Carole is THE BEST! I am a SUPER PARTICULAR bride and a little OCD when it comes to all the details. Carole is very quick and responsive, she has relationships with all the best ve...
ndors, and she completely brought my vision to life! She is so organized and handled vendor management like a boss!! Her and her team ran the operations of my wedding so well - I've been a bridesmaid many times and I always feel like the bride and maids are brought in on all of the drama of the wedding day. The event was run so smoothly, and I had no clue what was going on behind the scenes, I just felt like a VIP guest and this is the way you want it to go!!
During our initial wedding planning call with Carole and her team, I assured them that I was an easygoing bride, with no tendencies to become a bridezilla. However, as the week of ...
the wedding approached, unforeseen challenges emerged, including the looming threat of a hurricane on my August wedding day in Los Angeles.
In this critical moment, Carole and her team truly came to the rescue. Their effectiveness and efficiency were remarkable, and I encountered no issues whatsoever. Carole made the entire bridal experience not only stress-free but enjoyable.
What impressed me most was their ability to handle the situation calmly and professionally, sparing me from any panic or anxiety. Carole seamlessly coordinated with all of my vendors, ensuring that everything ran smoothly and was set up beautifully and on time.
I wholeheartedly recommend Carole's services for any significant event in your life. Their expertise and dedication can turn even the most challenging circumstances into a memorable and seamless experience.
I'm a week out now from my wedding! and I've really reflected on my wedding planning journey. and I'm still in awe of how magical my day was. And when I reflect back on my entire w...
edding planning journey and what carole and mina provided me, it was amazing service! If you're someone who's a bit type A like me, then having carole and mina on your team will be the best decision of your life! They have always responded to my emails promptly and have hopped on zoom calls with me whenever I needed them! Their responses are never vague and are always detailed and well thought out. Everything about their process is very streamlined. And being a bride, you're also constantly making changes, and they have always accommodated me. If you are looking for utmost professionalism and efficiency then these are the people you need for your wedding.
Where they absolutely really shine is the day of coordination. A huge shoutout to Ashia and mari for helping me get through the day. I had so many of my guests and family members personally come up to me and say how absolutely STELLAR Ashia and mari was. (like just think about that for a moment...guests are coming up to you to let you know that your coordinators are awesome)
They were ALWAYS on top of things. Your wedding day is going to be so hectic but they always seem to be one step ahead of everything and they always seem to be right next to you when you needed them. Their EQ is exceptional, always being able to "read me" and know exactly what I need and when I need it. When I'm needing water and food because I may have drank a bit too much, BOOM, I have water and food right next to me. They know when to push you and when to stand back.
Literally, everything went exactly how I envisioned it on my wedding day. I don't even remember any "fires" happening.
But I know with an event this big, there were probably "fires" in the background happening that I wasn't even aware of BUT because they were just ON TOP OF IT .... I never even had to be aware of it. And this is what you want for your wedding day when your mind is going to be so preoccupied with PEOPLE. You're going to want a team behind you that will make sure your logistics are handled so you can jump into being the guest of honor.
Thank you so much Bright Blue team for giving me my most magical day ever! I cannot thank you guys enough!
I cannot recommend Carole and Bright Blue Events enough! They saved my wedding. Carole was originally a guest at my wedding, but when my day-of-coordinator failed to show up, she t...
ook the initiative to ensure the rest of my wedding ran smoothly. She was able to run the rest of the event on such short notice and seemed like she knew every detail of the night all along. I don't even want to imagine what my reception would have been without her help and expertise. Also, if you've seen her Instagram, it speaks for itself. She has helped put together some of the most gorgeous weddings I have ever seen. Hire her immediately. Thank you for everything, Carole.
Carole was a guest at our wedding, and realized that our day-of coordinator that our venue was supposed to provide was nowhere to be found. Carole stepped right up and took charge,...
and the reception ran perfectly because of it. Definitely saved our big day, and would absolutely recommend Carole for anyone’s wedding planning needs!

