I can't recommend them enough, they truly made sure our day ran smoothly without any hair or makeup issues. They were very communicative during the whole process and organized like nothing I've ever seen.

Communication around alternatives was delayed for weeks, and the trial location was not disclosed until the very last minute, despite multiple follow-ups and the fact that I was traveling specifically for the appointment. I had not heard from them 2 days before my trial, so I reached out. They said they had a location, but they would not disclose it until the day before. I expressed that I was extremely uncomfortable not knowing the new location or how far I would need to drive to get there. When I canceled due to these issues, they admitted they lacked in communicating the details of my appointment to me, but decided to keep half of my deposit, even though they did not render any services. I wish they had refunded my deposit since they did not do any work and had no studio to perform the duties in anyway. This experience was stressful and disappointing during an already high-pressure time. Brides should be aware that communication and clarity around logistics may not meet expectations, and that deposits will be retained even when they personally alter the conditions of your contract. At the end of the day, they should have offered discounted services, fully refunded me, or done something to try to make up for their lack of professionalism. They chose not to, and are instead, choosing to keep money that was meant to go towards my wedding day hair and makeup.

Shantelle and Liza did an amazing job with hair and makeup, and everything turned out beautifully! t she also answered our endless questions about product recommendations. My hair stylist Taylor could not have been more tedious in making sure every hair was perfectly placed. My hair did not budge all day and it was perfect. Not only were they experts with their skills, but they did a great job of balancing everyone's personalities. There were some moments of stress with family members running late and they stayed calm and reassuring throughout the morning. The customer service throughout was prompt and friendly, making it an easy experience from start to end!

heir trial chair, I had never felt more comfortable in the hands of a hair + makeup team. They heard every little detail of my vision and brought it to life in an effortless manner. Even when I changed my mind last minute, they had no problem working with me and totally killing it the day-of. Couldn’t be more thankful for them and making me feel the most beautiful on my wedding day!! Also! Talk about a company that truly cares about their clients! I am not from Dallas and had to make a trip to them. Usually this would not be a big deal, but I also had my sweet dog with me and they had no problem opening up their space to the both of us. It was truly an amazing experience.

hair and makeup in the mirror on wedding day, it literally brought tears to my eyes. I didn't change a thing. They glammed up my bride crew and my mom and new mother in law - helping them all feel stunning in their own ways. Hair and makeup can be so personal, so feeling like yourself is so so important especially on the best day of your life. These two nailed it. AND they were a joy to be around. Our bridal suite was filled with laughter all morning as they kept us on schedule and transformed everyone two by two. I'm so thankful for Colton and Marcus being a part of our wedding team - I literally can't imagine anyone else filling their shoes. 10/10 - would absolutely recommend.

rompt and personable and I highly recommend. Dani did my makeup and she was amazing, super patient with me during my trial so that we could get everything exactly like I wanted it on wedding day. She took notes and even sent me a list of products used so that I could purchase them if desired. Shantelle did my hair and did a great job at making adjustments from my trial so my hair was perfect on wedding day. Lizyareth was our third artist and she did great hair and makeup on my bridal party (and was very patient with my grandma especially). I also found the pricing to be very competitive which was an important consideration. I felt they had less surprise fees than other companies that I considered and I appreciate that they're very upfront about things. Brite really helped to make the wedding day stress free and beautiful and I definitely recommend!

ng, and asked about bridal expectations in terms of color scheme/hair & makeup styles. I did not personally meet the team BUT my bridesmaids had great feedback. BB team was very professional & approachable – they were timely, explained what products they were applying, attentive to concerns & preferences, and made them all feel very comfortable. I think they all looked stunning!! For reference, my bridesmaids all have different complexions, hair lengths/color, and different colored dresses. Hair and make-up looked flawless- it was not overdone, matched each lady’s complexion & features, and enhanced their natural beauty. Thank you Brite Beauty, you guys did a marvelous job and I’m thankful I chose you guys! I highly recommend them!
