Carriage Caterers

have any left to bring home. ;-). His florals and cakes were just as wonderful. Thank you Bob!!!

nk you for an incredible experience! - Joseph & Kelci Z.

entire process. Our guests raved about the food during the reception and for weeks to come!

endor referrals. Bob has unmatched experience and a knack for what he does! I would book them again!

tions. I’ve received so many compliments on how good the buffet dinner was, how delicious and pretty the cakes were and how beautiful the venue looked. Bob and his staff did an amazing job of delivering exactly what my daughter wanted for her wedding. I highly recommend!

as incredibly kind and obliging when I rescheduled my wedding for 2021 and when I had to cancel once again due to covid. In 2020 my father was diagnosed with advanced cancer and I couldn't risk his health with a large wedding in 2020 or 2021. I still married my husband in 2020 and Bob was kind enough to provide bouquets, boutonniere, and a beautiful cake. Bob's service was exceptional and I can't recommend Carriage Caterers enough.

. Not to mention a great price! Highlights: - works with your vision - delicious food (my guests still talk about it ) - seasoned vendor - lots of connections - honest and truly cares I cannot recommend them enough. Thank you Carriage Caterers for everything <3

as weather, we had to find an indoor venue 3 DAYS before our wedding and Bob made that process seamless. It get as if we had been planning to use this venue the entire time. Nothing was just thrown together when we had to pivot last minute. The food is out of this world delicious and they were able to accommodate my dietary needs for celiac (even my cake was gluten free!! ) without losing any of the flavor. Our flowers were stunning and are still living a week later. I highly recommend using this team for ANY wedding/special event. Very professional, knowledgeable and able to deliver the event of your dreams with minimal stress to you.

o so kind and welcoming upon meeting & throughout the countdown to the wedding. He worked so well with us and helped remind us that everything was going to be ok when we had to postpone our wedding twice due to the pandemic. When wedding day finally arrived, everything we planned together came out so beautiful and maybe even more than what we imagined. The food received so many great compliments, from it being fresh to people wondering if they could go back for seconds because of how delicious it was! We are so happy that Carriage Caterers were apart of our wedding day and we definitely would recommend anyone having a wedding to hire them!

g. When I look back at pictures, I still can't believe that is my wedding. It was beautiful. We had so many (I mean SO MANY) guest comments on how delicious the food and cake were. The staff and bartenders were so attentive and personable. We loved everything about our wedding day, and we owe so much of that to Carriage Catering! Thank you! (:

cake, and bar staffing made my planning process so much easier! Bob was great to work with, I pretty much sent him pictures of what I wanted and he delivered. And knowing that he does so many events at our reception venue was a huge plus as well. We got so many compliments on our food, especially the macaroni and cheese! Carriage Caterers was a great vendor at a reasonable price! We are so glad they were part of our special day.

s, decorations, cake, staff, and delicious food!! He was attentive, kind, professional etc. He just does great work and is so good at what he does. He really went above and beyond to make our day special! Thank you so much Bob! We’ll highly recommend you to anyone 😁

eat ideas that blended perfectly with ours. I nearly cried my makeup off when I saw the ballroom all setup with the vision we had planned. The night ran smoothly and it was always such a pleasure to work with Bob. His one stop shop approach made everything easier to plan and work so smoothly. and that mac and cheese...yum! If you are getting married in the Houston/Galveston area, definitely look up Carriage Caterers for all your wedding needs! Thanks again Bob!

rvices. He has extensive menu options. His food and staff were fantastic and very professional. Two things can make or break a party....the DJ and the FOOD!. Everybody raved about the delicious food and the generous portions. He has been in business for many, many years and knows every little aspect about wedding. Even during Covid, he made the appropriate adjustments and it worked out great. Make him your first stop and you won't regret it.

making sure your dream wedding comes true. Food is delicious, cakes are amazing and his service is wonderful! So many positives about Bob and his team! Thank you so much!

eous!!!! Bob knew our vision and made it a dream come true!! A perfect day. Thank you so much Bob!!!!!!

band and I wished we requested to have food saved for us to eat after the wedding because we wanted to eat more. We received lots of compliments on how good the food was and how much food was served. They also made our cake and it was so beautiful and tasted so good that there was nothing left (except the top part that they saved for us). Our guests raved how good our cake even days after the wedding. Besides the food and cake, they also provided our flowers and centerpieces which were all beautiful and did our table settings. Everything looked amazing. We were very pleased. Bob will help you and guide you with the planning, not to forget Marolynne who was very responsive during the planning. Bob and his staff were wonderful and very professional. They provided top notch service. Bob came and stayed during our wedding and made sure everything went well from set up to breakdown. Thank you Bob and Carriage Caterers!

e complimented us on the food-the prime rib and mac and cheese are where it's at! The decor was beautiful-it was like they could see what I imagined in my head and made it come to life. Can't forget about the cakes-not only were they absolutely delicious, but I am convinced they can make anything you want. I showed them pictures of what we wanted and it was like it was ripped out of a magazine-outstanding! They made things so easy for us and super easy to work with! Thank you!

