what she thought. I found the perfect dress there and she even had it rushed for me. Great customer service to.
carrie johnson bridal was very friendly and helpful in our tux rental.
The staff at Carrie Johnson Bridal was more helpful than any other I encountered at 10+ other bridal shops.
Katie helped me out and I found my dress after the 2nd try on! I fell in love with the dress and decided to get the groomsman tuxes there also. They worked with us and when an out ...
of state call in measurement was wrong, they had it overnighted to the shop and came in after store hours! Going above and beyond for us.
My dress shopping experience is not your stereotypical story. I went to at least 12 places in the cities and suburns of MN and COULD NOT find the dress I'd always dreamed of. It wa...
s nothing more than a beautiful tradition gown, but I just couldn't find "the one". I had gotten pretty annoyed with the whole experience and when I walked into Carrie Johnson Bridal, I was relieved because they were so helpful and knowing I had had lots of experience with trying dresses on and knowing what I liked and didn't like they let me do my own thing. They were GREAT and helpful when I finally put it on! They showed me different types of bustles to try and helped me add straps.
AND not only did I find THE DRESS it was for a VERY reasonable price. ...AND on SALE!
I love the dress and their service helped me find it!
Carrie was very friendly in helping me try on a bunch of dresses, and helped me coordinate jewelry/veils with the dream dress I was lucky enough to take home with me that day right...

Carrie and her team are so helpful and fun to work with. I went in not really expecting to find a dress and the next day I had the dress of my dreams AND it was within my budget! ...
I would refer all of my friends here because they will make sure to educate and help you in every way they can to get you the dress of your dreams. I also took my bridesmaids here to get their dresses and I was so happy to find a dress everyone could agree on.

helpful if you want them to be and will let you roam on your own too if thats what you prefer. I also fell in love with a dress there that day and returned to buy it a few days later. The dress is beautiful and was well taken care of for being an off the rack (or sample) dress! For $199 you cant go wrong! Definately thinking about taking my girls there to pick out the bridesmaid dresses in the near future!
great company to work with. very honest and willing to go out of their way to help!

kept me in budget. I loved how they did not push a sale onto me or my mom is that is where she bought her beautiful mother of the bride dress. They had dresses there for buy off the rack and for order. They were all helpful and respectful. I did get the bridesmaid dresses and tuxes there too along with everything else I needed with my dress.
