Jamie is absolutely incredible — she is, without question, the BEST wedding planner out there. From the very beginning of our wedding planning journey, Jamie felt more like a frien...
d than just a vendor, and by the time our wedding came around, she truly felt like family. She’s warm, thoughtful, endlessly patient, and incredibly organized. She’s the person you want in your corner through this process.
Jamie has a gift for listening to your ideas, your priorities, and your vision. She somehow takes the jumbled mess of “we think we want this, but maybe a little of that” and turns it into an actionable plan with clear next steps. She helps you feel confident in your decisions, and she’s full of creative, smart solutions every step of the way.
One of Jamie’s greatest strengths is her ability to build the perfect vendor team. She understood what we wanted from each vendor — both from a style and personality perspective — and presented us with thoughtfully curated options. After meeting with potential vendors, Jamie would talk through our impressions with us and help guide us toward the choices that best fit our vision and priorities. Thanks to her, we ended up with a dream team — vendors we genuinely loved and who worked seamlessly together. It’s no surprise that whenever we mentioned Jamie was our planner, every single vendor raved about her.
Throughout the planning process, Jamie kept us on track, even when life got busy and we started falling behind. She helped us focus, prioritized what needed to happen when, and somehow made the whole process not just manageable but genuinely fun. We actually looked forward to our meetings with her and would leave feeling energized and reassured every time. Even before our wedding day, we were telling anyone who would listen how amazing Jamie is — we would have recommended her a thousand times over.
But I think the real measure of a planner’s greatness comes on the wedding day itself. And this is where Jamie’s magic went beyond anything we could have imagined. Without going into the whole saga, we ended up facing hurricane-force winds at our tented outdoor wedding — winds so intense they threatened to lift the tent off the ground and forced everyone to evacuate indoors mid-event. While this could have been an absolute disaster, Jamie handled it with such grace, professionalism, and calm that we hardly had time to realize what was happening. Knowing that I’m a more laid-back, type-B bride, Jamie had quietly prepared backup plans well in advance — so by the time we realized there was an issue, she already had solutions in motion. Our incredible vendor team pivoted with her lead, and thanks to Jamie, our wedding was still everything we hoped for — joyful, beautiful, and filled with love (and a little unexpected adventure).
I honestly don’t have enough words for how grateful we are to Jamie. She saved our wedding day, plain and simple. I truly don’t know how things would have turned out without her at the helm, and I don’t want to imagine it. Working with Jamie was one of the very best decisions we made. We love her, we miss her, and we can’t recommend her highly enough. She’s a total pro, an incredible human, and absolutely the person you want by your side on your wedding day.
Jamie, thank you for everything. You are simply the best.

organized, communicated everything we needed to know, and handled all the logistics behind the scenes so we didn’t have to worry about a thing. She made what could have been a very stressful process feel so much easier.
My wife had a very specific vision in her mind for our wedding, and Jamie brought that vision to life to a T. Every single detail we had talked about over the past year was remembered and implemented. It was honestly amazing to see everything come together exactly how we had imagined it. We put so much trust in Jamie to make our dreams a reality, and she absolutely DELIVERED!
Beyond how incredible she is at her job, Jamie is also such a caring, funny, and genuinely wonderful person to work with. She made the entire process enjoyable, and we always felt like we were in the best hands. Knowing she was taking care of everything behind the scenes allowed us to relax, enjoy the process, and truly soak in our wedding day.
We are so incredibly grateful to have had Jamie as our wedding planner. She made our dreams a reality, and our wedding would not have been the same without her. If you’re getting married on Cape Cod and are looking for someone who will go above and beyond to bring your vision to life, look no further. Jamie really is the BEST!! We cannot recommend her enough! ❤️

question, change, and detail with so much organization, positivity, and ease.
They truly brought our vision to life behind the scenes like magicians. Everything felt effortless for us and our guests, from the ceremony and incredible food to the dancing, transportation, and perfectly executed timeline. The timeline especially blew me away — everything was planned to a tee while still feeling completely natural.
Stephanie and Jamie are the perfect combination of fun, organized & thoughtful. Their passion for what they do is so obvious, and I’m beyond grateful we had them to make our wedding everything we dreamed of. I cannot recommend them enough!!

