About this vendor
My role as officiant is to bring meaning, translation, and beauty to your ceremony. As an ordained cantor, I work to ensure that your wedding ceremony reflects you as a couple and that everyone attending your wedding is able to appreciate the beauty in our traditions and understand the rituals and blessings that enrich a Jewish ceremony. I happily officiate for interfaith and same-sex couples.
I'll work with you to tailor the traditional Jewish wedding into the ceremony of your dreams. We'll explore the wide variety of Jewish wedding rituals and include the ones that speak to you.

Cantor Marx perfectly explained them during our ceremony and our guests are still raving about how awesome it was! Thank you Cantor Marx for making our day so special!
Cantor Marx put together a wonderful ceremony for my husband and I, filled with warm sentiment and advice and sprinkled with humor. He made our special day all the more memorable!

ppier with how our ceremony played out, but our wonderful experience with Jamie started many months beforehand over the course of several skype chats. In addition to having him officiate our ceremony, we also did premarital counseling with a few extra conversations to go over any questions that we had. I feel like we learned so much during the planning process thanks to Cantor Marx and we were able to really enjoy our day because of his professionalism and talent. I can wholeheartedly recommend having Cantor Jamie Marx officiate your wedding, ours wouldn't have been the same without him.
