My fiancée Jarrod and I have only the best things to say about Brooks! We wanted to be able to design my dream ring together as a couple and Brooks made it possible to have exactly...
what I always imagined of wanting in a ring. We spent so much time going from store to store trying to find the perfect stone with the perfect setting until we went to Brooks- making the process so easy and comfortable. Hunter was very straight forward and upfront about the process, price, and the quality of the stone we were getting. Would highly recommend to all of our closest friends and family looking to buy a ring!
Absolutely hands down the most unprofessional place I've ever dealt with. Put a $5,800 engagement ring on layaway paid 2800 down things didn't work out with me and the female. I ex...
plain the whole situation to them and I apologized multiple times for the inconvenience.
I ask for my money back they told me NO!!!!
that I would have to wait till the jewelry sales before I can receive my money back. I consider that very unprofessional and poor customer service if I knew that that was the why they done business there in downtown Conway Arkansas I would have never put any money down. I was even willing to pay a couple hundred dollar penalty fee for wasting their time even though I didn't sign any agreement of a penalty if I was to withdraw. They should not be able to treat people that way and bully people about a refund. , I would not recommend Brooks jewelry store to anyone.
Brooks Fine Jewelry made my engagement ring as well as custom making both of our wedding bands. They are great to work with and were so fast to e-mail us renderings so we could see...
our rings and make any changes we wanted before the actual rings were created. I love that I can pop into the store any time and they will check and clean my rings. In my opinion, you won't find more knowledgeable and helpful jewelers anywhere.
