It allowed us to see exactly how our tallest centerpiece would look and make any adjustments in person before the big day, which gave us so much confidence going into the wedding. They were also very patient and accommodating throughout the planning process, even with the changes I made along the way. On the wedding day, their team handled everything seamlessly, including transporting our tall centerpieces from the church to our reception venue so we could reuse them. Most importantly, the flowers were absolutely beautiful, and everything came together so nicely. We received so many compliments from our guests, and they truly helped bring our vision to life. We were happy with how everything turned out!

On the day of the wedding, it was extremely stressful to receive a bridal bouquet with bright red roses when that was explicitly not requested. The colors did not match my bridesmaids’ dresses and were not aligned with my overall vision. I would not normally be overly concerned about this, but given the cost of the services, I expected the agreed-upon color palette to be executed accurately at minimum. Communication and responsiveness leading up to the wedding were great, and I truly wish I could give a higher rating. Unfortunately, the incorrect colors caused unnecessary stress on an already high-pressure day, and I left feeling disappointed.

Me, being someone who doesn't know a whole lot about flowers, told Kyle my ideas and color scheme and he helped me refine my vision, better understand what my options were, gave suggestions and helped bring my vision to life! He created the most stunning arrangement and it was absolutely perfect for mine and my husband's wedding. He also was super helpful in making sure our floral order was within our limited budget; he had many ideas of how we could accomplish our vision, while being very budget-friendly. He was also super quick in responding over email whenever I had a question and he was clear in the process of how payment and set-up would work as well. They also set up the flowers perfectly on the wedding day, and Kyle and his team personally delivered my flowers to me and the wedding party at the hotel where we were getting ready which was perfect! Carousel Flowers went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations and I highly recommend this florist for weddings and any event, or even for just buying flowers for your home or for someone else! 10/10!

The booking process was extremely simple and then we touched base a few weeks before our wedding. Their team dropped off florals at our reception venue, groom's getting ready location, and set up at the church. After the mass, they removed all of the flowers and brought them to the venue to repurpose for the reception. I truly never had to think twice about anything with the flowers because I knew we were in great hands. We received so many compliments on our flowers from not only other guests, but our vendors. They truly made our day so special and I would recommend anyone to work with Kyle and his team at Carousel Flowers.
