I changed the run of show and timeline so many times, she was understanding and adaptable. I had an issue with my dress during the wedding, within minutes she came running to the rescue with a sewing pin and fixed it. Not only was she on top of every detail during the planning and execution, but she was emotionally so supportive and helpful. Hailey was also such a calm and nice presence, and made sure that we had everything we needed throughout the day while we were getting ready. The ceremony and reception room looked beautiful and I was glad that Busy Bee's team took care of all the logistics, and all I had to do was have fun getting ready with my friends and family. I am a super Type-A control freak bride, and at first I was worried that a planner wouldn't be able to capture my vision, that I would be too picky/particular about things, that I would be difficult to work with, etc. and I was immediately put at ease after I met Bettina. From my first call with Bettina before I hired her, to Becky easing my nerves the morning of my wedding, BBs made every single part of wedding planning stress-free and enjoyable. I'm not a particularly creative person, so there were many times where I would word vomit to Bettina and she somehow would know exactly what I needed to see, hear, and how to execute the vision I couldn't even describe myself. When BBs says they take care of everything, they mean EVERYTHING. From curating a vision board, to negotiating with vendors, to attending our floral sample and menu tasting, to negotiating pricing 101x, to attending to hyper specific requests, to making sure my bridal suite was cleaned for pictures, to adding on last minute vendors to our timeline, every detail was perfectly thought of and executed. All of my bridesmaids even commented on how they'd never been in a wedding where they could truly just show up and not have to clock in, do work, organize things, and they could just enjoy the day. I not only gained a seamless and amazing wedding day, but also a friend that made me feel seen and taken care of. I would hire Bettina & Becky 10x over for my wedding day, I could not recommend them enough!

 Both Bettina and Becky helped plan my husband and I’s wedding and our rehearsal dinner, but Becky was our main planner.  I worked with them starting in March until our wedding in May the following year.  Every single text and email I sent during those 14 months were answered immediately and thoroughly.  Both Becky and Bettina clearly love what they do and have perfected their craft.  I live in Indiana but had a destination wedding in Florida, and Becky made it the easiest destination wedding to plan.  She sourced all the local vendors (which were all amazing), was our vendors’ main point of contact, and would loop me in on the important things.  She was able to visit anywhere I needed her to and did everything geographically that I couldn’t.  They both helped me create a budget and explained each stage of the planning process thoroughly, so I never felt like I was forgetting anything or felt behind. Becky gave me so many options that I never even knew were out there.  Her advice on wedding dos and don’ts was spot on, and she created a wedding I didn’t even know was possible.  My wedding was the most incredible day, and it was all thanks to Becky and Bettina.  My husband and I still look at pictures and wonder how a wedding could possibly be so beautiful and perfect.  Becky and her team of Bees the day of the wedding were crucial to the seamlessness and success of the day.  They took care of everything from coordinating all the vendors to keeping the schedule of the day on track to fluffing my dress going down the aisle.  They handled everything, so my husband and I weren’t worrying about a single thing. These three incredibly patient, kind, hard working ladies are the only reason my wedding day went as smooth as it did. They worked non stop behind the scenes (like a bunch of busy bees - the name is very befitting in case you were wondering) so that the only thing I had to worry about was me! And after a year of all that stressful and frustrating planning, it was the biggest gift to not have to worry about anything anymore. Everything I asked for, and spoke aloud was made happened with no hesitation. I was kept hydrated all day and was attended to for my every want and need. I was truly pampered with constant, frequent check ins to make sure I was okay. They packed every single thing up for me so by the end of the night I was able to just head out! It was the easiest, smoothest transition ever. There were some blips in the road when it came to small details and photos, so the best advice I can share is the more you plan before, the smoother it all is the day of.
