Kylee — The Wedding Planner Every Bride and Mother Dreams Of! Where do I even begin to express our gratitude for Kylee? She gave us the most beautiful wedding weekend for our daughter, Sara, and we truly could not have asked for anything more! From the very beginning, Kylee was an extraordinary partner. She took the time to really listen to our daughter, understand her vision, and bring it to life in ways that were both thoughtful and beautiful. Every request, every question, every big decision and tiny detail was met with patience, creativity, and a solution. She coordinated countless details with all our vendors, kept everyone organized and on schedule, and somehow made the entire process feel effortless. As the mother of the bride, one of the greatest gifts Kylee gave me was the freedom to simply enjoy the weekend. I could welcome our guests, spend time with family and friends, and be fully present for all those precious moments because I knew Kylee had everything under control. I never had to wonder whether something was being handled. She was always one step ahead, and I trusted her completely. What an incredible gift that was! And then there was “Dancing Queen!” We had planned a little surprise, and Kylee helped make it happen beautifully! Because our daughter chose not to have bridesmaids, seeing her surrounded on the dance floor by all her girlfriends was especially meaningful. These young women have been such a big part of our lives over the years, and many of them feel like my own girls. Watching them celebrate together was one of my favorite memories of the entire weekend. Kylee understood how much that moment meant to me and helped turn a simple idea into something we will treasure forever. Kylee has an extraordinary gift for organization, but what makes her truly special is the heart she brings to her work. She doesn't simply plan events—she listens, she cares, she anticipates needs, and she makes people feel that their celebration matters just as much to her as it does to them. You took care of the big things and the little things, the expected and the unexpected, and allowed us to experience the joy of Sara's wedding without the weight of managing it all. We entrusted you with one of the most meaningful weekends of our lives, and you exceeded every expectation. You weren't simply our wedding planner. You became a trusted partner, a reassuring presence, and now, a part of our family's story. We loved working with Kylee and Cactus Bloom for our wedding day! Kylee was very friendly and super responsive. She kept everything organized and made sure nothing fell through the cracks on my wedding day! All of our decorations were displayed perfectly and the cleanup was amazing as well.
