Cambria Events

knew I always had her to lean on! She helped me to get the wedding process started for someone who did not know where to start and was overwhelmed. Day of Cammie executed everything as planned and I didn’t have to think about anything at all. Highly recommend for any future brides!!

verwhelmed with all the little details and Cammie really helped bring my vision to life leading up to the event and day of. Throughout the planning process, she kept us on track to make sure we had all our vendors booked, rentals coordinated with the correct items/amounts, timelines shared well in advance, and all the things I wouldn't have thought of, she did. Because of Cammie and all of the work she put into our wedding, my husband and I were really able to be present and enjoy our wedding day.

id everything to help me stay within our modest budget. She was a fantastic liaison between our vendors and venue especially in those stressful days just before the wedding. Even though she was a day of coordinator for us, she supported us months before the wedding with our dozens of questions, and on the day of, ran everything perfectly, consistently going above and beyond! I never had to worry or wonder if our very detailed wedding day timeline was happening, it always was thanks to Cammie! She's truly the best.

anning services including decor, etc. but we had only about 9 months before our wedding and really wanted to get our most important vendors booked ASAP before they were unavailable and Cammie really helped by giving us a ton of great recommendations and handling a lot of the communication and bookings. On the day of the wedding she also made sure everything went smoothly without a hitch! We would definitely recommend Cambria Events!

me and my husband and the day went so smoothly! We used her partial planning package and that was perfect for us! Cammie was calm and reassuring during the whole process! Highly recommend her for your wedding!

leading up to the wedding. I genuinely trusted her and knew that she was going to help us have the most magical day! The wedding day ran so smoothly and effortlessly because of her planning! I can't recommend Cammie enough :)

we were having meeting and she was very professional.

WAY I could have pulled off the best day of our lives without Cammie and Cambria Events. Throughout the last 6 months, Cammie has been incredibly organized, detail focused, responsive, flexible, down to earth and an absolute joy to work with. She established a timeline of the wedding day during our first meeting and made many decisions for me when I was feeling overwhelmed. On our big day, she worked behind the scenes and made sure all vendors were on the same page and did every single small detail imaginable (which there are A LOT). I can't say enough good things about Cammie and Cambria Events- our day was absolutely perfect thanks to her!!! Highly recommend if you are looking for a wedding coordinator, she's the absolute best!!!

gs unique and fun. She was supportive and incredibly organized. Our wedding went off without a hitch and it was definitely thanks to all the hard work on her part!

ountry weddings. She checked in often and helped us stay updated and on track with planning tasks. We always felt like she was available and we were a priority. We were a bit lost and she took on guiding us, giving us advice, wrangling our vendors, working with our venue to advocate for us, and helping make last minute changes. From our perspective, everything turned out perfectly. The sign of a well planned event is the couple doesn’t have to worry the entire day, and we were able to actually have fun and relax because we knew everything was safe in her hands. She didn’t push us to spend more money and in fact she helped find small (and large) places where we could save money - which all added up to happier wallets. Hiring Cammie was some of the best money we spent and I would recommend working with her to any couple!

gave us a lot of creative and thrifty ideas. We encountered the possibility of rain on our wedding day and she helped us prepare and navigate through the anxiety and chaos resulting from the unpredictable weather. Not only did Cammie communicate with vendors clearly, she is also very resourceful in the Napa/Sonoma region. Due to the rain, she was able to help us get last minute tenting and draping that truly made the biggest difference for our wedding. Beyond her resourcefulness and professionalism, I will always appreciate Cammie for her patience, , wisdom and flexibility that made my wedding day that much smoother. The forecast was light rain during the ceremony. She kindly and honestly shared her thoughts and advice, yet gave us the final say in terms of whether to move our ceremony indoors. She gave us her full support with no complaints once we decided to proceed with an outdoor ceremony, and she pulled a lot of strings to get us the small tent we needed for waiting guests and change some setup arrangements. She was very gracious and the moment we made the decision, she stood behind us and did everything she could to try to make it work. Thankfully, the rain stopped during the ceremony, and we will forever be grateful to Cammie for her support, her advice, her creativity and resourcefulness, her quickness to pivot and execute, and everything you'd want a wedding manager to be on the most exhilarating, important and possibly terrifying day of your life. I highly recommend Cammie to anyone and cannot be more thankful to her for giving us the wedding of our dreams. Thank you so much Cammie!

