Carolyn Celeste Weddings

nd amazing vendors made every detail magical. She was just as fantastic for my daughter’s wedding. From start to finish, Carolyn made everything seamless, beautiful, and stress-free. Her eye for detail and passion truly shine. Highly recommend Carolyn Celeste Celebrations for any special event!

e wedding of our dreams. On the day of our wedding she ensured our vision came together and that my husband and I were well taken care of. It was definitely a night to remember and one of the best days of my life. Thank you Carolyn a flawless execution of our special day and for not only being our wedding coordinator, but family ❤️❤️

uinely invested in bringing my exact vision to life. Every idea I shared, no matter how big or small, was met with enthusiasm, creativity, and a level of care that instantly put me at ease. What stood out most was her responsiveness and dedication. Anytime I reached out with a question, a worry, or a new thought, she responded quickly and thoughtfully, always offering solutions and guidance I didn’t even realize I needed. She anticipated potential issues before they ever became real concerns and had everything handled quietly behind the scenes. Because of her, our wedding day felt seamless, calm, and beautifully intentional. Carolyn’s team worked with the same level of professionalism and warmth. They were attentive, supportive, and clearly committed to making sure every moment went exactly as planned. I never once had to stress about anything. Carolyn had every detail accounted for and ensured the entire day flowed effortlessly. I can confidently say that my wedding would not have been the dream it was without Carolyn. She went above and beyond in every single way, and I am beyond grateful for her hard work, heart, and passion. If you are looking for someone who will treat your day with as much care as if it were their own, look no further. She is truly exceptional.

oo! Once again, Carolyn went above and beyond in every way imaginable. Just one example: she showed up at the getting-ready house and steamed the wedding dress herself. Something that’s definitely not in the job description, but so perfectly captures how dedicated and thoughtful she is. She and her team are incredibly organized, precise, and truly committed to making every detail perfect. My best friend held her wedding in her backyard, and her one big wish was for it to feel like a real venue. Carolyn delivered and then some. They transformed the space into a stunning, high-end-looking venue. It genuinely felt like a dream unfolding before our eyes. Carolyn is unbelievably talented at what she does. If you’re considering hiring her, do it. You’ll be in the very best hands.

services, but she began checking in with us over 6 months out and helped guide our planning throughout. She was so attentive, communicative, and on top of every part of the planning process. We really valued her expertise, but also her way of making sure our vision for our wedding was realized. She made the month, week, and day of our wedding stress free and was great with all of our vendors and family members. Her day-of team was fantastic as well. She was also just so fun to hang out with and plan with! Highly highly recommend!!!

ourse I had to have this beautiful lady here for Carter and I’s special day. Her, Shannon and Tiffany worked hard to get this day rolling and ready in a short time span. I’m very grateful for her heart to serve others and honored that she graciously was there to execute our wedding day. She is one of the best people I know- along with her husband DJ Shawn at Boardwalk Photobooth Company & I wouldn’t trade her or the wonderful team she’s created for the world. So if you are looking for a committed, hard working, kind and go getter vendor for your wedding- look no further than Carolyn Celeste 🤍✨

ighly professional, but she also brings a fun and vibrant energy that makes every step enjoyable. Working with Carolyn felt like having a close friend by our side throughout the entire engagement and wedding planning journey, adding a personal touch that made everything even more special. Her warm personality and genuine care for our vision truly made her feel like part of the family. Carolyn goes above and beyond to ensure that every detail is perfect, from the initial brainstorming sessions to the final moments of the big day. She is a master at coordinating all the moving parts, keeping everything running smoothly while allowing us to enjoy the process. With her creativity and passion, she brings our ideas to life, turning dreams into reality. If you want someone who not only delivers an unforgettable event but also makes the journey memorable, Carolyn is the perfect choice!

hat we didn't even know needed to be done. She made sure that we felt prepared and ready leading up to the big day. On wedding day, her team was the reason that everything flowed and happened according to plan. She stayed connected with all of our vendors, bridal party, and family & she made sure Daniel & I felt calm and happy all day long. Her team was instrumental in every part of the event; we can't imagine anyone better to do the job!