ach step made the process feel less overwhelming. Mina was such an amazing day-of coordinator and I never doubted her ability to take care of everything while we enjoyed our special day. We highly recommend this team for your wedding or any other event!
Because of Carole and Bright Blue Events my wedding was PERFECT. 10/10. Do yourself a favor, save yourself some worrying, and go ahead and book them. When last minute issues popped...
up, as they always do with weddings, she solved every single one of them. The best part was that I (as the bride) was never required to spend a single second on any decision making or logistics handling the day of, and was able to enjoy every moment of my wedding day.
She had huge safety pins to fix my bustle when it snapped, she had Tylenol for bridesmaids that had drank a little too much the night before, she thought of everything! When our rehearsal dinner/party venue cancelled on us with only a weeks notice, she personally found a replacement and connected us, even though it was not in her contract to support rehearsal dinner/party needs.
Bright Blue exceeded expectations in every category, and the team was also so much fun to have around. I could go on and on and on, but these are definitely the people you want behind you on your special day.
Carole was so great at making sure things ran smoothly on my wedding day! I couldn't have asked for a better coordinator. She was so professional and was able to make my vision com...
e to life. She was so prepared on the wedding day, she literally had everything one could have needed; she even had an extra garter for me when I misplaced mine for the garter toss. HIGHLY recommend!!!!

elief to have everything taken care of on the day of and not have to worry. In the 2-3 weeks leading up to the wedding, Carole responded to all of my texts and emails promptly and was super helpful.
I blame the chaos of the 2021 wedding season, but a couple of issues came up before the big day. Small details that were important to me were overlooked, but everything was resolved by the time I walked down the aisle. All in all, our wedding day was absolutely perfect and I would definitely credit that to Carole and her team!
I am so glad that I came across Carole & team at Bright Blue Events for our big day. In our initial meeting, we walked through my vision, what was already planned, etc. and one thi...
ng that really struck me was Carole NOT trying to upsell me (we all know how expensive weddings can be and it seems like someone is always trying to sell you something bigger). I was trying to figure out it I wanted a month of coordination or a little more hands on, and after running through everything, SHE told me that I had so much already figured out that month of coordination would be plenty! Even though I did month of, she was there every step of the way to help me stay on track (and talk me off ledges), send vendor suggestions when needed, and made the whole wedding planning process so much easier. About 6 weeks before, I met, Michelle, who would be my day-of, on-site coordinator and she was equally as nice, professional, and on top of it! If something went wrong day of, I had no idea. Michelle was there to check up on me often, even while pulling everything together. She was fantastic. After the wedding, the whole team also texted me any pictures they took, which I loved! It was such a great experience working with this team, I can't recommend them enough!

