Carlouel Yacht Club

ch wedding, but luckily they have a plan B and plan C! They had to move everything inside and do the ceremony inside instead at last minute, and it was still beautiful, perfect, and organized! Reception, cocktails, food, music, ambiance, and again Kelly is amazing at everything so you don't have to worry about anything!

arently there were dolphins jumping in the water behind us, which added to the magic of the moment. Food was AMAZING and SO DELICIOUS. Kelley is an awesome coordinator and is very personable. The dining room is absolutely wonderful and the furniture is wooden, so no cheesy covered metal/plastic chairs and tables. One piece of advice is to pack the bride and groom's vehicle with their personal belongings, that they brought for the day, before the reception is over and they leave. It was a wonderful, romantic, magical experience that we will never forget!

e reception of our dreams at the Yacht Club - with dancing, delicious food, fire pit & s'mores and the boat getaway. Kelly at the Carlouel was wonderful to work with and recommended the best wedding planner we could have imagined - Jessica at Parties A La Carte (who REALLY knows this venue, if you choose Carlouel I would highly recommend using Jessica). A few very specific things that made the Carlouel TRULY exceptional: 1. Kelly's team accommodated a BEACH wedding with THREE wheelchairs. We thought it was a pipe dream, and the team at Carlouel made it a reality. In fact, the facility is VERY accessible for all kinds of mobility concerns, which allowed us to include our loved ones in a very special way. 2. The beach is near private and can only be accessed by foot, so it was a beach wedding without the onlookers. We had a few yacht club members who came out to the beach, and they were EXTREMELY respectful and did not get in the way of pictures or linger near the ceremony. 3. Food allergies - a few of our guests have food allergies and catering was WONDERFUL in accommodating them, even at the very last minute when I had forgotten to communicate something about one of our guests. 4. Our friends' kids had a wonderful time, too, which was very important to us. They even got to see dolphins in the channel behind the yacht club and make s'mores! How special for the little ones :)

are all provided there because the food is delicious! We heard from tons of guests of how good the food was! For the rehearsal and wedding, both Kelly and Katie were amazing! They always made sure I felt calm and never let me feel stressed at all! We are so happy with them!!

! If I started to stress about anything from the weather, to the timeline, she reassured me everything would work out perfectly. Carlouel already works with preferred vendors so if you choose to use one of them, there is no explanations necessary. They know where to be and what to do. On the wedding day, Kelley and her staff made it so carefree and easy. There was absolutely no stress. Everything was set up like I envisioned and my guests were so impressed by the surroundings. Another thing is that my guests are still talking about how great the food was! Thank you Kelley and Carlouel for making our day perfect!

d smooth. The venue was beautiful for our dream beach wedding!

hef's creations (tapas) were the talk of the reception, the Bar tender was able to make every cocktail to perfection and the Manager Kendall Brown was the most amazing help thru the whole process. We are very pleased and happy we were able to have our wedding at The Carlouel.

well organized and easily accessible. The food itself was incredible!! The Carlouel staff were warm, friendly ,and catered to our every need. We cannot say enough about how much we enjoyed our wedding reception! Thank you Carlouel!
