Carmen's AZ Catering began its story on May 2, 1965. On this day, Carmen Garza married Juan, and it is when her culinary training began. Carmen was well known for her delectable dishes, which were all made from scratch and with love. The cuisine was complemented by the atmosphere, as family and friends gathered together to enjoy the food. It was these culinary traditions that influenced Michelle, Carmen's daughter. Michelle translated these experiences into this company so that she could share a taste of her upbringing with the rest of her community.
Carmen's AZ Catering serves an array of dishes, with menus featuring authentic Mexican cuisine. Options include tamales, both sweet and savory, as well as platters of enchiladas, tacos, and more. The team at this company is dedicated to high customer service standards and is passionate about helping you enhance your special occasion with a meal to be remembered.
