Bristol Event Center was truly the highlight of our wedding reception! We hosted our reception here in September, and our guests are STILL talking about how stunning the venue was! From the moment you walk in, everything is absolutely gorgeous, elegant, and impeccably maintained. With nearly 380 guests, we needed a space that was both beautiful and functional, and Bristol exceeded our expectations! The spacious cocktail hour area gave our guests plenty of room to mingle comfortably, and the two bars were such a great feature, especially with the bar windows opening directly into the ballroom later in the evening. It made the transition from cocktail hour to the reception seamless and allowed guests to easily grab drinks without leaving the celebration! The digital screens throughout the venue also made organizing such a large wedding so much easier. We loved being able to display our digital seating chart and personalize the screens with our own photos. The ballroom itself was breathtaking, with its grand high ceilings and elegant atmosphere that left our guests in awe. Every detail of the venue made our celebration feel extra special!
What truly made our experience exceptional was the team behind it all! Working with Sarah throughout the planning process was an absolute pleasure. She was incredibly responsive, accommodating, and always willing to work with us to bring our vision to life. Planning a wedding of this size comes with a lot of moving parts, but Sarah made the entire process feel seamless. On the day of our reception, Sarah and Julia were attentive, professional, and made sure we had everything we needed so we could simply enjoy our special day. We couldn't have asked for a more beautiful venue or a better team! We are so grateful to Sarah, Julia, and everyone at Bristol for helping make our wedding reception so memorable. We cannot recommend Bristol Event Center enough!

We are SO incredibly grateful to each and every one of them for everything they did to make our day so special, and the entire staff at the BEC were truly incredible!!! Sarah was so wonderful to work with throughout the planning process, and we are so thankful for all of her help, guidance, patience, and attention to detail in helping bring our vision to life. Julia was equally amazing, and it was so clear how much care and effort the entire team puts into making sure every event is truly special. On the wedding day itself, Ervis and Monika were absolutely phenomenal! The entire wait staff was AMAZING, so attentive to every little detail, and constantly making sure that everything ran smoothly and that our guests were taken care of. We received SO many compliments from our family and friends about the venue itself, how beautiful everything looked, and especially how outstanding the food was! The food was absolutely delicious, and our guests could not stop talking about how much they loved everything. It meant so much to us to see our loved ones enjoying themselves and having such an amazing experience, and that would not have been possible without this incredible team working behind the scenes. One of the most important things when planning a wedding is finding a venue and a team you can trust, and we truly could not have asked for anything better. Every little detail came together beautifully, everything exceeded our expectations, and we were able to enjoy our wedding day knowing we were in such wonderful hands. One of the things that meant the most to us was how much care they put into getting our cultural food right. We incorporated Vietnamese dishes into our wedding menu, and the chef did an amazing job, especially considering he had never even eaten Vietnamese food before working with us. The team really took the time to listen to our feedback and make sure the food felt authentic and special to us. Everything turned out beautifully, and our guests loved it.
They were also so supportive of us incorporating cultural elements into the wedding, including a lion dance. It was something that was really meaningful to us and our families, and we appreciated how open and accommodating they were in helping us make it happen.
Another detail we loved was how customizable all of the screens throughout the venue were. We were able to display our photos, use the screens for our seating chart, and even have our photo displayed on the marquee at the front of the building. Seeing that when we arrived was such a cool and special touch and made the whole venue feel like it was truly ours for the day.
Special shout out to Sarah!! She’s your point of contact when you work with BEC and she was an absolute pleasure to work with. She and the rest of the team were always easy to reach, prompt with their responses, and never left me hanging. I always felt supported throughout the planning process. Julia, Gina, and the rest of the BEC crew were also wonderful, professional, responsive, and accommodating.
I really wanted our guests to have a fun and memorable experience, and BEC was so supportive of all of our ideas. We added an ice cream truck to the celebration, and they were completely on board and helped make everything work smoothly. I never felt like I was asking for too much or going overboard. They really made me feel like we could create the wedding we actually wanted.
Coordinating with the hotel attached to the venue was also a breeze, which made the entire wedding weekend easier for both us and our guests.
What I appreciated most was that I never had to worry about whether the venue would follow through on what they promised. They consistently came through for us, which allowed me to focus on the important things, enjoying the experience and bringing my dream wedding to life instead of stressing over logistics.
Our wedding day was everything we hoped it would be, and Bristol Event Center played such a huge role in making that possible. We are so grateful to Sarah, Julia, Gina, the chef, and the entire BEC team. I would recommend this venue without hesitation to anyone looking for a beautiful space, amazing food, and a team that truly cares about making your wedding feel personal and special.

