Broadway Limousine

ty bus had broken down and that he had to bring a Hummer limousine instead. While we understood that mechanical issues happen and appreciated that an alternative vehicle was provided, the replacement simply was not comparable to what we paid for. We had 17 people in our wedding party, most of them fairly tall, and we were packed into the Hummer with very little room. Getting everyone in and out was difficult, especially for me as the bride. The limited airflow inside the vehicle left everyone drenched in sweat. Unfortunately, things only got worse from there. While traveling from Bridgeville to McMurray, our driver somehow ended up on the Montour Trail instead of our destination. He blamed Google Maps on his phone, but didn't communicate that there was a problem or ask for help until we questioned why we still hadn't arrived after seeing signs for the Montour Trail ourselves. Because of this major navigation error, we arrived approximately 30 minutes late for our wedding photos. As a result, we lost about $350 worth of portrait time that we had already paid for. To make matters even more concerning, the driver attempted to turn the limousine around on a busy main road, which felt extremely unsafe. Our contract also required a mandatory $250 gratuity for the driver based on the length of our rental. What was never disclosed to us was that our "driver" was actually the owner of Broadway Limousine. We only discovered this after the wedding by visiting the company's website while trying to follow up about our experience. In my opinion, it is ethically inappropriate to require customers to pay a mandatory driver gratuity without disclosing that the recipient is the owner of the business rather than an employee. A few days after our wedding, we called to discuss the possibility of a partial refund because we received a lower-tier vehicle than we contracted for and because the driver's poor navigation caused us to lose a significant portion of our wedding photography. Our call was never returned. I understand that unexpected vehicle breakdowns can happen, and we were willing to be understanding. However, the combination of receiving a lower-tier vehicle, being overcrowded and uncomfortable, arriving late due to avoidable navigation issues, losing valuable wedding portraits, the undisclosed owner/driver gratuity, and the complete lack of follow-up afterward left us extremely disappointed. The main thing we did enjoy was their selection of complimentary champagne! Based on our experience, I cannot recommend Broadway Limousine for such an important event.

ared to other companies I looked at. However, on wedding day our experience wasn’t great. Our driver got us to our venues on time, but was less than pleasant. He was trying to rush us through our pictures after the ceremony so that we could get back within the 4 hours. Once he was told I’d pay him for any extra time (like was in my contract) he lightened up. The experience in the actual bus was okay. The bus itself was nice, and we enjoyed the champagne and music. However, on our ride back from the church to the reception venue there was a horrible exhaust smell inside. We could visibly see smoke/exhaust coming into the bus from one of the vents in the floor, and the driver told us it was “new brakes”… Overall, our experience wasn’t the worst but could have been better.

e phones you back asap. He’s easy to talk to and works with you on perfecting out times, locations and details on pick up and drop off for each ride. His professionalism is on point. He had contacted me the day before our wedding to inform me that the vehicle we booked had become temporarily unavailable due to a mechanical issue however he had another vehicle prepared for us (an upgrade at no addition charge). I can honestly say the limo bus was an amazing time, music was easy to connect via Bluetooth and my bridal party had a blast.