the wedding helping! Her pricing is incredibly reasonable for the services that she brings. She managed the vendors expertly and got the daily timeline ready, she had multiple calls with me to get on the same page before the day of event, and she took total ownership of the day of timeline and the placement of things for each phase. To top it off, she used a collaborative website software to map out a to-scale plan for arranging furniture for the event. Even our experienced vendors commented post-wedding on how pleasant and professional she is, and how they would love to work with her again. That's when you know she's good -- she impressed our vendors!! She's calm and so kind, and gives an experienced voice to your process. A total gem, incredible value, beyond recommended.

g a venue to fitting that venue in our budget. She’s very experienced, well-connected, and above all else, trustworthy. She is honest and always had our best interests in mind! We love her creativity and how she always found unique ideas to help make our wedding feel like OUR wedding. I cannot recommend working with Cammie enough.

ing, she really helped narrow down what were the things that were most important in planning the event. It seems like it should be obvious that we should prioritize those things in the budget, but it’s so easy to forget that! We were planning a “private estate” wedding, while we live 2 time zones away, at a place that had never been set up for events before. Cammie cautioned us that it wouldn’t be easy, but then helped us find all of our vendors, made herself available to us whenever we came out to visit, and, ultimately, made the actual day of the event come out perfectly. We had not seen what the final design would look like (though had worked diligently with her on planning the layout, etc) until we arrived for the reception, and were completely blown away. She had helped us reach our vision, and make our dream day a reality. I am so so glad that we found Cammie, and would recommend her a million times over for anyone who is looking to plan their dream wedding. She gave us so much personalized attention, had attention to details beyond what we were noticing in the whole planning procedure, made sure that all of our vendors were in on any minuscule change, and became a friend in the process. Thank you, Cammie, for helping kick off our marriage in the best way we could dream of!

ed very promptly. We were looking for help for the day of our wedding (vs. a full-service wedding planner). The best part of her email was that she said "day-of really is a terrible name, because there is really no such thing as day-of coordination without some good planning and coordination ahead of time" -- we knew she would be investing the time, energy and resources to help us as best as she could leading up to our special day. Cammie is awesome - super detail oriented, organized, calm, patient and proactive with recommendations. She always took the time to listen to our ideas and either help us make it a reality or give alternative recommendations that were even better. We can tell she has done this for a long time because she was able to anticipate all potential outcomes and prepare for them. We had a few calls before the day of, and on the day of, she and her assistant were ready to go and executed beautifully. She was very patient and kind with all our vendors and helped make sure we were able to do everything on the timeline even though we were running late (due to my dad's extra long speech, hahah). Thank you Cammie for going above and beyond for us!

e, she asked me questions that I didn’t even know I needed to ask in order to perfectly execute my vision. She recommended quality vendors and worked within my budget. She was efficient and to the point when she needed to be, but still made me feel like my time was special. In a time that can be very stressful, she took on the details and I got to keep the magic. By the time my reception was over and my groom and I were running off to our honeymoon, Cammie had become more than a wedding planner— she had become a great friend.

e. She works well both behind the scenes to ensure all is going according to plan, but also has amazing timing when she is needed front and center! I would recommend her to any bride or family looking for a detailed oriented, kind, event planner with a wealth of knowledge! Thank you for always making my job easier, Cammie!

alth of knowledge, poise, attention to detail, and just downright amazing! Thank you Cammie! We loved our big day and having you be a part of it.
