FUL my hair turned out. She also nailed my bridesmaid's look. I cannot thank Emily enough.

g day. She also nailed every bridesmaid's look-from stunning up-dos to beach waves that lasted long past my wedding night! Emily, I can’t thank you enough for how perfect you helped make our day! You truly brought all the glam and volume we all needed! Forever grateful to have found such a talented and sweet professional. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience for my wedding.
Working with Emily was one of the highlights of my wedding day. I had worked with her as a bridesmaid at a friends wedding previously, and when it was time to plan my own big day ...
she was the first vendor I booked! The made me look and feel like a goddess and I could not have been happier. All my bridesmaids felt the same, she just radiates good vibes and was a tremendous asset to the day :)
I really cannot say enough wonderful things about Emily and Sofia! From the moment I had my trial I knew I wanted to work with them. They were professional and efficient and I love...
d the way my hair and makeup came out. They each walked me through several different looks, all of which were amazing-- it was hard to choose! On my wedding day, they were nothing short of unbelievable. Not only was I thrilled with the way I looked, but they brought such wonderful, positive energy to the room, and helped keep things calm and fun! They also ran ahead of schedule all day, which was incredibly helpful when it came to photos and did an incredible job on the members of the bridal party, my maid of honor, and my mom. Sofia even assisted with bustling my dress, which far exceeds her job description! Love, love, love these women and cannot recommend them highly enough!
I can’t say enough about Emily and her team. Not only did she make me and my bridal party look amazing but she is an absolute pleasure to work with. From the trial up to the day of...
the wedding Emily was super accommodating and took her time with me, explained everything that she was doing, answered all questions and concerns and truly made me feel so comfortable. Not only did she do the hair and makeup for me and my bridesmaids, but she also coordinated hair/makeup for family members attending the wedding. My hair/makeup lasted all night long and I couldn’t of been happier with the way it looked. If you’re in the NYC/Long Island/Westchester area you’d be silly not to book with Emily. The team she created for me consisted of Sophia, Ylbanna, and Jenna .. they were all incredible !
Emily and her team were so instrumental in manifesting my wedding day vision and they absolutely rocked it! Brushed with Honey continuously exceeded my expectations from the initia...
l trial, which was in the convenience of my own home, to the actual day of, all the way out in PA. Emily's attention to detail really showed and it was so clear how much she genuinely cared about the overall look of not just me but my whole crew. You tell her what you want and she can deliver better than what you were even picturing. She was so great to work with, so calm and kind! She was very responsive to emails and assisted me in booking both hair and makeup. Such a talented group of true professionals! Thank you!
I cannot say enough great things about Emily and the Brushed With Honey team. I desperately needed to find someone to do my hair for my wedding and the clock was ticking. I reached...
out to Emily and she was very responsive. Though she was booked on the day of my wedding, she matched me up with Gina, one of her stylists. At my first appointment, Emily and Gina made me feel immediately comfortable and helped me refine the regal look I was going for. Emily noticed that I could use a trim and style to augment my look on my wedding day, and I'm so glad I took her advice - I plan to go back to her from trims from now on! During my wedding weekend, Gina did my hair for the rehearsal dinner and wedding - both styles were absolutely perfect, and I got a million compliments each night. I'm so thrilled I found Brushed With Honey. If you're looking for a great team that will take the time and personal touch to help you achieve that perfect wedding hair, I highly recommend them!
Truly cannot say enough amazing things about Emily at Brushed with Honey - she was PHENOMENAL! From the initial emails leading up to my trial to the wedding day, Emily was extremel...
y helpful and her hair styling is second to none. I knew I wanted extensions for my wedding and Emily was extremely patient in advising me about which to purchase. For my trial, she did an incredible job on two very different hairstyles...almost too good of a job because I was going back and forth about which to choose until the week of my wedding! On the wedding day itself, Emily couldn't have been more fantastic. She did 5 different hairstyles for myself, my mom and 3 friends, and all of them not only loved their hair but LOVED Emily! She was the perfect mix of fun and calm, which is ideal on your wedding day. I have already recommended Emily to multiple friends since my wedding and will continue doing so. I don't have a single negative thing to say - I would work with her again in a heartbeat!
Emily did an amazing job on my hair for my wedding. The morning of, I had a complete change of heart from my wedding trial hair which had been my vision since I bought my wedding...
dress. Emily was very calm throughout the process and came up with a completely different idea and executed it perfectly. It was beyond my expectations. My bridesmaids and my mom all looked absolutely stunning!!! What I love about Emily's work (my wedding is the second wedding I have had my hair done by her), is that she is such a visionary. She asks what you want and make suggestions to help create the perfect style. Nothing looks over done or underdone. Any adjustments you want made are done effortlessly and without question. If you want to look beautiful on your wedding day and not feel or look like a can of hairspray was used in the process, definitely book Emily, you won't be disappointed.
Phenomenal!!!!!! Emily, Sofia and Gabriella worked their magic for my wedding this past weekend, and I cannot say enough great things. I had 4+ trials prior to meeting with these l...
adies, and no one could even get close to making me look like my "best self" make-up-wise. I am not a big make up user, which made trials that much more difficult. Thank goodness I found these ladies -- they are incredible at hair and make-up, and they are all so sweet and responsive, which just makes working with them that much better. I had nine bridesmaids + my mom, and everyone could not stop saying what a great experience it was working with them. Every mirror in our suite was taken up by one of my ladies staring admiringly at themselves. Do yourself a favor and hire them for your wedding or next event, you will not be disappointed!
Emily is an incredible hair stylist and just a warm, wonderful person. What she does with hair is literally magic. Emily went above and beyond on my wedding day making sure every...
one looked perfect and she even lent a hand to my sister helping her use fashion tape for her dress (of course she's an expert with tape too). When you think about your wedding vendors, picking talented people is a given but remember to pick vendors who you want to spend your day with...because these people will be supporting you through so many special moments. I wouldn't think twice about Emily...she's the best in every way. Just feel lucky if you can book her!!!
I was a bridesmaid in a wedding Emily styled for this past May. Let's just say I was the most picky because I had extensions and I wanted to be sure they were handled well. Emily ...
addressed my concerns and she made sure I looked great! She has such a friendly personality and I would recommend her to anyone.
