We found Cake Shop Cafe by happenstance while searching for bakeries online. Before selecting Cake Shop Cafe, we purchased a cake tasting box that contained samples of different ca...
kes, frostings and fillings to try. This gave us the opportunity to mix-and-match and discover flavor combinations that we liked. The cake selections we chose were: 1) vanilla cake, vanilla buttercream and whipped cream filling, and 2) coconut cake, salted caramel buttercream and whipped cream filling. The process to order our wedding cake was very easy, and we were able to work with Trish to customize our cake to be exactly what we wanted in our budget! We decided on a two-tiered cake, a half sheet and full sheet for our guests. We decided on some swirls to decorate the cake, and to fit with our wedding colors, we also wanted to add our silk flowers onto the cake. Trish was happy to add the flowers for us! On the day of the wedding, Cake Shop Cafe delivered the cake to our venue, and it was absolutely stunning and delicious! We couldn’t be happier with choosing Cake Shop Cafe for our wedding cake!

eat about making our simple cake dreams come true, and were more than willing to take the few cake toppers we had ahead of time. Our guests loved the cake! My sister saying it was the best she's had in a long time (vanilla cake, strawberry jam, vanilla frosting). Great option for cakes in the central MA area!
We got married in October and got a small cake & cupcakes from Cake Shop Cafe. They were incredible! We did a tasting beforehand and everything was great. Our guests loved the cupc...

We got married on August 29, 2020, after having postponed our first date due to COVID. Cake Shop Cafe was incredibly accommodating of our switch and made our backup date work witho...
ut a hitch. We LOVED our cake tasting here, it was such a fun experience and they really helped us narrow down the flavors that we liked the best. We settled on four different cupcake flavors and one cake for cutting. Our guests LOVED the cupcakes (and so did we!). Everything tasted literally amazing. We're so happy we found this vendor as they really made our night memorable and guests were still talking about the cupcakes the day after! We plan on making Cake Shop Cafe somewhere we go back to in the future :)
The Cake Shop Café made our cake for our 7/19/19 wedding and they did an excellent job! The cake itself was absolutely beautiful. I showed a picture of what we wanted to the head b...
aker at our tasting and she created exactly what I envisioned but better! Also, the cake was delicious— a couple of guests even told me it was the best cake they ever had. Furthermore, communication was easy and the delivery went smoothly. Not to mention the price was very good. Highly recommended!

nd cupcakes affordable, but Amy at cake shop cafe was responsive, professional, and easy to work with. She also went above and beyond with making sure that everything went exactly as I wanted on my wedding day (got back to me quickly about some last minute gluten free cupcakes, put the special wrappers on the cupcakes that I wanted, and even put some cupcakes in boxes for me). Also, most importantly, the cake and cupcakes were beautiful AND delicious. I can't tell you how many compliments I got on my cupcakes that night. I would highly recommend cake shop cafe for your wedding or special event
My husband and I ordered cupcakes from Cake Shop Cafe when we found out we were unable to refrigerate a cake at our reception site. We chose the cupcakes here for the price and als...
o rave reviews they had, and I am so glad we did!
Cupcakes fit perfectly with our outdoor/casual/garden party wedding vibe, and we chose 6 different flavors so people could pick from a variety. I am not ashamed to say that basically instead of dinner I ate one of each cupcake flavor, and it was totally worth it. The cupcakes were completely amazing.
Since my husband and I were planning from Virginia, we emailed back and forth with Amy, who was super helpful. We had one of my bridesmaids do the tasting for her recommendations.
Overall, cost for cupcakes here is really good, and tasted outstanding!
My husband and I met with Amy 8 months before our wedding to discuss cupcake options. We immediately enjoyed meeting with Amy and LOVED the cupcake options. We confirmed Amy as o...
ur cupcake vendor before the end of our appointment! Amy and her team did not disappoint. We were able to manage all details seamlessly via email and the cupcakes were a hit! Our wedding guests are still talking about them! We can't recommend Amy and Cake Shop Cafe enough - wonderful people and amazing cupcakes!!!
For our June wedding, we ordered 120 lemon cupcakes with strawberry frosting along with ~100 cookies and ~mini brownies for our dessert bar, plus a 6” cake for the formal cake cutt...
ing—all for less than $400. All of the items were delicious and guests loved them. We had no brownies or cookies left at the end of the night at all! The cake tasting was fun and we got to mix and match flavors to get the combination we liked best. Amy delivered and set up the items on site beautifully. There was a discount for ordering all of the cupcakes with the same flavor combination, which we took advantage of since we were on a budget, but there were other flavor combinations that we also loved! We’d highly recommend Amy and Cake Shop Cafe!
The cake was delicious and it was beautiful. We had a 6" for our cutting cake and then chose sheet cakes for the guests. Nothing fancy. One hang up was I didn't hear from them for ...
two weeks after our consult. When I reached out to them, they had lost all of our cake information. They had our contact info as we had been emailing. The other hang up was payment. My Mom wanted to pay for the cake so she called. Multiple times. Left messages. The week before the wedding my sister finally reached someone to finalize payment and discuss delivery. So cake delicious, service dissapointing.
We wanted to find cake for our wedding that was not crazy expensive, but still tastes really good. Cake Shop Cafe did this perfectly. We didn't want a typical tiered cake so we ord...
ered just a few sheet cakes and one 8 inch "Vanilla Love Cake" for our sweetheart table. We chose Lemon with Vanilla buttercream, Funfetti with Vanilla buttercream, and chocolate with chocolate buttercream for the sheet cake. Everyone loved each flavor and someone came up to me that night and said it was the best tasting wedding cake they've ever had. We did not have them decorate anything which brought the cost down for us as well. So if you want the best cake ever and not spend $900, cake shop cafe is it. The cake tasting was great too I wanted to get every flavor! They also have great sandwiches. I would highly recommend cake shop cafe!
I found Cake Shoppe café through my sister who had been using them for a year or so. I am SO happy I did. I met with Amy (General Manager) 8 months prior to the wedding and She...
make my vision come true. I wanted a Huge dessert table with over 8 different bite size desserts. SHE MADE it happen. We did key lime tarts, apple crisp bars, lemon squares, cream puffs and SO much more. I communicated through email prior to the wedding. Everything went so smooth. I HIGHLY recommend them for wedding cakes and pastries.