ys attention to detail and most importantly CONTINUOUSLY goes above and beyond for not just on your wedding day but from the SECOND you book her. I know people say “something always goes wrong on your wedding day” but not for me and I wholeheartedly believe 99% of that was due to Carolyn. Everything in my venue was set up FLAWLESSLY, the entire day transitioned FLAWLESSLY AND her entire team was FLAWLESS. I swear I have never felt like more of a princess in my life. There wasn’t one moment that I had to worry about something because her team was on it. Not to mention both my HUSBAND and I had continuous drinks in my hands all night due to her girls looking out for me. Her girls also brought us out appetizers to eat while we took photos and lastly DROVE OUR golf cart around so we could move around easily for the best photos. I swear I wish I could just hire Carolyn to be with my every day in life 😂 if you are considering booking her DO IT TRUST ME.

e of the days she called me when she heard I was overwhelmed and she spent an hour on the phone with me validating my feelings and helping me feel better. She goes above and beyond for her clients. I am so thankful I found her. On the day of the wedding, her two assistants, Allie and Kristin, were superstars and everyone kept the day going smooth and communicated so well together to make sure everyone was on the same page! I’m so thankful I found Carolyn. She is an amazing coordinator and I also found another friend!! <3

I wasn't even going to hire a wedding coordinator at first because I figured it would be an extra expense we just couldn't afford, but I happened to stumble across Carolyn Celeste Weddings on Wedding Wire and the reviews were so fantastic, I figured it might be worth a shot. Let me tell you: Carolyn is more than worth her weight in gold!!! Even before we signed a contract, she was so sweet and helpful with a few suggestions after I shared some details about our wedding with her. At that point, we knew this was the gal for us and it was quite possibly the best decision we made in the planning process! Carolyn is fun, encouraging, creative, organized, and the best possible advocate for her clients' wedding dreams. She kept us on track without being pushy, never ghosted us for even a moment, and made suggestions to help us stay on budget and still have the wedding we wanted. SO much goes into planning a wedding behind the scenes, but the real magic happens the month and day of! She and her lovely team were so sweet and kind to us, our wedding party, and our families and friends the entire night, from start to finish. We didn't have to worry about what was happening next or where we needed to be, because Carolyn kept us informed and on track with her fantastic timeline and simultaneously made sure we were having the best night of our lives! All of our guests are still complimenting the wedding and reception and how smoothly everything went, to which we credit Carolyn immensely. She consistently went above and beyond for us in so many ways, and because of her guidance and care, we literally had the PERFECT wedding day we had dreamt of for years. To prospective clients wondering if you even need a coordinator, much less wondering if Carolyn Celeste Weddings is right for you -- DO IT!!!! To Carolyn, Allie, Carter, Tiffany, and Shannon -- THANK YOU a million times and more for your hard work and kindness! We will truly never forget it!

r day amazing! Everything went so smoothly & she made sure everything was done just the way we imagined! Carolyn has a great energy that makes you feel cool, calm, collected, and at ease! Would highly recommend!

endless encouragement and positivity. We are so grateful to her for everything she did to make our day special and stress-free!

d through vendor recommendations and all the things so wonderfully!!

ore! From beginning to end she not only spoiled us with inviting us to wedding events to get inspiration but also sweet gifts for our little boy who was our “Plot Twist” and extended our wedding journey to another year. Not only did we HAVE to extend but we were never charged an extra year (literally) by her! How amazing and thoughtful?! Her communication was AMAZING to all of my vendors! I kept being told by my other vendors, Caroline is AMAZING and so organized / detailed! We have NEVER seen a coordinator this organized and detailed before! She made our wedding STRESS FREE where we didn’t have to worry about ANYTHING. She was in contact with all of the vendors on where to go, what time, made sure everything was in place and ready to go. Because of her and her team, our wedding was PERFECT! Caroline is like family to us now. We appreciate and love her so much and her hard work and dedication is beyond amazing. You DEFINITELY get what you pay and MORE! If you want guidance during the wedding planning, a stress free wedding day, and a friendship to gain, CAROLINE is your girl!

ff kept everything flowing and with a bigger wedding party, and 150 guests, it was no small task.

d incredibly insightful. I believe it would have been a completely different experience had I not had her and her gals. If there is one thing I suggest for someone planning a wedding/needing a coordinator- it’s to hire her!!!!

how well planned and smooth the wedding and reception went. Carolyn helped with creative ideas and details to give it that extra special personal touch. I could enjoy the wedding day knowing Carolyn and her team took care of the details.

relaxed and she carried out all of our requests and she did it with ease and grace. She has been at this a long time and I think she gets better with each wedding. That’s the thing about Carolyn, you can tell she learns something new with each wedding, she has an eye for detail and is very passionate about her job. She has a tender heart for true love, weddings, and family and it certainly shows. Carolyn will help you feel confident with your choices for your wedding day. She and her staff are busy bees and certainly went above and beyond my highest expectation. Dreams really do come true and they start with Carolyn!