ht Blue Events. If you do, EVERYTHING else will fall perfectly into place.
Carole's warmth and experience not only helped us effortlessly navigate our wedding month, but kept us sane for two years prior - including having to postpone our wedding at the last minute due to Covid! (An obviously stressful situation that was made so much better thanks to her guidance.)
Not only did Carole make wedding planning less stressful and more fun, she made sure we could stop the planning on the big day and remain present. We didn't have to worry about a single thing on our wedding day, and that was completely thanks to Carole and her team.
It was immediately clear that Carole knew exactly what she was doing in regards to every single aspect of the event. Her experience made it possible for us to trust her completely, allowing us to fully let go and know we were in safe hands. She answered every question we had with thoughtful, helpful responses, and brought up vital points that we wouldn't have even thought to ask.
Her vendor recommendations were lifesaving, and her insights into how to create a magical day were priceless.
Also, this was a "gay wedding," so anyone looking for someone LGBTQ-friendly will be beyond comfortable.
Feeling unsure about how you want your wedding to go? Carole will guide you.
Know exactly what you want for the big day? Carole will make it happen.
Honestly, I'm sad to not be working with her anymore now that the wedding is over. I need this warm, calming presence in my life daily!
Can't say enough great things, and so happy for everyone who has the pleasure of working with her to help make sure their event is a success. Give her a call today, and prepare to feel a sense of relief instantly wash over you.
Carole was amazing. Our wedding was 6/26/21, and we were very grateful to have Carole help us every step of the way. I'm sure planning a wedding is never easy, and doing so from o...
ut of state was even tougher, especially when me and my fiancée have no experience in planning weddings and our families were very little help . Add in the challenges with Covid restrictions (which she was very helpful with), and you have a very stressful situation that Carole made so much more manageable. She was involved from the very beginning by recommending vendors and reviewing contracts before we signed. She was available for calls every couple of months whenever we were unsure about an aspect of the wedding. As the wedding approached, she reached out to vendors and reminded us about vendor deadlines. The day of the event went off flawlessly. Carole handled all vendors, organization of people, the start of the event, the timeline, and cleanup at the end of the night.
Simply put, Carole made our lives so much easier during what could have been so much more stressful. I would recommend Carole to anyone planning a wedding.
Carole was the best choice we made for our wedding, and we do not know how we could have made it without her. She supported us from the beginning of the wedding planning to the day...
of the ceremony and was a great sounding board for all the major decisions. In addition, her experience, network, and relations with the vendor's eco-systems (location, catering, rentals, flowers, photographer, shuttle, etc.) were beneficial to identify and select vendors fitting our needs and preferences. We planned our wedding during the Covid pandemic, and we benefited from her professionalism and expertise to negotiate all contracts, understand state and federal regulations in a very uncertain time! On the day of the ceremony and reception, Carole and her team were truly amazing. We rented an estate in the Malibu hills, and the outdoor wedding event was build up from scratch. They coordinated perfectly all vendors and logistics to bring all our guests to the top of the mountain and ensure we all had a fantastic day to remember! We will be forever grateful for her support!
Carole and her team were the best wedding planners anyone can ask for. From the start, they've been beyond helpful and crucial in the planning process. We were planning our LA wedd...
ing from the east coast, so Carole's team help search and book wedding venue walk throughs for when we visited LA. Carole drove around for 1.5 days to look for these venues. When we were undecided between two, she was helpful in detailing the cost differences and negotiate with the venue on dates and booking.
After we secured the wedding, they made sure we were on track for every small detail, from invitations to florals. They helped us select vendors and even helped us negotiate lower prices for our wedding photographer. Our wedding venue required more work with renting chairs, tables, power generators, toilets, etc but Carole's team made sure everything was accounted for with a detailed timeline and vendor walk through. Since we were planning from a distance, they accepted packages for us and Facetimed us when we asked. It was such huge peace of mind.
On the day of the wedding, everything went by perfectly. Carole has such a calming presence and we are so grateful for her even keeled, thoughtful personality. Everything was so thoughtfully planned, including making sure we had some private time after our ceremony to reflect. They helped accommodate every request, and if anything went wrong, I had no idea. All our friends and family praised Carole and the wedding was a huge success.
So grateful for Carole and her team! Don't know what we'd do without her.

nation package. From the moment we hired bright blue Carole and her team were available for questions and suggestions via phone call or email. About a month before the wedding we had an in person meeting where we went through anything and everything that would we would need/would happen the day of the wedding. Our day of coordinator was also there for our rehearsal and the day of with two assistants. They were all very kind and there to help anyone who needed anything. If you are considering hiring bright blue for your wedding you should do it and you won’t regret it.

pendent when it comes to planning but Carole helped me get organized and gave us suggestions on things we never thought of. Our wedding planning was over a year long and when the big day finally came, Carole and her team delivered the wedding of our dreams. Thank you so much for everything!!!

