We wanted to get pictures with everyone, so we did a photo bomb where my husband and I sat on the dance floor and people ran up to take photos during a song. Rod did such a great job of getting people out there and the photos turned out great. Everything went perfectly.
We HIGHLY recommend booking Rod as your DJ. He was fun to work with, and very affordable. I don’t think we could have made a better choice.

Our guests were on the dance floor all the time because he did a great job of mixing songs together and not letting one go on too long. He also gave us some great tips in the planning process that probably save us from some dumb decisions. If you are looking to have the most fun wedding ever, book him.

here literally wasn't a single person sitting down the entire night. Rod was great, stayed on top of our event, and played all of our requests. The online tools were extremely helpful in planning not only for the music, but also the entire reception
We found Rod online, but he was also referred to us by both our venue and photographer. His online reviews were really good, but it wasn't until we zoomed with him that we wanted...

It was really easy to book him and then plan our wedding online.
But the best part was our reception. He played just what we wanted and made our special songs even better.
If Rod is available for your date, you should book him.

I can't recommend him enough as a DJ, we would 100% use him again, and he's such a sweet/fun guy to have around for your big day.
Rod with Buckeye Sounds Entertainment is the best! We had so much fun. He even let me and one of my bridesmaids behind his booth to be the DJ for a few songs

m the very start, we that they would be the vendor that we could trust for one of the biggest days of our lives. Meeting and planning the event details with them in the months leading up to the wedding was SO easy.
Another plus to working with them is that they were VERY responsive to our inquiries. You didn't have to wait forever for their responses to come through. You would not believe how much stress that alleviated as we had 100 different wedding plans to juggle.
My husband and I were ‘music snobs’ when it came to our reception entertainment. We had to find a DJ that was well-versed enough in all kinds of different music for our wedding. Su...
re enough––Buckeye Sounds delivered IN FULL. Music was such an important part of our relationship AND our wedding day. We were so happy that we could depend on Buckeye Sounds to bring our passion for music with a seriously incredibly music set after music set throughout the evening. LOVE YOU GUYS and can't thank you enough.
Ok, so where to begin with how amazing these guys are. Let me start by saying that Buckeye Sounds were hands down, our favorite vendor. We wanted a fun dance party kind of wedding,...
and they gave it to us. They are worth every dollar and then some! At the end of the night, I had so many people ask me who our DJ was. Seriously, that's how great they are. I am in the middle of my honeymoon and I still took the time to stop to gush about them. Do yourself a favor and book them.
Rod & Renee really know how to get the party going! They managed to keep the dance floor full and everything running smoothly. Their professionalism and fun personalities made our ...

Our wedding would not have been nearly as amazing without Buckeye Sounds there. Rod and Renee were fantastic at keeping the event moving along (not too fast and not too slow). Rod ...
also got plenty of people onto the dance floor all night. We wanted people dancing the whole time, and that was exactly what we got. We started the evening dancing right away and ended it with still plenty of people on the floor. Buckeye Sounds also did our ceremony music and coordination and we could not have asked for more with that. It went off without a hitch. If you are doing anything cultural (like cultural dances/traditions), Buckeye Sounds has it down. They will explain anything and everything you are doing and in the process, get everyone involved, whether they are familiar with the traditions or not. Thank you, Rod and Renee!
I honestly cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience with them. They were part of our special group of vendors that we were so fortunate to have found. To have vendo...

ere looking for a DJ for our wedding we decided to interview a lot of different companies because it is such a crucial part of the wedding. We met with 7 or 8 different DJ’s and although some were good, we went with Buckeye Sounds because of their expertise and great reviews. A DJ can make or break an event and the Buckeye Sounds team made it, from the lighting to the music, they read the crowd and kept everyone engaged and on the dance floor!
If you are looking for the best, look no further and book them, you will not be disappointed. We had our DREAM wedding and are so happy with Buckeye Sounds:) HIGHLY recommend them, and we are perfectionists!
We had a wonderful time with Buckeye Sounds and they were a treat to work with both in the months leading up to our wedding and during the event itself. We were so lucky to have Da...
ve as our DJ. We could not have been happier, these guys are the absolute best!! They kept everyone dancing/singing/smiling all night (both young and old) what more can you ask for?
And most importantly, they provided all the sound system and microphones setup for our ceremony itself. We put a LOT of thought into our ceremony, and it was a relief to know that we wouldn't have to worry one bit about the audio. Everything worked perfectly.
We also rented an excellent photobooth from Buckeye Sounds and looking at the pictures and videos of our guests still makes us giggle
We wanted a nice variation of neutral colors in our ballroom and they made it look incredible!
We visited them at their office before we booked them. We got a lot of great ideas from them and they really listened to our thoughts. We trusted their decision on the lighting fo...
