Burton's Bridals

done perfectly ! I got so many compliments

n and veil for a reasonable price and made my alteration process easy and memorable. Because it's a smaller shop, you get that 1v1 attention that really makes you feel like the only bride in the world. There was also a small random mark on my dress that I noticed and Carol and her team got it out for me immediately, within days of the wedding. She is professional, reliable and someone you can trust for your big day. I'd highly recommend Burton's when ordering your gown!

to take it off! Alterations were done perfect and reasonable

say enough about how kind and down-to-earth this shop is. If you are in need of a dress, look no further. I will be sending all of my friends and family here in the future.

Their selection is extensive, and they only do one appointment at a time so you get really personalized attention. Their in-house seamstress is excellent, and they cap their basic alterations (hem, bustle, fitting) at a very reasonable price, which is amazing. They’ll also hold onto your dress for you in the shop if it arrives early, which was so helpful for me since I had nowhere to hide/store it safely and unseen for weeks. I had a specific vision for my dress, but they understood it and delivered! I wanted to add custom straps and appliques and put pearls down the back instead of buttons, and everything came out better than I could’ve imagined. I was also a bit anxious about getting the hem right so I wouldn’t be stepping on it and tripping all night, but they NAILED it. The bustle was lovely too; the skirt didn’t drag or get stepped on by anyone or anything. For the entire 10+ hours I had my dress on, I was comfortable, felt great, looked great, could move/walk/dance/sit etc without thinking about it, and I got a million compliments. My wedding day was truly wonderful, and a big part of that was being in just the right dress for me. Looking for your wedding dress is exciting and daunting all at once, but you can trust Burton’s with your wedding day vision, they got you!

d recommend looking for your dress here.

m so glad I said “Yes” . Loved my dress.

personal service! From start to wedding day everything was perfect!

sonable. Best experience

so many compliments on my dress

loved my dress and this store! Thank you again for making it so much fun!

! If I could give them 10 stars I would!

. This place is a hidden gem!!

s incredibly knowledgeable on all things wedding dresses. The shop is deceiving as it doesn't appear to be that large yet every piece was stunning. The prices are reasonable. Over the course of my purchase, I visited the shop at least 4x for fittings. Carole is flexible and does not shy away from communication. By the time I picked up my dress, I felt like family! I can't recommend this shop enough. If you want a seamless, fun, worry free experience choose Burton's.

udget. I didn't feel pressured to buy my dress that moment, and the alterations capped out at 300 (pre any tax) which compared to a lot of places was super reasonable! The dress I found was perfect and everyone knew right away.

ose were mostly complaints about the owner; how she wasn’t accommodating or she was rude, or didn’t have the particular dress they were looking for, or some other nonsense us brides complain about. I considered all that before booking my appointment but decided to check it out regardless. I have ABSOLUTELY no regrets for choosing Burtons and trusting Carole and her team for my wedding gown! My first visit to Burtons I did not find my dress. But at that visit Carole told me if I found a dress elsewhere but thought the price was high or alterations were pricey, to check with her, she may be able to give me a better price and that her alterations capped at $300. I did find a dress elsewhere that I couldn’t stop thinking about but didn’t love the shop where I found it. I decided to call Carole and see if she had that dress in stock. She didn’t. But she looked to see if she could get it elsewhere for me to try on. At that time she couldn’t. But she could order it for me if I wanted it. And the price she told me (not knowing the price of the dress from the other shop) was almost $400 less! I wasn’t ready just yet to make that call. I really wanted to try it on once more to be sure. About 3 weeks went by and the more I thought about that dress, I wanted it. I called Carole back and was ready to order it. This time she found somewhere she could borrow the dress from for me to try on. Even better! She found time for me on a busy weekend to come in and try on. Needless to say, I said yes to the dress at Burtons and every experience there after with Carole and her team was fantastic! Ordering, alterations, and pick-up were all seamless! I also needed my step-daughters dresses (ordered from Azazie) altered and she took care of that as well for us! Fast forward to post wedding, I have a photo re-shoot with our photographer. I reached out to Carole for advice whether I should get it cleaned prior to the re-shoot. She gave me her opinion and even offered that if the dress needed anything at all to let her know and she’d take care of it. She didn’t have to offer that, but she did and that again showed me how much she truly cared about her brides! So, take negative reviews with a grain of salt and know that those experiences are not shared by all. I don’t think I could have had a better experience when it came to my dress. I 1000% recommend Carole and her team at Burtons Bridal! Flowers and arch in photo were also done by Flowers by Burton

, and the sizes of the dresses off the rack were not too big or small so I can actually see how the dress would fit when it was tailored. The dresses were also priced well and I didn’t have to go over my budget to find something beautiful. I received so many compliments about the dress on the wedding day and I felt so beautiful in it.

re if it was the owner who greeted us or an employee but she was extremely unfriendly. I told her that I had an appointment to look at bridesmaids dresses and she pointed to be a rack that had bridesmaids dresses. She seemed uninterested and had no intention of helping us. My bridesmaids went to look at the selection and it was a complete mess. Not a single person helped us look at dresses, no one helped us when my bridesmaids were trying on dresses and they made it very clear that the bride who was there at the same time was much more important than my girls looking for bridesmaids dresses even though we had an appointment also. I should have never even had my bridesmaids try on any dresses after our experience but they did end up trying on a few dresses. I actually very much liked one of them and would have considered it if I didn’t have such a horrible experience.