ons I had and give me advise anytime I needed it. She helped me throughout my planning process with ease. Coordinators, Ashia and Mina were with us every step on our wedding day and honestly it felt like they were part of the family. Ashia is a true rockstar!!!

instead of catering. Carole helped with everything from figuring out how to serve food best, hiring a great team of workers and changing around the design of our wedding to better suit our non-traditional food. It was the most perfect day thanks to Carole and her recommendations (she has a plethora of vendors to recommend as well - best photographers and florists!)!

de. "Carole really knows her stuff. Our friends can't stop talking about what a great wedding we had." Carole also introduced us to a dream team of vendors.

y went above and beyond that timeframe and helped throughout the wedding planning process. Carole directly contacted several of her recommended vendors directly (rental companies, shuttle companies) and placed our order. She met us several times at the venue during the process. Her suggestions regarding the timeline were spot on and she cheerfully revised and re-revised both the timeline and floor plan many times. A week before the wedding she proactively suggested we change Shuttle companies because of a bad experience she unexpectedly had. Carole always responded promptly and fully to all emails. Carole's team who managed the day of did an excellent job. There were some minor glitches and they gracefully handled them. I loved how they catered to both us and the couple to ensure that we always had everything we needed. They took my car keys and loaded up my car with the presents and saw that other items were loaded onto the shuttle buses. They really allowed me to relax and enjoy the wedding. I would strongly recommend Bright Blue Events and I felt the pricing was extremely moderate -- especially considering all of the work they did.

wedding--this made my life so much easier! She also took care of the floor plan, the timeline, and contact lists. In addition, for the services provided, the cost is super reasonable. I had such a great experience working with Carole and her team. Carole is organized, responsive, and an overall calming presence-which is super important on the big day. On the actual day of, Carole, Kat, and another team member made sure that everything ran smoothly and I wasn't aware of any problems throughout the evening--that's how you know that they are good at what they do! Really, having Bright Blue Events lifted a weight off of my shoulders and allowed me to enjoy the day. You won't regret hiring them for your wedding!
I cannot say enough good things about Carole Grogan and her team! I did day-of coordination which is a total misnomer because from day 1 (almost a year and a half out!) Carole was ...
open to communicating to ensure I had a great list of recs for each kind of vendor and reviewing my contracts and spends. This was so much more than any of the other day-of planners I interviewed who said they had a strict no-communication policy until exactly a month out. Makes so much sense that your day-of coordinator knows who you're thinking of working with, spending, and setting up rather than finding out the month-of that something is amiss. Ryan and Kelsey ran my rehearsal and day of and were so kind, calm, and on-task. We were told by many of our guests that it was the best wedding they have ever been to and we have Bright Blue Events to thank in part!

lanning process. I did the 3 month coordination package and it was a great choice. Carole helped me all along the way with questions and advice. Carole and her team carried out the wedding day beautifully and helped us have the best day of our lives. I would recommend her services wholeheartedly!

us to were so wonderful and were able to accommodate our budget. Our wedding day went off without any issues and Carole kept me, my husband, and our families calm and enjoying the evening, not worried about any of the details! Weeks after the wedding, when my parents couldn't find their wedding goblets we used, Carole was receptive to emails, even though it was the holidays and she was out of the office! (The goblets were safely packed the whole time!) We cannot thank Carole and her team enough and can safely say that working with them was one of the best decisions we made throughout our wedding planning.
From every aspect of planning to execution, BBE and Carol were amazing! Our wedding and reception was pulled off without a hitch and her team were on it! Everything was beautifull...
y designed and coordinated; executed flawlessly. Carol was always available to me and went out of her way to ensure that our vision came true. She met with me at the vendors, provided guidance, and I felt that from the first meeting to the wedding and reception we were in professional, great hands and I wasn't worried about the details at all. I knew it would be perfect and it was. I can't thank Carol, Leah and the crew at BBE enough and would give them 10 stars out of 5. I completely and without hesitation recommend BBE to any couple seeking a professional event planner. We couldn't be more satisfied with their work and role in our wedding or say enough wonderful things about them.

