My husband and I just had our 3-day Catholic wedding celebration this past weekend. Working with Bsocial by Paula Jackson was hands-down the best decision and investment we made fo...
r our wedding. Her attention to detail is spot on. She handled everything and everyone in our wedding. She’s so amazing with her work that she went above and beyond for us. She’s very considerate, professional, organized, and communicative. On the wedding day, everything went smoothly just as we planned. So grateful for Paula Jackson’s hard work for making our wedding a reality! If you want a seamless, stress-free wedding experience, hire Bsocial by Paula Jackson and her team immediately!
There are not enough words to express our gratitude to Paula. She made our wildest of dreams come true and truly executed the most special weekend of our lives. We would not change...
a thing about our wedding weekend, and considering it was 3 days of events, that says a lot. Every event exceed our expectations and truly brought to life our vision better than we ever could have imagined. Paula made the planning process, which many describe and stressful, fun and exciting and I enjoyed every minute of it. I was definitely a type A bride, but Paula continuously reassured me and I knew that nothing could go wrong with Paula in charge.
Paula is extremely organized, professional, diligent, and cares about your wedding as if it is her own, handling everything with such care and attention to detail. She fought for us to get us the best deals possible and ensure we were taken care of at every turn. We felt as if she truly made the impossible possible and no request was silly. Her planning calendar kept us up to date, clear on what action items needed to get done at each specific step in the planning process, and helped us track our budget clearly as we signed contracts. Paula was extremely respectful of our budget, being honest with us when things were not worth the cost, and helping us find cost effective ways to ensure we got everything we wanted. She is a fantastic negotiator and we really felt like we always got the best deal with her.
Over the wedding weekend, we felt as if we were a king and queen. Paula made sure we were taken care of at all times and was continuously checking in on us as she over saw the set up of each of our events. We knew that we did not have to worry about a thing but enjoying ourselves and celebrating our love because Paula had it all covered. We were fortunate enough to have Paula’s employee Cinthia join us for our wedding day, and we would be remiss to not give Cinthia a shout out as well. While Paula oversaw all of the set up, which was no easy task as we had the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception in 3 different locations, Cinthia was on bride and groom duty, steaming ours and our bridal parties clothes, making sure we were hydrated and fed and on time throughout the day, carrying anything we could possibly imagine needing on her at all times, and checking in on us to make sure we were generally okay. Paula and Cinthia are truly the dynamic duo!
We cannot recommend Paula enough, she is a gem and any bride and groom who get to work with Paula and her team are in the best hands. We wish we could go back and do it over and over again. We love Paula so much and are so eternally grateful we got to work with her and have her be such a big part in our big day.

Paula is incredibly patient, kind, collaborative, and extremely flexible. We really appreciated how thoughtful she was about budget and how she always guided us on what was worth investing in versus where we could pull back, which we really appreciated. She was consistently available, responsive, and never once made us feel like a burden or a nuisance.
She kept us in the loop about everything and made sure we felt comfortable and confident throughout the entire process.
The wedding day itself exceeded our expectations and went perfectly. Her assistant, Cinthia, was by my side the entire day and was incredibly kind, calming, and supportive.

Paula’s knowledge of the industry was truly impressive. She seemed to know exactly the right vendors for every detail, and each recommendation turned out to be perfect. Every element, from the smallest touches to the biggest moments, reflected Paula’s impeccable taste and attention to detail.

pletely trust was incredibly important, and Paula exceeded every expectation we had.
From our welcome party to our wedding day and even our brunch the following morning, Paula handled every detail with such care, organization, and professionalism. Planning a wedding from afar can feel overwhelming, but Paula made the entire process feel seamless and stress-free. She was always responsive, reassuring, and so thoughtful in making sure every part of our vision came to life exactly as we imagined. As an indecisive bride, she helped navigate the many changes to the design (florals, decor, etc) that I wanted to make. She made sure that the final outcome was exactly what I was envisioning.
What impressed us most was her ability to coordinate multiple events so effortlessly. Each celebration felt beautifully planned and flowed perfectly, allowing us and our guests to simply enjoy the weekend without worrying about a thing. Her attention to detail and calm presence made us feel completely supported every step of the way.

