Lourdes was amazing to work with - an INCREDIBLE value. She made my dream invitations with very little input from me and was happy to revise them until they were perfect. The invi...
tations came pre-stuffed and addressed, so all I had to do was add stamps and send them on their way. She is so kind, talented, and detail oriented that I never had to worry about signage. I’m so grateful that I found her - she was truly the unsung hero in my wedding planning process.
I just got married on November 4, 2023. I could not recommend more Lourdes and her business of Cardsmith Design Studio. From the first consultation call to the process of designing...
our custom suite, Lourdes was always kind, open to suggestions, and incredibly responsive to all our questions or concerns. She was insanely detailed oriented and picked up on the font and style we had on our Save the Date, and used those fonts for the invitation suite.
We had only 3 versions of the invitation suite before it was finalized. She captured exactly what we wanted, which was timeless, elegant, and romantic with hints of autumn with the velum belly band. For the envelopes, the lining inside added an extra touch of elegance and autumn with the gold leaves decorative design, and the font she suggested for the names and addresses set the right tone to open the invitation. Many guests wrote to us saying that this was one of the most beautiful wedding invitations they have received. The print and paper quality were excellent, and the price for all the services was incredibly reasonable and competitive compared to other stationary businesses we reached out to. Thank you, Lourdes, for your talent. I highly recommend brides in the East Coast and beyond book Lourdes. We are based in the D.C. area and everything arrived in a very timely manner.
Lourdes is so thoughtful, timely, and helped us create invites that match the vibe of our wedding perfectly! We are so thankful we found her and her well priced services!

ward. Lourdes was really easy to communicate with and went above and beyond in helping me articulate what I wanted in my custom invitation set. Her prices are fair and transparent. So many people commented on the beauty of her work. The experience of working with her was also incredibly fun. She helped me remember that this experience is something to enjoy and be celebrated. I couldn't believe how great she was at bringing my ideas to life. We will cherish the save the dates and invitations forever!

pects of our stationery. Her designs are impeccable - she is collaborative and shared a number of great ideas to capture the aesthetic and design elements of our wedding. We highly recommend working with Cardsmith Design for any and all aspects of your stationery needs and will absolutely be working with Lourdes on more projects in the future! Thank you for bringing our invitations and wedding day stationery to life!!
At a month out from our wedding when our Plan A for wedding signage, escort cards, and day of stationary fell through, our planner recommended we reach out to Cardsmith Design Stud...
io. Lourdes did not only come to our rescue, but her designs nailed the vibe of our wedding and turned out even better than we imagined. Her promptness in communication and production were such a relief, and her client portal, contract, and payment systems were among the most professional, clear, and user friendly we've seen from a wedding vendor. And when I say she was fast, I mean it was about 3.5 weeks between contract signing and having our order arrive at our house! Her prices were also extremely reasonable for the quality she provides. I strongly recommend her to anyone looking for event stationary!
Amazing! Working with Lourdes was perfect. She was so responsive and timely. Everything turned out beautifully. I received so many compliments on my wedding stationary and now even...
have the invitation framed at home. I can't recommend her enough! She is extremely talented and thoughtful, was always receptive to comments and feedback - so easy to work with!
Wow! Working with Lourdes is incredible. As a very indecisive/non-opinionated person, I had NO idea what I wanted our save the dates to look like. Lourdes carefully listened to all...
of the details about our wedding, asked all the right questions and came out with the most beautiful save the dates. Can’t wait to see the invitations!
We worked with Lourdes at Cardsmith for our September 2021 wedding and can not recommend her services enough!
My fiancé and I were hoping for something a little bit more personal...
ized than Zola etc. but I was very overwhelmed by the options and costs I found elsewhere. I even tried my hand at creating them myself and the results were…not pretty.
I was connected to Lourdes at Cardsmith Design Studio and it was probably my best decision in the whole wedding planning process!
I’m certainly not a creative person and sent Lourdes 3 pictures from Google images of our venue and she put together the most amazing invitation suite perfectly capturing the vibes we were hoping for. She is so talented and was a dream to work with - fielding too many of my address etiquette questions and catching my grammar mistakes 😉 not to mention the price was very affordable.
We received so many compliments from friends and family talking about how beautiful and unique our invitations were.
So for anyone feeling lost and overwhelmed in the process, I definitely recommend setting up time to work with Lourdes!
