It was such a joy to work with the BTS bartending time. A special shout out to Kayeligh who was highly communicative and responsive to all of our questions- she made the planning leading up to the day feel so easy and seamless. We are so grateful to the bartenders who worked at our event and everything went off without a hitch!

We are so glad we hired BTS Events for our wedding! Throughout the entire planning process, they were super responsive, helpful, and easy to work with. They helped us figure out ex...
actly what we needed and answered all of our questions quickly, which took so much stress off our shoulders. On the night of the wedding, they were absolutely fantastic! The drinks were great, the service was fast, and they had such a fun, positive energy that our guests loved. There was never a massive line at the bar because they were so efficient. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for professional, reliable, and fun bartenders for their big day!

BTS did a fantastic job providing bar tending services and alcohol for my wedding in New Lebanon, NY, all for an affordable price! The staff were friendly and professional, and all...
of my wedding guests loved their custom cocktails! BTS was very easy to work with leading up to the day of the wedding--they were very responsive (clear, quick, and easy communication) and always available to talk through the details with me to make sure we had a plan in place for serving drinks. I appreciated that they were happy to accommodate requests I had for the drink service provision, and they even went above and beyond to source Kosher wine for us for a few guests who needed this. The whole experience working with BTS was very professional, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for bar tending services!

We had Kayleigh and the team from BTS Event Support Crew run the bar for both our welcome party and our wedding, and they did a fantastic job. Every team member was friendly, profe...
ssional, and made great drinks. We appreciated their patience and thoroughness in answering all our questions and accommodating our requests. The drinks were really solid. Our signature Old Fashioned, Espresso Martini, and Margarita were all made to order (nothing batched!), and guests loved them. Their flexibility was also a huge plus: for the welcome party, they provided bartending staff while we supplied the alcohol, and for the wedding, they handled everything, bringing all the liquor and ingredients. If you want a team that’s professional, flexible, and can craft quality drinks, we highly recommend BTS Event Support Crew.

dding (their food was delicious), and we couldn't have asked for a better outcome. They provided a full open bar, service for set up and breakdown, servers throughout the evening, and coordination prior to the event. Kayleigh, the main contact, was always easy to connect with and never left me with any hanging questions. She made everything feel so seamless. Thank you Kayleigh and your team!

They were flexible for us to supply our wine because it was a kosher event. They had some challenges with communication and getting on the same page. The person we dealt with was n...
ot the team staffing the bar. The two specialty cocktails were good but one was not as good as we had hoped. Otherwise heard good feedback but they did cut people off who were not that drunk. They also did not serve the champagne toast that we paid for because there were not enough glasses, which caused an issue for our mother.
