Kelly and her team are absolutely wonderful. She promised to prioritize me as the bride and ensure I had a stress free day and she delivered above and beyond. Kelly is dedicated, a...
hard worker, and will absolutely go above and beyond for your special day! She also works hard to be available and respond quickly and communicate effectively. Capture the Moment Images and Events will make your wedding run like a well oiled machine with a smile and good sense of humor! 11/10!!
CTM Images & Events was incredible! They kept everything flowing through the whole day and made it easy and effortless for me! I was able to tell them what I cared about, my concer...
ns, and where there would be people that need managed (weddings bring out the best in people ;) ) and they delt with all of it and ensured I had a day full of fun and with no planning. I knew very little about wedding planning and the local venues (I was coming from 2 state away) and I felt I had all the supported needed to have my dream wedding. Would recommend!!
Hiring Kelly as our day-of coordinator was hands down the best decision we made during our wedding planning process. I’m very type A and honestly hesitant about hiring a planner at...
all, but Kelly made the entire experience stress-free and so worth it. Not only was she incredibly affordable, but she went above and beyond in every possible way.
I spoke with several high-dollar coordinators in town who wouldn’t even really communicate with you until 30–45 days before the wedding. Kelly was the complete opposite. She was involved the entire process, met with us multiple times, always answered her phone, responded to every question, and truly cared about making our day exactly what we wanted.
On the wedding day, she handled absolutely everything. She became the point person for vendors, family, bridal party members, and honestly everyone involved. She knew every detail of the timeline, directed everything so smoothly, ran our rehearsal perfectly, made sure people were where they needed to be, and kept the entire day flowing seamlessly.
What impressed me most was how she stepped in for things that weren’t even remotely part of her job description when last-minute changes or issues came up. She helped solve family situations, made sure the party kept going smoothly, helped me use the bathroom in my dress, kept everything organized, and made sure nothing was forgotten, lost, or left behind at the end of the night. She thought of all the little things you don’t even realize matter until the day of your wedding.
Because of Kelly, not only did my husband and I get to truly enjoy our wedding day, but so did our families and bridal party. Nobody had to worry about logistics because she had everything completely under control. I genuinely cannot imagine our wedding day without her, and I would recommend her over and over again to any bride.

e knew we needed help and Kelly pulled off a wedding that our friends and family still talk about! From the venues to the vendors she had a big list of people she’s worked with and after our initial convo she knew who was perfect for to fit the vibe. Kelly is everything you’d want in a coordinator. She’s organized, timely and fun to work with, she exceeded our expectations ! Thank u Kelly

Hiring Kelly was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. We were planning from Texas while our wedding was in Arkansas, and she made the entire process feel effortless. ...
She kept us organized, on track, and completely stress-free.
On the day of the wedding, Kelly handled everything—every detail, every question, every curveball—before we even knew about it. I didn’t worry for a single second because I trusted her completely, and she delivered beyond anything we expected.
She’s professional, calming, detail-oriented, and genuinely cares about her couples. And now, after everything, we’re actually friends. which says a lot about the kind of person she is.
10/10 recommend Kelly to any bride. She made our day perfect
We loved her! The photos were great and she did a great job with two awkward people for engagement and wedding day shots! I highly recommend her!

port within the wedding community, which made bringing everything together for the Big Day a seamless process. CTM also made our wedding video and we were over the moon re-watching all the moments from our day- it was truly beautiful. Kelly and her team are true professionals and we highly recommend CTM for a wonderful wedding experience!
I'm the MOG..Kelly did a magnificent job at our son's September wedding in Highlands, NC. She was magically invisible, moving around our events and capturing the joy (often when yo...
u look at video you can tell that guests were aware of the camera--and their behavior changes). Kelly managed to faithfully capture angles and moods; watching her finished product is like a time machine taking us back to the genuine moods. I admire Kelly's professionalism and her talent. It's no surprise that the MOB invited her back, having engaged Kelly to shoot two familiy weddings before ours. Each of these videos has its own personality, each unique from the others--through Kelly's eyes. She obviously picks up on the spirit around her and translates it visually. We will visit and re-visit the wedding (and rehearsal dinner) videos and value them all the more as time goes by. Thank you, Kelly!!
Kelly was a joy to work with! She was very sweet, accommodating, and made sure we were satisfied with everything she did. We used her and her team for our photography, videography,...

Kelly was amazing! She helped my daughter and I plan her wedding with so much patience and kindness. We couldn’t have done it without her!

ay before the eclipse with more than 50 guests who all traveled from other states and countries. In the months leading up to our wedding, Kelly was our “boots on the ground” in Arkansas. She was a constant source of nerve-calming preparedness. She met with us multiple times – both remotely, accommodating time zones, and in person when we made our recon’ trip in January. She was able to schedule meetings for us with every vendor, with short notice on a weekend. She even made suggestions of things we could do that weekend, planning our mini trip too.
She went above and beyond our expectations to make the entire day completely painless and perfect. We also absolutely loved everyone that she recommended to us – the photographer, musician, caterer, florist, and cake maker were all absolutely incredible. We had some unexpected weather the day of the wedding and Kelly turned on a dime and reimagined our ceremony in the best way. Neither of us can think of anything that could’ve made our day more perfect, and it was entirely because of Kelly’s quick thinking, professionalism, consideration, and natural talent for bringing so many moving pieces together for us. Thank you, Kelly. You were such a big part of our entire experience. Your dedication and hard work will never be forgotten. We literally couldn’t have done it without you!
What are you waiting for? Hire Kelly, she will literally make your wedding a magical experience. Kelly is professional, kind, direct, and well networked. She hired the best vendors...
for my wedding, was a pleasure to work with during wedding planning, and she kept our wedding on schedule the day of! Seriously, she was running around, ensuring that everything was just as I wanted it. When she realized that set up was running behind schedule, she called in assistants that arrived ASAP. She probably got in 30,000 steps on our wedding day. She listened, saw our wedding vision, and then worked so hard to make it happen, making our wedding day a smooth success! She was imperative to the success of the most memorable day of our lives, and hiring her was one of the best decisions I ever made.

LOT of research on local wedding planners in Hot Springs and thank goodness I found Kelly. She was so quick at responding to my emails and texts, she literally made me feel like all my stress and worries just disappeared. I can tell she's done MANY weddings, there were things I've never thought of that she would bring up or offer. She also has many contacts- that was TREMENDOUS help with our bouquet (which was gorgeous!), having extra tables and chairs set up, a DELICIOUS wedding cake, and hiring bartenders and assistants. And to top it off... she kept all our needs and wants within our budget.
I HIGHLY recommend her business :)
My wedding day went flawless and I had no worries. The video of my wedding was way more than I expected. It was absolutely beautiful and the songs were just perfect.

y covered all of our bases, many we didn’t know we needed covered. On the day of the wedding she did EVERYTHING. She set up the reception space, decorated, kept things on schedule, helped with family and friends, directed vendors, made sure things were perfect with the venue, and was so kind and pleasant throughout. My sister (the bride) over doing anything wedding-related by the time Kelly joined us and she made everything so easy for all of us, and took away so much stress. Everything was perfect with Capture the Moment and Kelly! Thank you!!
