I only wish I lived in Denver so I could use them for future events. Keren and Katherine, the catering managers, were outstanding communicators. Their professionalism and flexibility made the planning process smooth and stress-free. • On the day of our event, despite Labor Day traffic causing a slight delay, the crew of Brothers BBQ wasted no time once they arrived. They set up quickly and ensured that everything was ready on schedule. The food was served on time and exceeded our expectations in terms of presentation and taste. Keren even ensured that our frozen cookies were cooked and served for dessert, demonstrating their commitment to making our event special and tailored to our needs. The quality of service and food was so memorable that my son, the groom, and his wife made a point of stopping at one of the Brothers BBQ stores in Denver for a final taste before heading home to Boston. We had a wedding of 200 people and needed full service catering as our venue was a blank slate. Their attention to detail and assistance for a big wedding was incredible. They even came to our final walk through. The day of the entire staff was so friendly and fun. Karen went above and beyond, book Brothers- I am so grateful we did!

The details: We had about 65 guests total up at the Chief Hosa Lodge. They had an outstanding team of two for set up and serving. We ordered the pulled pork, BBQ chicken and brisket. The brisket was the favorite of the day. We got salad, mac and cheese and bags of Boulder chips. They also brought iced tea and lemonade. They had toothpicks, wet napkins, regular napkins, cups, dressings, various delicious sauces. A few guests asked for salt and pepper which we didn't have. I thought everything tasted wonderful and we are so grateful for the amazing service!

Our wedding was about 3 hours from the Denver location and took place at a private ranch, and everything on the day of went so smoothly and again the food was delicious. For the travel, set up, serving, cleanup, and quality of food, the price was excellent and affordable compared to other companies that we spoke with. The servers and bartender did a fantastic job and we can’t recommend this company enough!