unique, fun, and completely like us.
One of the things I appreciated most about Heather was how honest and thoughtful she was. She never made us feel like we needed to do something just because it was “expected.” Instead, she would tell me where she genuinely thought a detail would make a difference and where it wasn’t necessary, and she always pointed us in the right direction.
She kept everything moving, made the entire process feel manageable, and was such a reassuring presence throughout it all. I’m so appreciative of everything she did to bring our wedding together and truly couldn’t be happier with how it all turned out. We are so grateful for Heather!

r the perfect wedding to life. She truly understood their aesthetic and what was important to them, and she was incredibly patient, kind, and calming every step of the way.
There are so many details that go into planning a wedding, and Kate kept everything organized and together while making the process feel so much less overwhelming. She had a great list of vendors and connections to choose from that were always within budget! Most importantly, she was absolutely incredible on the wedding day itself. She handled every detail with such calmness and confidence, allowing all of us to simply be present and enjoy this very special day.
We are so grateful to Kate for helping create such a beautiful and memorable wedding. She went above and beyond, and we would recommend her to any couple looking for a planner who truly cares about making their wedding everything they dreamed it would be!

ocess smooth and genuinely enjoyable. She kept every vendor, deadline, and detail on track from start to finish.
On the wedding day itself, she managed a long list of moving pieces without ever appearing rushed or flustered, which meant we could stay fully present and enjoy the day instead of managing logistics.
We are so grateful for everything she did to make our wedding seamless and memorable.

y strong track record, who was very well connected with vendors and other points of contacts on Cape, and who was willing to share direct and honest feedback as our plans came together. Jamie is relatable and down to earth, and was the absolute best support system for me from start to finish. By the time I woke up on our wedding day, I had full confidence that Jamie was going to bring our vision to life flawlessly, and knew she had all of the back up plans in place in case anything was to go awry. I could not recommend her and her team enough!

Jamie has an incredible eye and so many wonderful contacts across Cape Cod — from the florist to the photographer to the band, everyone she recommended was stellar. She kept us on schedule, on budget, and — most importantly — calm. We never felt pressured or overwhelmed. She gently guided us through every step and gave us the freedom to make decisions at our own pace.
The day itself was nothing short of magic, and we honestly have Jamie to thank for that. If you're looking for someone with vision, organization, and genuine heart, Jamie is the one.

ry detail of our big day was perfect. From start to finish, she was a total superstar. Despite the rain on our wedding day, she handled everything flawlessly and kept things running smoothly, all while smiling and having the best attitude. She truly felt like a friend throughout the entire process, offering support, guidance, and genuine care every step of the way. We can’t imagine having done this without her! Our friends and family are still raving about how amazing she was. We feel so lucky to have had her by our side and can’t recommend Cape Cod Celebrations highly enough!

d did not have the opportunity to meet with many of our vendors in person, but we trusted Stephanie completely. She kept us organized and on track, and listened to all of my ideas - and then helped implement them! In the months and weeks leading up to our wedding, friends and family would ask if we were stressed, but I can genuinely say that I felt in control and relaxed, especially on the day itself. Our guests also told us how great their guest experience was because everything flowed so naturally and seamlessly. I cannot recommend Cape Cod Celebrations (and Stephanie!) enough. They truly are responsible for making our wedding weekend as magical as it was!

ad a vast knowledge of the Cape Cod wedding industry, and truly cared about bringing their client's visions to life for their wedding. Stephanie was such a pleasure to work with over the following year and helped us get through every stage of wedding planning. She helped us secure reliable and some of the most amazing vendors in the area based on the team's established relationships and partnerships. Stephanie attended every meeting, tasting and appointment where we also were lucky enough to just get to know her on a personal level. Stephanie is calm, cool and collected and made the whole process enjoyable and seamless. There was never a moment of stress on our wedding day because we knew we were in the trusted hands of Stephanie who went above and beyond to make sure we had the best and most memorable day of our lives. I do not know what we would have done without Stephanie and the CCC team and we highly recommend them to anyone looking for a wedding planner in the area!