, or send a quick email. In the beginning of wedding planning, I was so stressed out trying to figure out how to plan all my vendors on the day of the wedding. Carolyn handled it all flawlessly. I'd been told that the day of would be one of the most stressful days, but she took all that stress away with her planning.

been very wrong). However shortly after meeting Carolyn I knew she was someone we needed there on our day. She knows EVERYTHING you could ever need to know and is always one step ahead of the game. She is extremely organized (which I so appreciated) and her main priority is bringing YOUR vision to life. We had a unique dinosaur themed wedding and she embraced it from the beginning and was genuinely excited by everything we had planned. On our wedding day I wasn't stressed because while I was getting ready I knew she was downstairs making magic happen with her team (who are just as amazing). Most importantly, you can tell that you aren't just a client to her. She takes time to get to know you and develop a friendship that will continue past your wedding day. I could go on forever but the bottom line is hire Carolyn, you won't be disappointed!!

time and without Carolyn we would have missed many necessary details that make a wedding a success. She is simply unbelievable at this. Also, she knows how to have FUN!!

itive energy, humor and delight and you have Mrs. Carolyn Cox of Carolyn Celeste Weddings. Her years of expertise and her creative problem solving abilities ensure her clients receive double the value of what they hire her to accomplish for them. When my daughter got engaged, our first stop was a consult with Carolyn. She was wise about where we should start the process and how to proceed. From that moment on she brought the perfect mix of calm and excitement with each interaction we had. She was quite literally the best tour guide we could have had for this 13 month life-changing heart-warming family blending event. On the day of the wedding she truly outdid herself by bringing her own stash of bonus items (easels, a cake plate, and a “mountain toiletry kit” to name a few). She and her team maneuvered specific obstacles so that every guest and especially the wedding party could fully enjoy this special day. She provided (and updated) timelines, communicated with all vendors (and recognized them on social media), handled surprise weather and venue challenges, directed setting up, completed cleaning up, helped with dressing up and even provided follow up! Carolyn made the whole process fun and memorable and I could not be more grateful for her unique blend of service, expertise and personality. Working with her made me want to do the whole thing all over again from the beginning. Well...almost. 🥰

with our other vendors was very reassuring (and, we discovered, well earned). We could not have gotten through the day without her help nor felt so prepared for it. Her experience was evident, and her familiarity with the venue and other vendors made for a a smooth and elegant evening. She embraced our ideas, and offered her own experiences so we could create an event that we will remember forever. We recommend her highly.

everything we needed. While we hired for her the month of, she was extremely easy to communicate with and responded to every text or call long before the month of the wedding. She helped us with so much, gave us tips and tricks on how to make our day memorable. She kept me in line while I was planning the wedding and also graduating from college and becoming a nurse. When the wedding day came, I was so grateful for her team. They made sure my groom and I only had a fun and stress free day, and they took care of EVERYTHING. The best part was when she and her girls set up a private place away from the chaos for us to have a meal together without being interrupted, because boy was the day busy!!!! And everyone wants to chat with us of course, so this moment was extremely special and we are so grateful. HIRE HER!!!! You will not be disappointed.

and especially on the wedding day. She was so integral to Kelly & Jay's smooth wedding day and worked with us throughout the day to ensure we got the photos we needed to. Not to mention, she is such a bright light, with a smile on her face always. We loved working with her and hope to work together again soon!

rolyn help us gather last minute details, RESCHEDULE every single vendor due to the pandemic, and then flawlessly run the day was a life saver. She is absolutely amazing at what she does and even when the unthinkable happens, she takes all the pressure off of you. My daughter said so many times “if we didn’t have Carolyn during this wedding reschedule, I probably wouldn’t have made it through” and that is so true. You will not go wrong with Carolyn but you will be lost without her!

