I would give 6 stars if I could! Carrie and her team helped us with day-of services for my daughter’s wedding. It was an absolutely amazing event and we could not have done it without her. Carrie has a kind and calm presence that eases the inevitable tensions during the lead up to wedding weekend. Her team is also calm and capable. They don’t run around with headsets and chatter aggressively about the timeline like I’ve seen other coordinator teams do. I find that so distracting at a ceremony and reception. Nope! None of that! Carrie communicated with us throughout the evening but didn’t not hover and was never disruptive. They made the ceremony and reception so enjoyable and fun. We didn’t have to worry about anything but celebrating. From ballroom set up/decorating to coordinating with the florist and band and all other vendors to pinning boutonnières on the groomsmen, Carrie and her team handled it!
She also stepped in willingly for us a little before day-of due to some unexpected health issues in the bride’s family. She made the final planning stages feel manageable.
I cannot say enough good things about Carrie and her entire team. 💗
Carrie was absolutely amazing! The whole wedding day went so smoothly because of the her! Her and her team took care of all the set up, vendor communication, and keeping the day running on time. She is so considerate and plans your day based on only what you want, and is happy to make any last minute changes if you need it!