it did without her help! From the early process of booking vendors, keeping organized, ideas and advice, she never missed a beat. In the critical weeks leading up to my wedding she was in constant communication with my vendors, taking so much off of my plate while making sure all was in order. She was also amazing the day of the wedding, I didn't lift a finger and didn't have to worry about anything! She thinks of everything before I even would! I don't know what we would have done without her and we're forever grateful!

ost two years, making us feel like her only client on what I know is a much longer list of clients. She was professional and polished, yet warm and easy to open up to and connect with. We loved how well she really knew the Cape Cod wedding landscape, and could count on her to have a vendor's direct cell number already. When we decided to do some "untraditional" things, she supported us wholeheartedly and made sure we could weave those things into the day seamlessly. On the day of, she was somehow simultaneously giving us complete space AND being right behind us if we needed her. When my dad was giving his Father of the Bride speech and realized he didn't have a drink for the toast, she even came running in with a beer to place in his hand - LOL! We can not say enough great things about working with Stephanie and highly recommend her to everyone else! Thank you so much!

nducted the meetings, that she made me feel so valued and heard and that she continued to be responsive. She was going to help make my dreams come true, and she really, really did. Jamie allowed my wedding planning process to be as seamless, stress-free, and joyful as I ever hoped for. I trusted her and her team of recommended vendors to create a magical wedding weekend, and they did. I could not recommend Cape Cod Celebrations and Jamie more! Even though the wedding planning period is over, Jamie will forever be on our Christmas Card list and my go-to Cape Cod/Nantucket guru!

Not only was picking vendors so easy even from states away, she recommended trusted vendors that fit our vision and with experience at our venue. At one point I sent her an escort wall from Pinterest and she found a way to make it happen but even better! Throughout the night of the wedding I had friends come up to me saying they need a Heather for their wedding!! I can’t imagine planning a wedding without Cape Cod Celebrations and would recommend them to everyone!

I truly do not know what we would have done without her! Her kind and calm energy got us through the three day event. She was wonderful with our parents, wedding party, and guests. She is a pro!!!! We also loved working with our day of attendant. She was so helpful and I suggest adding that service! We could not recommend Cape Cod Celebrations more!

kly became overwhelmed by the logistics of a wedding weekend on Cape Cod especially with the lodging, transportation and coordination of a church ceremony offsite. We booked a Partial Planning package and aded on a Bridal Attendant. The Partial Planning package was perfect for our needs to help execute the weekend and far exceeded my expectations and was worth so much more than the cost!! We feel so lucky to have been paired with Stephanie. She is made for this job and made wedding planning really fun! Our calls felt like 70% wedding planning, 30% therapy because she eased so many concerns and made us feel so much more calm. We were blown away by her responsiveness and attention to detail. She thought about so many logistical items for the weekend that did not cross my mind. My parents were very involved in the wedding planning process as well and they just loved her. I really appreciated that whenever my Mom had a question she could just reach out directly to Stephanie. Stephanie is so great that at the end of the night I joked that we had to be "real friends" now since she lives in the same town as my family on the Cape. I think this best describes Stephanie - she feels like a friend that you don't want to let go of!

e we just felt like we wanted to let go from all the logistics of the day to be sure we could really be present and enjoy it all without being worried things would go wrong. This is exactly what CCC did for us! Starting one month before our date, Sara took over all our vendor coordination logistics and communication with our venue regarding our timeline. Sara was so supportive and answered every email and text leading up to the wedding and offered some good ideas of stuff we had not thought about. We could tell we were in good hands and everything was executed just how we had hoped it would be. We felt like she went above and beyond to make sure we had the best day and could tell she is someone who really enjoys making brides and grooms happy! It is totally worth the money for a day of coordinator if you are on the fence, do it.

e to help us narrow our venue down and worked with Stephanie. We knew right away that we wanted to continue to work with her- she was so knowledgeable! We then booked our Partial Planning Package and from there added on a Bridal Attendant. We felt so supported the entire process and every person in our bridal party kept saying they want Stephanie when they get married! Our wedding day was the vision I had in mind but often felt like I couldn't put into words. Stephanie understood my vision and helped bring it to life by recommending the perfect vendors. She even travelled on her birthday to come to a showroom with us because we were from out of town. Truly the best decision we made was to hire Cape Cod Celebrations as our planner.