owledgeable in this profession, but she is incredibly resourceful in the area. She knows EVERYONE in the Hampton Roads wedding industry and they know and love her. She is so organized and she never skips a beat. I know she had other brides while working on my wedding but she always made me feel like I was the most important person on her list and like I was a friend of hers. And as a bride having to reschedule and make cuts to our guest list because of Covid, I was so grateful for that. If I had to get married again I would hire Carolyn in an instant. The second best decision I made (other than getting married in the first place of course) was having her as our month of/day of coordinator!

dding weekend, Carolyn was always there to help us with whatever we needed. During our wedding, Carolyn kept us on track and made sure that we were able to enjoy the day. If you are looking for a planner/coordinator that will be as excited about your big day as you are AND willing to put in 1000%, Carolyn is your best bet.

enue- where to begin?! We hired Carolyn; and out of all of the decisions that come with being a bride and planning your perfect day, by far the best decision we made was hiring her. She was organized, fun, sweet, and knowledgeable about this industry! She helped us decide which things to spend more on and which to save on, and she kept us on track with the timeline. Our wedding day was perfect thanks to Carolyn and all the wonderful vendors she helped us find!

hings to say about her and that became more evident when we had to scale our wedding down to a micro wedding due to Covid. Carolyn did an awesome job making sure we still were able to have the wedding we wanted and was great about brainstorming and working with vendors to make it happen. I knew before Covid that Carolyn was the right choice, but once Covid struck Carolyn truly became a fairy godmother! The whole wedding party and parents on both sides truly enjoyed Carolyn and her team and they were great in dealing with a few last minute hiccups on the wedding day. Carolyn is the type of person who the job doesn't end the wedding day - she even reached out a week later to touch base and the day after the wedding sent some great photos from the wedding. Carolyn is not only an excellent coordinator/planner, she is a kind and generous person with a positive spirit and warrior attitude for her clients, we would highly recommend!

far beyond my expectations, she was talking to me way before the month of due to the unique circumstances. Carolyn covered every angle, and because of her preparing us, we were able to have our dream wedding. We were so prepared and she helped us to take measures so when the time came we could still have our special day. If it wasn’t for Carolyn our day wouldn’t happen. I highly recommend you hire her especially during these trying times. On the Wedding day, Carolyn was on top of everything and she was a true life saver. Her team made everything look so beautiful, they did a phenomenal job. Everything looked more amazing then we could have ever imagined and the day went so smoothly. Carolyn is the best out there and all the vendors love working with her, it’s a win for you and for them too! To top off our story, before dinner Carolyn came and grabbed us and said there was a surprise for us outside, and it was a giant rainbow over the ocean! Because Carolyn was so fast on her feet, we were able to get our most beloved picture by the photographer of us and the rainbow! We love you Carolyn!

decisions". She helped us quickly gather the rest of our wedding team, including going to each vendor meeting- from decorations, to floral, to an in-depth discussion on catering. She kept us on track with a timeline, giving us gentle reminder e-mails when life got hectic. All the while, she was the nicest, most sincere person you will ever meet. Genuinely a joy to chat with each moment! On the wedding day, my family and I did not need to worry about a thing. Carolyn and her team had everything handled! From the organization of the vendors, to the timeline of the ceremony and reception, to helping with clean-up and organization afterwards, Carolyn was a lifesaver. I highly recommend Carolyn Celeste Weddings! We often look back at our special day saying "What would we have done without Carolyn?!" She has a heart of gold and not only is your wedding planner throughout, but a friend, a supporter, a cheerleader. Our wedding day was perfect- and we cannot thank Carolyn enough for all of her hard work and passion for making each bride's day special.

licated than they seem and I wanted to enjoy the experience rather than be stressed by it. We both agree now that the money we spent hiring Carolyn was the BEST money we ever spent! She is incredibly organized, well connected, and as a bonus, she is an absolute BLAST to hang out with! We had a huge hiccup with our venue just one week before our wedding, and without Carolyn we likely would have had to reschedule. Luckily for us she can make miracles happen and the wedding we ended up having was even better than the one we imagined! I honestly cannot say enough good things about her and her services.

