ll the drivers arrived early and were very professional and easy to communicate with. The buses were clean, functional, and comfortable. We had multiple trips from hotels to ceremony, ceremony to reception, and reception back to hotels, and everything went smoothly. Very thankful for such a reliable and professional vendor experience!

guests to and from the hotel and as a getaway car at the end of the evening. Everything went happened perfectly. I’m pretty sure the drivers knew my schedule better than me. On top of everything, they had cold water available if you needed it which was much appreciated on a hot day. We could not recommend Carolina Livery more. They helped us pull off an amazing day.
Great service! Prompt communication, well-priced, and incredibly friendly staff. We would highly recommend Carolina Livery for any event!
Carolina Livery provided shuttle service on our wedding day from two hotels in Chapel Hills to our venue (Fearrington Village). The shuttles were on-time arriving at the venue wit...
h our guests, and stayed on-site until the end of the wedding - there is typically a minimum time period associated with the service. Even though our guests enthusiastically stayed a bit longer than midnight, the shuttles waited until everyone had boarded to take them back to Chapel Hill. Carolina Livery was very responsive to each of my inquiries, worked with me to figure out the right configuration pending our guest count, and gave me the time to finalize our numbers before booking so we weren't locked in too early. Everyone we spoke to was helpful and easy to work with in the days leading up to our wedding, and the process was seamless!

modating our needs, and were flexible in adding an extra trip when some of our older guests wanted to head home a little earlier than planned. Overalls it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend this company.
Because our wedding in Chapel Hill fell on a major home football game, we had plenty of issues with finding room blocks in area hotels and figuring out how to get our guests safely...
to and from those hotels to the wedding venue around unpredictable game traffic. Carolina Livery worked closely with us to ensure that all went smoothly on the big day. They were as flexible as possible with the size and number of buses and pickup locations, as well as waiting until the last possible moment to plan the transportation schedule around last-minute game time announcements. Because of their obvious caring and careful attention to details, the transportation for our big event was on time and flawless. Buses were clean and drivers were courteous and skilled. The price we were charged was fair and our damage deposit was promptly returned to us in full. We would happily use them again in the future.

n around during the day for pictures, and then it was ready and waiting for us after the ceremony to take us straight to the reception. There are a lot of stressful things and moving parts on a wedding day, and it was so nice knowing that we could go straight from the ceremony into a car and not have to think about anything. Our driver, Brian, was awesome! He even came back to the reception after dropping us off because one of the photographers left her phone in the car, so he definitely went above and beyond. Can’t recommend them enough for your transportation needs!
Buses were very clean and nice and they were timely and professional. Definitely the best company in the area!
They were great! They were prompt and organized. We used them to shuttle our guest from 4 hotels. At the end of the night they even turned around to specifically pick up my dad.