al attendant even commented that the bustle on my dress was the best she’d ever seen after years in the industry!

ide to come in, but said my Mom and I could come back on an hour. Prior to this I had been to 4 salons and either didn’t love the gowns or had terrible experiences. An hour later I told Carole what I was looking for and I found “my dress” on the third one I tried on. I didn’t fell pressured to buy it on the spot and she understood that I needed to bring my MOH, MIL, and Dad to see it before making a decision. My dress came in a month before I expected it to and while I was nervous to have their in-house seamstress do the alterations (I’ve read very mixed reviews on them here) I’m SO HAPPY I did! I have an extremely large chest so I had to order a dress about 4/5 sizes larger than I normally would and had to get it taken in everywhere else. I’m also 5 foot tall so you can only imagine the amount of alterations that needed to be done. The seamstress was flawless! I went for a total of 3 fittings and everything fit perfectly and I was even more Impressed that the look of the dress was exactly the same with all of the alterations that were done to it!

d me to remain focused and guided me to the perfect dress. They were attentive, patient, and knowledgeable. From the moment to yes to the dress to the fittings to final pick up, it was an excellent experience. They were so professional and friendly throughout the process. My bridesmaids, mother, and mother in law were all so happy with their dresses and so pleased with the impeccable alterations. Thank you Burton Bridal for being part of my special day and making me feel like the most beautiful bride in the most beautiful dress!

called. My dress was beautiful but I had it altered elsewhere (Bridal Suite of Centereach who was amazing), and wish I would have gone with a different place entirely. There are far better places to spend your money.

phone call with Brittany to my final dress fitting appointment with their incredible stream stress Saveria, everything was seamless. Carol is the owner, she goes above and beyond for all her brides to make sure their happy. I had tried on SO many dresses and i was scared i wouldn’t be able to find “the one” but carol put me in a dress i wouldn’t have picked for myself and i fell. In. Love. She really knows what she’s doing. (Bc she’s been doing it for YEARS) I literally cried and hugged them all at my last visit bc i was going to miss going there, they were such a huge part of my wedding planning process. The whole team there is incredible and has been doing this for years. My dress fit me like a glove, my mother’s dress was perfect and all my girls had a great experience. If you find a dress someplace else they will do everything they can to get it for you AND at a better price then anyplace else. Truly a one stop shop for dress and flower needs. My flowers were BEAUTIFUL, everything i envisioned and prices that can’t be beat. Using them was 100% the best decision i made and as the bride, we need to make a lot! Don’t walk, RUN here!

edding dresses. The dress fittings were so easy and my dress was perfect and ready when I came to pick it up before the wedding. I HIGHLY recommend!

n’t wait to wear it. Go to Burton’s!

tient. I never felt pressured at any point and felt great about myself the whole time. Make sure to visit Burton’s Bridals!!

end going to Burtons first to find the dress of your dreams . I can’t wait to wear my dress.

my dress up for my BIG DAY. For a small boutique they have a huge selection of impressive designers. I was able to find the PERFECT dress! It was the first and only place I tried dresses on and I couldn't have been happier with the way it looked and fit on my Wedding Day. Thank you for the best day of my life perfect.

n a larger typical bridal store. I found a dress I loved after trying on 3. I really didn’t have a particular dress style in mind but the 3rd dress seems to fit a lot of the pins I saved in my short time browsing. What threw me off is the shadiness that went on when I asked the designer. I was told “I’m not sure I have to check”. I didn’t think to look at the tag when I tried it on but I wish I did. Tried on a few others and asked to see that dress again. There were whispers and the dress appeared again, this time no tags. I asked again what the designer was and I was again told “I’m not sure I have to check” I had no intention of leaving the store and trying to find the dress elsewhere. I was simply curious if the dress was from the very few designers I did research. But besides that, if it was true that the designer was unknown, wouldn’t it be looked up the 1st time the bride asked ... then the 2nd? Nope. We then asked how much and there was whispering and hiding between the woman helping us( possibly the owner) and the girl behind the desk. The price was within my range and decent but I still was not told the designer. I was disappointed in the lack of respect I had as a bride about to spend a lot of money .. being lied to and left in the dark about the designer. Was I supposed to purchase the dress then find out ? I went to a few other shops after and had that dress in mind the whole time. I compared all the dresses to that dress and would have went back to purchase it but I felt so deceived that I refused to give them my business. Every other shop gives the name and the price. There are no secrets. I went back to the 2nd store I looked at the end of the day and bought a beautiful dress. Ladies you are paying too much money, make sure you are treated as royalty when shopping for this amazing day 💕

eir dream dress, at a great cost. She will even offer competitive pricing for gowns and bridesmaids dresses. Between the florist downstairs and the dress shop upstairs, it was a one stop shop for me. I can not wait to tell all my friends about it!

eodd dress I tried on, so I was very happy to finally find my dress at a very reasonable price! We also got my bridesmaids dresses there and Carole and Brittany worked with us to get them in on time so that some of my out of town bridesmaids could get altered a certain weekend. My only disappointment was that I had to push for more tailoring on my dress. It was a form fitting dress and they wanted it to be less so. I really had to stand my ground when I wanted some alterations. I also had to push for keeping my original dress size. They wanted me to go up a size, but the dress I ordered (the size I wanted) was even still a little big on me. I would've been swimming in the size up! Overall a very good experience!

y of dresses to pick from. I recommend going here for bridesmaids dresses.