and always offered support. She and her team helped took care of it all. We had a meeting a few days prior to my wedding sharing my concerns/vision for the reception and they took it and ran. Really going above and beyond. Being an event planner myself I see her passion for her brides and their families. She wants this day to be the best. She's been apart of our 'family' for 4 weddings (2 of my cousins, mine and my sister); each time is consistent if not better than the last. She's the best!

n her voice. My trust and respect grew with her when she spent nearly an entire evening with us discussing what we wanted before we had even paid her a dime or signed on a line. Over a 9 month planning period, Carolyn was always available to us for even the smallest of questions or a quick text message. Carolyn was so involved and passionate about the vision we had created and our details. I am a detailed guy and it is not easy for many people to keep up - and she never missed a beat. Carolyn provided outstanding recommendations, kept our planning process moving and ultimately made our night a complete success. Also, the combination of her and her husband, Shawn as DJ/Entertainment is one of the best things we could have ever decided for our event. Carolyn is a class act and you will be so happy to have her on your team, and to have her as part of your memories for your big day! We truly have a new friend after this!

ng but she made my life so much easier! Carolyn always had answers to my questions and suggestions when I just had no clue! Not only did she help me pick vendors and read through contracts but on the day of my wedding, I did not have to do anything!! My wedding day flew by as they all do but she made sure every single detail was absolutely perfect! She made sure everything happened on time and always gave my husband and I a cue when it was time for our next event. If you are looking for a wedding planner for your special day you WILL NOT find anyone better!

nowing I’d get no outside pictures, we made it work. She brought her rain boots, we popped open an umbrella, and took one of the most breathtaking wedding photos out of them all outside the Lesner Inn. It’s a black and white photo of my husband and I taken at the end of the night while we kissed under an umbrella. I will admit, I’m very type A, and when meeting with Carolyn I had a binder ready to go. I knew what I wanted, I knew my vision, yet she helped bring my chaos of ideas to life. She also broke our wedding down in chunks and allowed me to focus on certain items at different stages of the planning process, Versus getting to overwhelmed. I’ll never forget seeing the reception area for the first time. We had so many “diy” elements in our wedding and so many different pieces, finally seeing it all in one place was breathtaking. I will be celebrating my 5 year wedding anniversary in 2 days, and I still think about our wedding day. Carolyn is a magical, majestic wedding goddess who will make you feel so special. She will mama bear you when you need it, re-direct you if you get frazzled, and awe over you in your dress. She will also tear up at your family’s speeches with you, and become your confidant. She is your best friend, and the person who can make your weird relative happy when no one else can! She will run drinks, bustle a dress, wipe a tear away, and be your advocate when your family is being weird, or not allowing you to be heard. She’s amazing.

a famous museum, a botanical garden, a well respected localfamily owned barn or any place of your hearts desire. Carolyn is a major stress reliever with a heart of gold

ledge and expertise was invaluable! That day was absolutely perfect and my family could not have been happier. Carolyn is extremely organized and we so appreciated her keeping us on task with all the timelines. She worked with us and all the vendors with a very calming presence and we feel so blessed to have had her with us on this special journey. That day would not have been nearly as wonderful without Carolyn and we can not thank her enough! - The Stonecypher Family

detail. If she hadn't heard from us in a while she would reach out to touch base to see how we were doing. As we live 2+ hours away from Carolyn and our venue, we were unable to meet with her in person. However, she Facetimed with us multiple times and spent many hours making sure we were on track with our planning. She offered suggestions for vendors as needed and helped us choose who was a good fit for us as a couple and our wedding vision. Carolyn and her entire team were amazing on the day-of. As far as we were concerned, everything went off without a hitch! We found out in the following days that there were a few surprises that were outside of our control, and she and her team resolved them prior to anyone even knowing. It was a wonderful experience working with Carolyn and her team.

th. She captured my vision better than I could have imagined, and her thoughtfulness, attention to detail, and personality made it even better. Enjoy your wedding planning experience - call Carolyn! 🤗

the years and knew for sure I would be stressed out on my wedding day but.. I just wasn’t because Carolyn helped make everything run smoothly. I cannot stress enough how pleased we were to work with her! Love her and would recommend her to anyone looking for a planner!