ed, intentional, detail oriented, funny and kind. Over years of dedicated hard work, she has cultivated a community of vendors who love to work alongside her and made our wedding beyond special. I think that’s a true testament to who she is. We are so happy we chose her to be the orchestrator for the day.
Wedding planning is extremely challenging at times and we have Paula to thank for greatly reducing our stress, keeping things organized and creating the most special day. We knew she would always be there to save the day which in our case, she very much did. Trust me, if things go wrong on your wedding day you want her there. To us, another undeniable evidence of her work ethic is how much we miss her now that the wedding is done! She was a part of our lives during a the most special time and she will always remain someone important in our lives. Again, I wish they were better words to express our gratitude for everything she did for us and our families. We would choose her all over again. Paula, thank you for creating magic!!

nest, knowledgeable, and extremely well respected in an industry that is competitive and tough. Every step of the way, Paula had amazing recommendations and ideas to create a weekend that was perfect for US. She was mindful of our budget, and honest with us about where we should spend a little more or less. The weeks leading up to the wedding, she handled everything behind the scenes and was there for us when we needed. It is no secret that wedding planning can be extremely stressful, but Paula was a calming presence throughout and never expressed an ounce of stress or tension! She spent many hours on Zoom calls with us (and our parents) walking through ideas, timelines, contracts, and answering any questions along the way that came up. She has great relationships with everyone - photographers, videographers, florists, DJs, you name it. It was clear that vendors enjoy working with her, and definitely gave us a leg up when booking some of our vendors. Our rehearsal dinner on Friday and wedding day Saturday at the Biltmore could not have been smoother. Most of our guests were coming from out of town (mainly NY), and many people told us how impressed they were with how smooth the entire weekend went with literally no hiccups. A few hours before the rehearsal dinner we decided it was cold and wanted outside heaters. Paula somehow made that happen - heaters were at the venue, everyone was warm and happy, and I wasn’t involved in a single phone call about how it happened. Paula’s assistant Cinthia was absolutely incredible. Paula had told us that Cinthia would be with me (the bride) throughout the entire day and that I would love her. That’s an understatement- Cinthia is truly the BEST. She was at my side all day long, with a fanny pack that had anything and everything you could possibly need. She held all my belongings, handing me my lipstick when I needed to reapply, helping me hold my train of my dress when walking, she even massaged my feet after the ceremony before getting ready to go to the cocktail hour. Paula and Cinthia were in communication throughout the day making sure everything was on track. Looking back, we wouldn’t have changed a single thing and we owe it all to Paula. We already miss our regular communication with her and are envious of all the brides and grooms who will get to work with her in the future!!

ve and beyond. She was beyond helpful and honest in booking and choosing vendors and helped us save money in so many ways. We felt so calm on the day knowing Paula could handle anything that came her way. Her assistants are incredible as well. She is an invaluable asset and would recommend her without hesitation!

to trust her and have a great working and personal relationship. We decided to get married at a museum in Miami and had a very specific and 'unique' vision, and Paula helped bring that to life. From the very beginning, she understood the direction we were headed and put us in touch with the A+ team vendors. She was very patient and always attentive to all of our questions.
Our wedding weekend had lots of logistics and she is truly an expert in managing a number of different vendors, timelines, etc. The weekend itself ran so smoothly because of Paula's attention to detail and her phenomenal assistant, Cynthia. If there were any glitches we would have no idea because they truly handled everything and it was so nice for our families to just enjoy the weekend and not worry. Cynthia was the absolute sweetest - she even sewed my dress strap that popped off right before we headed to the venue - and was available the whole evening along with her emergency kit filled with goodies.
We cannot recommend Paula enough - she is professional, detailed, personable, and caring. Thank you so much for making our vision come to life!