ked. Originally, we selected the "month of" package to support us through the stress of logistics in the weeks leading up to our big day. Several months in advance, we wanted to have someone we could consult with logistics/vendor preferences for the Cape and decided to upgrade our package to Month of Plus. We worked with Laurel Hartmann who is an absolute wealth of information and an absolute pleasure to work with. She reviewed all of our vendor contracts, handled logistics in the weeks leading up to the wedding and was a source of comfort and knowledge when it came to making several decisions leading up to the wedding (as an example she drove to several beaches in Dennis to find the best one for us to do bridal party pictures because we were out of state). She accompanied us to in-person vendor/venue meetings, ran our rehearsal, and ensured everything was executed flawlessly on our big day which made us truly able to enjoy the months of hard work and planning.

ther for our August 2023 wedding on the Cape and it was easily one of the best investments we made for the big day. Heather was truly there for us for ANYTHING we needed throughout the entire process – whether it was offering advice and a listening ear when dealing with challenging vendors to answering any questions we had or taking charge of all last-minute details during a scary family emergency the week of the wedding. We’re beyond grateful for Heather and can’t imagine navigating all the wedding preparations without her. She ensured that our wedding day was seamless and worry-free, managing every detail so we could fully relax and enjoy our wedding day!

I could not recommend Cape Code Celebrations and Jillian any stronger.

e our entire planning process seamless and stress-free. There were countless occasions that my wife and I looked at each other and said, "thank goodness we have Jamie." Cape Cod Celebrations was easily the best decision we made after getting engaged. THANK YOU to the entire team on your professionalism, experience and over friendliness. If you have an opportunity to work with this group, you will not be disappointed in the slightest bit. One of the best things about Cape Cod Celebrations is that they truly get to know you as friends first, and they create meaningful relationships with their clients. They knew exactly what we wanted to do on our wedding day, and they delivered. We would recommend them to any of our closest friends if they plan to have a cape wedding in the future.
PS: We still keep in touch with Jamie to catch up and see each other around the cape after our wedding because we simply had the best time during our wedding planning process.

down the Cape and she exceeded ALL expectations! By nature I am a very organized and type A person. I originally thought, "how hard could wedding planning really be?" Little did I realize the amount of details Stephanie helped me navigate and the value she brought with her years of experience and vendor relationships. I interviewed 6-7 wedding planners before finding CCC and could tell from our first call they brought another level of customer service and experience to the table. Stephanie made the entire planning process and our wedding day stress free and completely enjoyable from start to finish. I trusted Stephanie from the very beginning to execute our wedding as we'd planned and she went above and beyond in every aspect. It was important to me to find vendors who were not only good at what they do, but were good, kind and thoughtful people. Stephanie is a wonderful person to her core and understood what was important to us as a couple and our family to make the day as special as possible. Our guests were raving about her complimenting how smoothly and seamlessly the day went because of her efforts. I am incredibly grateful for Stephanie's time, dedication, detailed management style and flawless execution. I could not recommend Stephanie and CCC more!!

of the weekend, start to finish, and truly made our wedding dreams come true. She brings the best combination of a relaxed, laid back personality with a detail-oriented, no-nonsense flare when it's needed. We had the absolute best weekend of our lives, but moreover Jamie helped make wedding planning the best year and a half. We were living out of state, and it could have been stressful to navigate decisions that needed to be made in person, but Jamie made us feel like we were in capable hands the whole time. We never once worried, and everything exceeded our expectations. Her network of trusted vendors who she has built personal relationships with through the years alone is invaluable. I truly can't recommend her and Cape Cod Celebrations enough. It has taken me weeks to write this review only because I simply refuse to believe our wedding is over! I know for certain we will find an excuse to plan another party just to work with her again.