months! The grounds were BEAUTIFUL, so spacious, perfect for our 200 people wedding. The bridal and grooms suites were one of the best parts, helped the make the experience top tier- enough space for 6 bridesmaids and 2 hair stylists and 2 makeup artists! The connecting hotels were perfect for our out of town guests. I highly recommend this spot! So many people told us it was the best wedding they have ever been to!

We had a clear vision that required close communication with the staff, and once we shared that vision, they made it happen seamlessly. They even timed the music and smoke perfectly for our entrance into the venue.
The venue is clean and offers so much room for decorating, both electronically and within the space itself. The attached hotels were also a great touch, making it easy and convenient for guests to stay overnight.

ful—spacious and super clean—and the ballroom worked perfectly for 180 people that wanted dinner as well as a giant dance floor. In the weeks and months leading up to the wedding Sarah (the wedding specialist onsite) was fantastic to work with. She was quick to answer questions, very detail-oriented, and completely in sync with me on the actual wedding day, which made everything run smoothly and on time. Load-in and load-out for vendors was also very easy. The banquet staff was efficient and pleasant and there were plenty of them onsite that evening, so service moved quickly. The food displays were visually appealing, with the raw bar being a real highlight, and having such a large pre-function space and patio gave guests plenty of options to chat and relax when they wanted to step outside of the main ballroom. We had one guest that was in a wheelchair, but the entire venue is accessible and that was no issue. Overall, both the space and the team were excellent, and I’d absolutely recommend the BEC without any hesitation. Thank you for helping to make my job so easy!

I love the fact that Sarah made it so easy to approach her with anything we need. It’s not easy planning a wedding all the way from California, but she helped made it happen. I remember visiting BEC when it was still being built, having to tour with hard hats and everything was all framework and foundation. Sarah went over with us how BEC became established and also showed my wife and I how it’s going to look and we just decided to take that leap of faith and go with them due to how we were able to connect! When we came to check it out when we were visiting town, we were speechless on how beautiful everything was. My cousins and my wedding coordinator did the taste testing for us and they said BEC gave them an experience they never experienced before.
If you’re booking a venue to please your crowd, your crowd will definitely have a positive experience they will remember for a very long time. I’ve been to numerous weddings myself and this venue definitely captured my eyes and my stomach (food is amazing).

shes. Everything was sparkling and new. Having two spacious hospitality suites upstairs to get ready in (or to touch-up during the reception) was a huge bonus.
The staff at the BEC was amazing, from our initial tour to the day of. They are experts in the hospitality industry. They got back to us quickly with any question and were extremely accommodating with all our requests. Even our vendors commented how great they were to work with!
Food was very important to us and the BEC nailed it! It was difficult to narrow down our hors d'oeuvres choices because everything was so amazing at the tasting. The chef was extremely accommodating to all our requests, including a huge raw bar during cocktail hour which was the talk of the wedding.
Lastly, I can’t emphasize how convenient it was for our guests to stay in the hotel next door. Our guests stayed at the DoubleTree which was a 2 minute walk, or they could take one of the shuttles that staff were running back and forth. We also had our afterparty in one of the hotel ballrooms. Staff from both the BEC and Doubletree worked together to make this seamless. It will be even more convenient now that the connected Home2Suites is open for guests!
Overall, our experience with the Bristol Event Center was a 1000/10. If you’re looking for a brand-new, sparkling venue with amazing service, food, and convenience, this is your place. 😊