d flowers! We met with him once to discuss everything and after that we were able to do everything by phone and email, where he was very responsive. He got to the reception venue in Galveston the day before and had everything set up early, which was great! On the day of the wedding, he brought the bouquets, corsages, and boutonnieres to the church before the wedding and all of the flowers were perfect and so pretty! The cake looked awesome and was exactly what I had pictured! The food and cake were delicious, and the serving staff were great! He definitely made wedding planning a lot easier and everything looked perfect!

rful the food was and how moist the cakes were! The staff was amazing. They made sure we were eating and always had a full drink. The family will use them for all future catering events.

the food and his staff were fantastic! I can not say enough how amazing it was! He worked with my daughter on vegan food options where other vendors would not! He was extremely accommodating and stayed throughout the reception to ensure everything went smoothly! He also made recommendations for a DJ that was equally amazing, and a bridal shop where my daughter got her dress! THANK YOU BOB for everything! We absolutely loved it!!!

our wedding!

ill listen to you and figure out exactly what you need and deliver that and more. Every single one of our guests complimented the food and my husband and I could not stop eating. Best food ever!

y busy. Not much DIY was possible for us, which made using this beautiful venue a question mark... Until I met with Bob from Carriage Caterers. Carriage Caterers is almost one-stop shopping, even for venues that require you to provide everything but the tables and chairs. Bob expertly guided us through decisions about linens, tablescapes, flowers for the tables and the wedding party, room set-up, bar set-up (he provided glasses and our bartender), food to serve, and cakes - all services he provides. He also gave suggestions for a DJ (which we happily hired) and a photographer (who we opted not to hire). My daughter had a vision for how her wedding would look and she was worried that this venue, which was not her first choice, would not deliver. She let me know at her reception that everything was beautiful and she was very happy. Of course, my bride was the person I most wanted to please, but comments from our guests are enthusiastically complimentary. People were very impressed by the choices they had at the dinner buffet and they found the food to be delicious. We really couldn't be happier with the service Bob provided, and the price he charges is an excellent value. We could have spent more for a meal with only 1 entree and 2 sides. To try some of the dishes offered by Carriage Caterers, you can visit Bob twice a year at the Galveston Bridal Show. He'll have samples of the prime rib (which we served at our event) as well as several side dishes and cakes. You can also see flower arrangements, table settings, and cakes done by carriage caterers. By going to the shows with my bride, she was able to see what was possible. As it happens, one of the arrangements on display fit her vision for her bouquet, as did one of the cakes, so those choices became easy.

lowers were gorgeous and everyone loved them. He gave great advice and really knows what he is doing. He brought some additional decorations I did not ask for and it made my reception even better! His carrot cake is to die for. The only downside is it would take a little while to hear back when I sent a question but everything was under control.

planning! I was able to trust him that everything would be beautiful and on time. He is responsible, personable, reliable, insightful, and AMAZING! Thank you so much for making our day perfect! From the decorations, to our gorgeous and delicious cake (get the carrot cake), to the wonderful food (my guest are raving about those potatoes), to all the special touches that I know his team did, to allowing us to set up in advance, and helping my family clean up after the reception...thank you! His team was so professional and made me feel like royalty the whole day! Bob even supplied me with my bridal portrait bouquet, and hairpiece for the reception! Planning knowing Bob was in my corner was a breeze and he eliminating having to contact multiple vendors because he services more that just food. It was the best decision I made for my wedding and I would have him help again in a heartbeat! THANK YOU!!!!

and even supplied our shirts when my husband and I realized we left our tuxedo shirts in Houston (we were in Galveston). That is what I call full service. Bob felt like an old friend from the moment we first met him in his office. I did not have to worry about anything. The venue looked perfect, the food was so delicious and had a good southern flare, not your typical wedding reception food. Three weeks after we are still getting feedback on it being the best wedding food our guests have ever had. Bob's staff seems more like his family and they are amazing, so friendly and making sure that every detail was perfect. If you are able to get Sammi as a server, do so, because he is the best! Preparing for the wedding Bob was invaluable, his years in the business definitely show. I never thought I would get married again, so I had never really thought about what my wedding would look like. He asked the right questions and the whole evening turned out to be nothing less than perfect.

hing. Received tons of comments from guests about how much they enjoyed the food. Went above and beyond our expectations!

and cleaned up everything, and their staff was beyond helpful. So many of my wedding guests have asked who catered and I happily recommend Carriage Caterers to everyone!

ere just what I was hoping for! All of the employees were very friendly and helpful. Bob and Marolynn were a pleasure to work with and they handled everything for us. They also catered our rehearsal dinner and it was just as amazing. Bob even made part of the cake gluten free for me. I would recommend Carriage Caterers 100%!

wers, linens, cake, food, setup, clean up, waitstaff, and made sure everything went smoothly the day of! I'm sure I left something out. I received so many compliments on how beautiful everything was and how good the food was. He is truly amazing.