thout her. Wedding planning is stressful and time consuming (especially when doing it from states away) and having Jamie there to answer all my questions via email & in our zoom/in person meetings throughout the entire process helped so much. Her expertise and professionalism made the entire process so smooth. As a very Type A personality, Jamie's organizational skills made me feel so calm and prepared when the wedding day finally arrived. On the day of she even had someone bring us 2 chairs and a cocktail so we could sit for a few minutes before we made our grand entrance into the reception. I cannot recommend Jamie and the Cape Cod Celebrations team enough! Thank you for helping us plan the best day of our lives.

remely professional, organized, informative, and so much fun to work with. We truly believe that if it wasn't for Stephanie and her team, our vision for our wedding would not have come to life. Working with Stephanie, especially since we live out of state, made our lives so much easier. Stephanie was such a joy and pleasure to work with and helped us plan every single detail (even the ones we had no idea we had to plan for). She was not only our rock for the planning, but an emotional support rock as well! Stephanie and the rest of the Cape Cod Celebrations team truly transformed our vision into reality and completely streamlined the planning process. Our planning was so much more enjoyable, fun, and efficient because of Stephanie. Working with Stephanie and her team was one of the smartest decisions we could have made, and we highly recommend working with Cape Cod Celebrations. They are such lovely and kind people to work with and are so incredible at what they do. We are so thankful for Stephanie and her team and can confidently state that working with them will be such a smart decision for anybody that is planning their wedding on the Cape!
We just wanted to write to tell you that as we reflect on what has been one of the best weekends of our lives how it would not have been possible without Sara Peters and the team a...
t Cape Cod Celebrations. I offered to look at a wedding planner for my fiancé as a Christmas present and we feel so incredibly blessed and fortunate that she was our planner.
Sara did exactly what Cape Cod Celebrations promised by taking care of every aspect of the wedding. I cannot even begin to tell you the number of questions, advice, and last minute request that arose during our planning process. Every single request, no matter how small or silly, Sara took on in full force with a quick and thoughtful response. She worked so hard with every single vendor and made sure we had a flawless wedding weekend.
Her little touches throughout the entire event were amazing, including a wedding gift and a handwritten note. She truly helped make this be one of the best days of our lives and I couldn’t imagine us planning a wedding without her and hope we remain friends for future cape visits.
Rest assured, with many people asking how our event went off with so many great touches (the white balloon room, the cold sparklers, specialized Irish coffee espresso martinis), we told people planning their next wedding to use Sara and Cape Cod celebrations. We could relax and enjoy our wedding weekend as we knew we were in safe hands with Sara and hiring you all was the best decision we could have ever made. If you’re planning a wedding in the Cape, book Cape Cod Celebrations ASAP - it was worth every penny to be able to relax and enjoy our special weekend in confidence that we were in safe hands!
We are both very organized Type-A men who were engaged for a year and a half (thanks to the pandemic), and while we thought we could plan a wedding on our own in that time, we are ...
so grateful that we found Jamie as our wedding planner. While we selected the Partial Planning package, we felt we received more than our money’s worth; we don’t know how we could have planned the wedding without her. After each of our check-ins with Jamie, we felt confident that we were in good hands. Jamie understood our vision, our personalities and recommended terrific Cape Cod vendors who helped shape our special day. Her calming, confident presence ensured all details were attended to leading up to the wedding. As organized as we are, we keep saying we wish we had Jamie to keep our daily lives organized as well! You will not regret working with Jamie and her team at Cape Cod Celebrations.
Laurel was our day of coordinator for our wedding at Ocean Edge Resort. We really liked that she used to work there and knew a lot about how the venue ran and operated already. Our...
venue coordinator was switched on us a month before the wedding and then the new venue coordinator had a family emergency the week of! Laurel saved the wedding weekend. She didn’t even ask me, she just jumped right in and helped with the ceremony rehearsal when I previously had told her she didn’t need to. She also helped on Friday loading decorations into the venue. We had a ton of DIY and decor and Laurel set it up beautifully. We didn’t have to worry about a thing the day of. As the bride, I was never asked a question or never needed to make a decision that day. Laurel helped pack everything away so fast that none of my bridesmaids could even help. We are so grateful for Laurel!!