nything I could have asked for. I even asked her to help me find a rehearsal dinner location, and she sent me a list of twenty different restaurants.
We had an intimate wedding, which I don't think she had ever done before, but it went off without a hitch. Carole was kind, calming, and professional. My husband and I both agree that she was one of the most crucial parts of our wedding. She handled every aspect of our evening, and we were so grateful to be able to relax and enjoy our wedding.
She also did our flowers, primarily coral peonies, which turned out gorgeous! We were so happy with everything, I can't sing her praises enough. Do yourself a favor and just hire Carole. You'll have more time to browse through Pinterest if you do.

uestion we could've come up with before we even thought to ask. We met with them several times coming up to the wedding to go over details, and Leah was always manning the emails, taking care of every last thing. They were so organized on the day, and were able to keep everything running perfectly, while making everyone feel comfortable and taken care of. I can't even tell you how many people came up to us and told us that they had never seen a wedding run more smoothly than ours - Bright Blue is to thank for that! Seriously, couldn't do better than Bright Blue!
Oh my word! Carole and her team were a blessing from God! I cannot imagine the day without her. Even our friends commented on how calm and "on it" she was.

bunch of friend's weddings I knew what I was looking for in the wedding and had a lot of things put in place already. I got a lot of my vendors prior to hiring Bright Blue and knew that I needed a "month of" planner to carry things the rest of the way.
I found her team through Wedding Wire when my initial planner fell through. I spoke with a few people and after talking to her on the phone, I knew the search was over. I met her in person about seven weeks to the wedding and it was nice to know someone else was looking over things. For the vendors I didn't have, or hadn't thought about - they made recommendations. Carole and Leah were extremely communicative and responsive - we had so many email threads going to make sure that every question was answered and every concern addressed. Even when I flip flopped on an ides or two, they rolled with it.
She also helped bustle my dress so my maid of honour didn't have to struggle with it. She made sure all the vendors were taken care of, and nothing was out of place that I could see, or that I heard of afterwards. Her value was beyond what we gave her team.
At the end of the weekend, when I as looking for random bits - veil, etc or things i had lost track of, Carole and her team had loaded EVERY SINGLE THING into our car or the best man's car. I wish I could have given her another hug just for that.
If you are looking for someone calm but still nice, who will make sure you can relax on your day, and is very professional, this is Carole.

edding but Carole came to the rescue and her patience & grace made the entire experience absolutely magical. Carole was extremely accommodating to our modest budget while still honoring our vision for the venue to decor to food, and beyond. The entire weekend truly manifested precisely as imagined. Carole & her sidekick Leah provided invaluable constant reminders and support to us for all logistics, details (nothing too big or too small) as these things quickly pile up and become overwhelming... She was always there to keep us on track with reminders, to-do lists, etc. Most importantly, Carole is an absolutely selfless, caring, and giving individual. Not once did we feel pressured or uncomfortable with the process or results, she has a lovely demeanor and calmness that helped ease our stresses along the way. Absolutely recommend her and her team for their tireless efforts and wonderful partnership throughout this magical event in our lives. Love You Guys!

d managed to stay pretty stress free but that was because we had Carole from Bright Blue Events. She is just the nicest person, professional, friendly, not phased by anything, detail orientated and willing to go above and beyond for you. Our day went by without a hitch, unbelievably because she was so on top of it all. She gave us tips and advice when we needed it as well as referrals and just helped to make our day truly one of the best days of our lives. Everyone said it was one of the best wedding they had been to and that is because of the work and detail that Carole and her lovely assistant Ryan put in to our day. They care and we needed that. Book her right now and i promised you will not be disappointed. She was referred to us and i will pass her info on to anyone i know that's is planning a wedding. Carole you made our day and we can never thank you enough.