's laid-back demeanor put us at ease while her expertise kept everything running smoothly. She struck the perfect balance of being relaxed yet completely in control.
One of Paula's greatest strengths was her vendor recommendations. She connected us with amazing professionals who delivered exceptional service. Her ability to negotiate and guide us on where to allocate our budget was invaluable. Paula helped us make smart decisions on where to splurge and where to save, ensuring we got the most value for our money.
Paula's organizational skills truly shone as she flawlessly coordinated multiple events: our welcome party, the wedding itself, the after-party, and the farewell brunch. Her attention to detail and comprehensive approach meant that every aspect of our wedding weekend was carefully planned and executed. She not only delivered on my vision, but made it even more beautiful and fun than I could have imagined.
On the wedding day, Paula handled everything behind the scenes, keeping us on schedule and managing any issues that arose. As the bride, I was able to relax and fully enjoy my wedding day, knowing that Paula had everything under control.
Paula's assistant, Cynthia, was incredibly sweet and helpful throughout the day of the wedding. Together, they made an excellent team.

ding timeline, design and overall planning. Paula also has deep knowledge of, and great relationships with all the vendors in the area. She was very budget conscious and saved us significant money throughout the process. On multiple occasions, she offered to roll up her sleeves and DIY things to save us money. We also loved Paula's colleage, Cynthia, who was a calm and steady presence on wedding day and a pleasure to work with.
If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would! Our experience with Paula was nothing short of magical. As a wedding planner who hadn't previously organized a full-scale Ind...
ian wedding, she not only exceeded our expectations but left us utterly speechless with her dedication and attention to detail. For context, this was a Gujarati and South Indian wedding with events including a welcome party/mehendi, grah shanti/haldi, sangeet, wedding and reception.
From the moment we first met with Paula, we knew we were in good hands. Despite her limited experience with Indian weddings, she approached the task with enthusiasm and a willingness to learn about our culture and traditions. She took the time to understand our vision, preferences, and cultural nuances, ensuring that every aspect of the celebration was authentic and meaningful. She navigated many changes in plans and ideas throughout the long planning journey. She made many things happen that we were told were "not possible" by certain other vendors.
Planning a four-day Indian wedding is no small feat, but Paula tackled it with grace and precision. From coordinating multiple ceremonies to organizing intricate decor, entertainment, and logistics, she handled every aspect of the event with professionalism and expertise. Her meticulous planning and flawless execution meant that we could relax and enjoy every moment of our special celebration without any stress or worries. Even when small details were missed (we forgot to order straws for our welcome event), Paula addressed it swiftly so that neither my husband and I or our guests were inconvenienced. She was attentive to our needs throughout the night while seamlessly running each event to perfection.
During the wedding weekend, we were blessed to have Cynthia helps us through each moment as our personal shadow - she came prepared with everything necessary in an emergency kit for a wedding and was there to help my husband and I through it all; both Paula and Cynthia truly made our weekend so enjoyable and memorable.
But beyond her exceptional organizational skills, what truly set Paula apart was her warmth, kindness, and genuine passion for what she do. She treated us and our guests like family, going above and beyond to ensure that every guest felt welcomed and cherished throughout the celebration.
Our wedding weekend was a dream come true, thanks to Paula and her incredible team. She didn't just plan a wedding; they orchestrated a once-in-a-lifetime experience that we will cherish forever. If you're looking for a wedding planner who will go above and beyond to make your special day unforgettable, look no further than Paula. She is simply the best in the business!

Paula expertly coordinated every aspect of our wedding, from the venue selection to the final dance. We were able to enjoy the entire planning process without any added stress, thanks to Paula's meticulous planning and flawless execution.
Paula's vendor recommendations were spot-on, ensuring that every element of our wedding exceeded our expectations. The florist, photographer/videographer, and DJ seamlessly came together, creating an amazing atmosphere that our guests are still raving about.
On the day of the wedding, Paula's presence was both calming and energizing. She managed every detail behind the scenes, allowing us to fully immerse ourselves in the joy of the day without a worry in the world.
Paula's warm and approachable demeanor made working with her an absolute pleasure. She patiently addressed all our questions and concerns, and her genuine enthusiasm for our wedding made us feel like we were her top priority. Her passion for her work was evident, and it made the entire experience not just stress-free but genuinely enjoyable.
In conclusion, if you're searching for a wedding planner who will go above and beyond to make your special day absolutely magical, look no further than Paula. She is a true professional with a heart full of passion for creating unforgettable moments. Our wedding day was a dream come true, and we owe it all to Paula's exceptional talent and dedication. We wholeheartedly recommend her to any couple looking to turn their wedding dreams into a reality. Thank you, Paula, for making our day truly extraordinary!
We just returned from Nizuc Resort in Cancun where Paula Jackson helped us plan a spectacular 4 day 5 event extravaganza for our daughter’s wedding. Paula was recommended to us by...
friends who were very pleased with her planning of their daughter’s wedding. We could not be happier that we hired Paula. We began working with her one year ago and throughout the process she was always professional and patient. It was also very helpful that Paula speaks Spanish and had previously worked with all of the vendors and service providers we hired. We really appreciated that Paula was always our advocate and worked diligently to negotiate better pricing and terms with many of the parties involved. For our celebration Paula coordinated a Catamaran sail on Thursday, a private pool party on Friday afternoon, a white beach party on Friday night, the wedding on Saturday night which included 4 different venues at Nizuc including constructing a dance floor and lounge areas on the lawn next to Terra Nostra and finally a Sunday brunch. A truly extraordinary effort without a single issue. We definitely recommend Paula as a top notch party planner. Thank you Paula. You are the best! Michael B.

