Tl;dr- Canvas & Light is incredible and I can’t recommend them enough 🙂
Canvas & Light, particularly through Alex's videography, made our November wedding at Devil's Thumb Ranch...
in Colorado an exceptionally memorable experience. Their dedication to capturing our vision for the weekend, paired with their friendly and efficient approach, added an extra layer of joy to our celebration.
What stood out most was Canvas & Light's commitment to understanding and encapsulating what we wanted to capture from the weekend. Alex spent considerable time discussing our preferences and vision, ensuring that every aspect was considered. This personalized approach translated into a wedding video that not only documented the events but also conveyed the unique story of our special day. The attention to detail and the ability to capture the emotional nuances of each moment made the video a truly cherished memento.
Adding to the positive experience was the friendly and approachable nature of Canvas & Light. Alex's warm personality made the videography not only professional but also enjoyable. This friendly dynamic contributed to the overall fun atmosphere of the day, and it resonated with our guests, making everyone feel comfortable and at ease.
Furthermore, Canvas & Light's efficiency was commendable. Understanding the importance of capturing memories promptly, they worked quickly to provide us with a beautifully edited video before the holidays. This timely delivery allowed us to share and enjoy the highlights of our wedding with family and friends during the festive season.
In summary, Canvas & Light, led by Alex's videography, exceeded our expectations. Their commitment to understanding our vision, combined with a friendly and efficient approach, made the videography sessions enjoyable and the final product truly special. Canvas & Light played a crucial role in making our wedding at Devil's Thumb Ranch an even more fun and memorable celebration. I can't attach videos to this review but trust me, they are incredible :)
We absolutely loved working with Alex for our wedding in October 2021! Canvas & Light came highly recommended from our wedding planner and we’re so glad we chose them. Alex was ve...
ry responsive to our questions before the wedding and so understanding about needing to reschedule from 2020 to 2021.
The wedding video was really important to us so that we could relive the day whenever we wanted to since it is such a blur the day of. Alex captured everything beautifully - perfectly reflecting how the day felt to us and highlighting some of our favorite moments. We loved her style and can’t say enough wonderful things about the feature shots and the music she included.
We would absolutely recommend Canvas & Light and can’t wait to watch our video every anniversary❤️
I worked with Canvas and Light as a part of a styled shoot for a magazine. They were so kind and gave great direction throughout. The finished product blew me away - so many small ...
and big moments captured beautifully. I would highly recommend their services!
If you're reading this review - congratulations you've found your videographer. In all seriousness, Canvas & Light is truly AMAZING at what they do and we could not have a picked a...
better duo to capture our wedding day.
We got our video six weeks after our wedding, as promised in our contract, and we were absolutely blown away. From the filmography, the music, and everything in between it was a perfect representation of our day. Family, friends, and our wedding party all echoed these sentiments and adamantly said it was their favorite wedding video they've ever seen!
They also beautifully captured every moment that was important to us - the first look, the first kiss, speeches, first dances, etc. Thank you so much Alex and Rachel for being apart of our day, our video is something we will treasure for many years to come!
First off Id like to say I loved my wedding video. Unfortunately, it actually takes about 2 months to get instead of the promised 1 month as they are “busy with other weddings”. Fo...
r me, it took 8 months specifically to get my videos from them on DVD. It took many emails to even get them to respond. Very unapologetically, they just told me this was their off season and they are on vacation. They told me multiple times they would send them but never did. When my dvds finally showed up, it was just the video they made. Not the ceremony and speeches in which I paid a lot extra for. After multiple emails and phone calls asking for the rest of my footage, I have yet to hear back. Whats sad is a few of our friends already booked them, unfortunately we didn’t know how horrible their customer service would be or we would have suggested otherwise.
Rachel and Alex from Canvas and Light are absolutely amazing at what they do! They were our main videographers for our wedding and we couldn't be happier with how it turned out. ...
The video captured everything we asked for and far more. It was beautiful from start to finish and exactly what we were looking for.
We first heard of Canvas & Light after they shot my brother's wedding last year, and I'm so glad we chose to have Alexandra and her crew capture our day. I met with A about six mon...
ths prior to the wedding to go over packages and what we wanted in our video, and her prices are really reasonable. She helped guide me through what looks great, what to include, and her vision for our video. The week before the wedding, she asked for a timeline and anything specific we wanted. On the wedding day, I had nothing to worry about! She had two other people helping her capture the ceremony and reception, and they were very professional and easy to work with. We are SO happy with the finished product - my husband and I were both in tears watching the video, and it's something we'll treasure for years to come. I can't recommend them highly enough!
I am completely in awe of Alexandra's sheer talent and professionalism.
My first experience with Alex was during a quick call when I was reviewing different videographers, I had a...
n inspiration video that we reviewed and her adventurous nature took on the project. Instead of doing engagement photos I requested from her that we do an engagement video-shoot that we could show in the foyer of the wedding venue and wow, did she give us an engagement shoot to remember. First off, she recommended a stunning place during sunset that truly looked like a piece of heaven. Second, she was so fun to work with and "endured" through me and my dear husband's crazy shenanigans!
My next experience with Alex was on our wedding day, she captured the whole day perfectly. I was in tears as I watched the video and my husband couldn't stop smiling.
Thank you Alex!
I highly recommend Canvas & Light's services.