n my wedding from a far and he was a one stop shop for my entire wedding and rehearsal. I gave him a general idea of what I wanted with brief descriptions and let him know I trusted him with it all! Boy oh boy did he surpass my expectations in every single way! When I saw the finished product of all the hard work of him and his team this past weekend I felt like I was in a dream. I couldn't have even dreamt of anything better if I wanted to. The fact that I didn't have to stress at all about the design, tha cake, the food, the linens or going through any other vendors or contacts and just put all my trust in him made the whole process so enjoyable. There was a Moment that was really stressful for me to where I had lost my dress and I seriously was freaking out. When I called Bob to let him know I was "dressless" he stopped everything and within a matter of minutes he hooked me up with Something BLUE Bridal out of Angelton, where I found an even better dress than I had before. Even when I had anxious moments or moments of doubt in which every bride has, he was there to help me feel secure with the whole process. Very professional and extremely talented. If you are looking to fulfill your "PINTEREST" Dreams!!! Bob, can make it happen! No joke! He got me together with an Amazing and highly organized wedding coordinator named Erika Leppo. Which turns out because my wedding party was so huge I actually really really needed! She was fantastic. Weddings themselves are stressful enough... I strongly urge everyone to stop shopping around for caterers and vendors now and just call Bob at Carriage Caterers. You won't regret it at all and once you hand it over to him just relax because trust me he's got it all under control. Can you imagine having your dream wedding going off without any major problems and being drop dead gorgeous and stress free? Yah Carriage Caterers is the only way!!

tive to detail and has beautiful presentation. The food is delicious! The corn pudding was our favorite. And Bob was so open to all of our ideas and recipes to really make our event personal and special to us. The cakes were also amazing and beautiful. We couldn't decide so we had 4 different flavors! The guests were not disappointed. If you want quality and someone who will make you feel like you are their #1 client, go with Bob and Carriage Caterers.

cakes, flowers and more! He was even at the church beforehand to fasten boutonnieres. I wish we could get married again just to work with Bob. Thank you for an amazing job!

b was great. We had some extra people show up, and Bob made it work. My cousin also used Bob for her wedding several years ago. I would use Bob over and over again. Great value. Oh, and he also did our cakes, amazing.

idal bouquet was a show stopper. Our first meeting was a bit awkward. I was not that excited about flowers and colors, but thankfully Bob is a professional and he was able to take my muddled ideas and turn them into something that should be in magazines! We had a brunch wedding and the food was out of this world. We had so many sweets, pastries, eggs, french toast casserole, pork loin, four salads that were a HUGE hit and a wonderful wedding cake. So many of our wedding guests told us it was the best food they have had at a wedding! Every server we had at the actual wedding was gracious and the whole reception went off without a hitch. Every email we sent was answered within two business days. He was very accommodating and helped us with the whole planning process. We had a limited budget and his spreadsheets were very helpful. I highly recommend Carriage Caterers!

she wants, but is not nit picky about details. Bob did above and beyond what I expected at the church and the food and cakes at the reception were phenomenal! He tends to take what you ask for and put his own little flair on it, which if you are ok with that, then he is great! The one big downfall was that we were told he would keep us on schedule at the reception and let us know when it was time to do what. I fortunately am a very organized person and had a schedule printed out for my maid of honor and bridesmaids. When they realized Bob was not directing the reception according to the schedule they stepped in and saved the day. Unfortunately we had triple checked that he would do this and were assured it would happen, but he fell through in that area. As long as you are prepared for that to possibly happen, we would recommend him in every other area.

all of the above. He is a one stop shop! The food was amazing, the service was outstanding and everything was as I wished it would be!

oom's cake. Everything was wonderful. I was not a picky bride... but I did want the food to taste good and the cake to be delisious... he did that and everyone loved it!!! Also- he surprised me with beautiful centerpieces on a few of the tables. Bob was such a delight to work with and I would highly recommend him as a one stop shop for all of your reception needs :)

inued to call him changing my mind on how I wanted the cake to look, the sash/no sash on the chair, even the color scheme. The only thing that didnt change was that I wanted an elegant wedding in my budget. Total for the wedding I had $15,000 (this included my dress, photographer, flowers...etc). Even with all my changes he knew exactly what I wanted on my day. It was perfect to every detail. Tall vases with hanging flowers surrounded by candles for centerpieces. Real china for dinner...it added to a more formal/elegant dinner. The china plates had a silver border; many places give you plane white plates. The food was delicious: Chicken, Prime Rib (carving station), Pork (carving station), salad, vegetable medley, potatoes, squash casserole! My cake was three tiers with bavarian cream. It was one of the most delicious, moist, creamy cakes I have ever had. Everyone raved about it to me :) He was also so helpful in getting me in touch with other vendors in my price range. Being in the business so long he knows many other vendors. I got in contact with my DJ and florist because of him. Carriage Caterers used a florist named "Connie". She is great at what she does! The catering company works directly with her so it was one less hassle for me. I would tell the caterer what I wanted and he found pictures in season and budget that matched. For instance I wanted peonies, but they are spring flowers instead of telling me ok and then giving me the bill for flying them in from Holland he explained the price difference so we could find a more affordable option.