ng Paula made herself available to meet with us on numerous occasions- both in person and over the phone. Being someone who stresses over the little details, this was something that was very important to me. Because of this, Paula went above and beyond to ensure that it happened. Our wedding came together exactly how my husband and I envisioned it, and without any unwelcome surprises, because of Paulas continued dedication and commitment. While it is impossible to list out every way that Paula helped us, a few things that come to mind include: 1) selecting our venue and asking questions that my husband and I didn’t even think of... but were very important , 2) handing and organizing the numerous wedding contracts, 3) deciding on all of the vendors and keeping track of which vendor offered what (eg., florist, bakery, invitations, save the dates, transportation)...and the list goes on and on! On the day of the wedding, all of Paula’s organization and attention to detail really allowed for us to just enjoy the day and be in moment. Even in times of high stress, Paula kept her composure. For example, before leaving for the church I had an issue with my dress and Paula came to my rescue and pulled a needle and thread out of her purse! Our compliments can go on for pages, but at the core of it we believe that if you are looking for someone who genuinely cares about your wedding desires and that will ensure your special day goes the way you want it to, then Paula is the person for you. THANK YOU Paula for knocking our wedding out of the park, it is a night we will always remember!

She accomplished all the desires we had with a grace and ease that belies the determination and persuasiveness she holds. Paula Jackson is the best money you will ever spend. Hard stop. Period. End of sentence.
She's there when you need her, whenever you need her (literally whenever). Morning, noon, ...
night, weekend, holiday, whenever- she finds time to accommodate your schedule without making you feel like an inconvenience. Paula makes you feel as if you are the only wedding she is planning, when you know she has multiple weddings all of the time.
My now husband and I were planning our wedding for January 2019 for our venue in Ft. Lauderdale, FL while living in NYC with busy, demanding jobs. We were stressed, we had no idea what we were doing, had no help, and were completely in over our heads. Enter Paula Jackson, the saint.
From the moment we started working with Paula, she created a very detailed + organized planning timeline that only a true professional could. She thought of everything and knew when it needed to get done, no matter how big or small. We had the pleasure of having weekly (often times daily) calls with Paula. She helped us negotiate with vendors, arrange in-person meetings for our quick trips down, and always documented everything with scrupulous notes.
By the weekend of our wedding we weren't even stressed as Paula had everything done and all we had to do was enjoy. The day of, Paula and her team were like wedding magicians. Coordinating ALL the vendors, the wedding party, family photos, and all of requests. Whenever anyone needed something Paula was there. Groom's sister has a headache - Paula gave her Advil. Bridesmaid hair fell out - Paula pinned it back up. My bustle broke- Paula got on her hands and knees and literally sewed it back to perfection.
No detail is too small or insignificant for Paula. She also goes the extra step to make sure that everything is better than perfect.
Paula- thank you for everything! Our wedding was seamless and beyond anything we had even planned thanks to you. We will truly miss working with you!

d every step of the way from that point on. She guided us to excellent vendors, kept us on schedule, dealt with (very few) problems as they came up, and was a calming influence on both the bride and her mother. She was an extraordinary presence on the wedding day, keeping everyone on schedule, organizing everything and everyone, and generally made it seem effortless. As the mother of the bride, I was able to focus on my daughter on her special day, and then enjoy myself at the reception, knowing that Paula had all the details under control. Paula is completely professional and knows this business very well. Hiring her was the best decision we made. I highly recommend Bsocial Events.