Cape Cod Celebrations was recommended to us through our venue. Using them was one of our best decisions in the wedding planning process. We had the Day of Plus package but ended up...
adding on extra as we went along because they were so helpful! We were paired with Stephanie who was absolutely amazing! She went about and beyond to make sure we were organized and staying on track. She helped answer all of my questions, helped me make decisions, as well as coordinated with our other vendors. She was there on our wedding day and worked with the church and venue to make sure everything was perfect. We are so grateful for Stephanie and Cape Cod Celebrations. We could not have done it without her!
We were fortunate to work with Heather from Cape Cod Celebrations for our wedding. Working with Heather was the best decision we made in our wedding planning journey. Heather was ...
fantastic and she made planning our wedding easy and fun. Her knowledge, experience, and professionalism quickly let us know that we made the right decision to work with Heather. From our first meeting, Heather walked us through our planning timeline and helped us select vendors ranging from band, florist, photographer, videographer, and so much more. For each vendor she recommended, she had done extensive research and geared her recommendations based on our vision.
When some of our vendor contacts changed midway through the planning process, Heather was there to make sure that nothing was missed during the transition.
Heather made all our wedding dreams come true, from the kickoff kickball game to getting a 360-photo booth. Every aspect was beautifully planned, exceeded our expectations, and went off without a hitch. Heather ensured we were attended to and had anything we needed. She brought her great team for the day of our wedding who were all there to support us, our families, and our guests to make sure we could all be focused on enjoying the moment.
Heather’s calm, insightful demeanor and flexibility reassured us that when the unexpected occurred she was willing to step in and problem solve. She really went above and beyond to provide a positive experience for us and our families.
Additionally, Heather was intuitive and knew what we needed not only through the planning but also during our wedding. One aspect we appreciated was when Heather gave us a private moment, in the ballroom, for us to take some time for ourselves and appreciate the magnitude of the day. Because she took the time during the planning process to get to know us, Heather also knew that we needed this time by ourselves without us having to communicate with her.
From contract negotiation to linen selection, Heather was there every step of the way for us. We are also sure that Heather did so much more for us behind the scenes that we aren't even aware of. We can't thank her enough. She made our entire wedding weekend from the kickoff kickball game to the rehearsal / rehearsal dinner, to the beach bonfires, to the wedding and finally the farewell brunch run so smoothly. Our wedding day would not have been as spectacular if it were not for Heather. We can't thank her enough and would highly recommend working with her to anyone planning a wedding.
Where do we begin...we both kept saying we missed Jamie (owner of CCC and the most wonderful planner!) after our wedding. Jamie took our vision for sharing the Cape with our friend...
s and family and brought it to life for our wedding. We have crazy work schedules and Jamie was always so accommodating with scheduling calls as we wanted to make sure we were both involved in the process. She guided so many steps that made our wedding celebration more perfect than we could have imagined - from helping us pick our first look spot, to promising us we wouldn't regret booking our band sight unseen (they were incredible!), to guiding us towards the best vendors to bring our vision to life. If it sounds like we're gushing over CCC with this review, we are. We couldn't have done it without them!
We worked with Laurel for a day of coordinator and she was fabulous! She made the whole day go off without a hitch. A calming presence. Prepared at the church to help with a MOH dr...
ess mishap. She was also extremely organized leading up to the big day. She took ownership of coordinating all the vendors as well which was a huge help. Set up was amazing as well. Thank you Laurel for helping making our day so perfect! 🤍
After working with Cape Cod Celebrations (and specifically Heather), the #1 piece of advice I've given all of my friends who are planning a wedding is to work with a planner. I mys...
elf plan events and thought I could do it all on my own, but I quickly realized a wedding entails way more details than I was possibly capable of keeping track of.
Whenever my husband and I reflect on our wedding and the planning process, the first thing we think about/discuss is how helpful Heather was. She truly simplified the planning process and alleviated so much stress for us. She was great with communication, an absolute joy to work with, and was so well-connected within the community, which helped us feel confident that we had the best vendors possible (and we DID!). We couldn't be more grateful for her partnership and for how she helped us have the best wedding day possible. It was truly a perfect day and we owe so much of that to her!
