I would like to share with everyone an email I sent to Tony Montano the owner of this company. If your able to spend a certain amount of money I’m sure you will have a great experi...
ence with this shop. Preferably $5000 or more but if your someone like me who has a small wedding with a small budget this is not the company for you and this email gives some insight on why.
I honestly am just going to go with another florist my experience with you has not been great at all. When I sat down with you, you seemed like a really nice person that understood that I was on a budget and could help me stick to that budget. You even mentioned using fake flowers and more greenery but yet this proposal you send me is above the budget that I told you have. I’m not a florist and this is my first time getting married or even planning a wedding. I’ve never even gone to a wedding. I do not know what to expect but I feel like because I’m not a $5k or higher client that I’m not of value to you. Guess what I’m not spending $5000 on flowers for one day. I’m not spending $250 to rent fabric. That’s not even something I would think someone would tell me to do when I said I’m on a tight budget. And that’s why it takes days to respond to my emails or texts it took a week just for me to get the original proposal that you said I would have in 24hrs. I post images on pin interest of things I desire I don’t know what type of flowers these are etc it’s your duty as the person I hire to stick with my budget let me know if something is not affordable for my budget and come with alternatives even if you have to use cheaper vases or flowers. I feel like your only goal is to get me to spend as much money as possible and you really don’t care about how special this day is for me. You should care and treat all your clients the same no matter how much money one spends over the other and I will be writing you a review on the knot and anywhere else on the internet to talk about my disappointment with your company. For someone who does business out of their home you would think you would be a lot more willing to help someone with a budget.
Buyer beware he’s money hungry.

t a slightly different color than anticipated and without hesitation, he made the necessary changes to make everything go together. I was blown away with the floral arrangements at the ceremony, reception and bridal party bouquets. My guests are still telling me how beautiful the arrangements were. n at the reception were beyond beautiful! The only real hiccup was the wedding party bouquets; he added long greenery that wasn't in our original plan. We got over it and it did not really deter from the overall look and feel of our vision.
