Bridget Mary Weddings & Events

presence throughout the day. She is an absolute pleasure to work with. I also have to shout out that we may have been the one wedding in history that was actually running AHEAD of schedule all day, largely in part to Bridget’s perfectly executed timeline. If you have the opportunity to work with her, do it. You won’t regret it.

ngs, to our rehearsal dinner, and to the day of, she made us feel comfortable and confident. She was excited to make sure our day felt like us and was supportive of our ideas of fun of timeline. Couldn't recommend Bridget enough!

ust how vital Bridget was to making us feel calm, prepared, and exited for our day. He completely flipped on his position!Bridget is the definition of sweetheart. She is incredibly kind, professional, hardworking, and ended up feeling more like a friend once our day came. She went above and beyond her responsibilities and every person at our wedding said she did a phenomenal job and made them feel excited and taken care of. If you are considering booking a day or coordinator then I’m telling you BOOK HER!! You will not regret your decision at all!

riceless. She is the utmost professional and also so very kind. She thought of everything, and I felt so much more calm and relaxed knowing she was there. I was very stressed about wedding planning and all of the details and decisions that had to be made, but working with Bridget truly made me feel like I had the best person on my side. She worked very closely with my husband, who was our "project manager", and he agrees that one of the best decisions we made was working with Bridget. Thank you so much for helping us to create the most magical and special day. For any brides out there looking for a planner ... Bridget is the best of the best.

he second we had our first call. She's so easy to talk to and, for lack of a better word, just gets it. Having her and Vanessa (who is also so incredible, talented, and easygoing) on my wedding day made all the difference. I can confidently say my day would not have been this perfect and unforgettable if it weren't for these two incredible ladies. THANK YOU, BRIDGET! THANK YOU, VANESSA!

an amazing job helping us select the majority of our vendors and executed a perfect day for us. We had countless calls leading up to our day and Bridget kept us calm and organized throughout. Thank you for making our day so amazing and perfect!!

bubbly, and helpful Bridget was. She was always one step ahead of what needed to be done and kept us on track leading up to the wedding, resulting it such a smooth day. I truly don’t know what we would’ve done without Bridget. HIGHLY recommend!

ng to end throughout the entire process. From the initial call and on she was heavily involved/available for me to speak with her on recommendations, resources, decorations, timeline, etc. I was naturally stressed throughout the process as it was my firs time planning a wedding. I was working with a lot of vendors and planning items. She put my mind more at ease as each call went on. Bridget put together the most detailed timeline of the day, was in contact with all my vendors and she provided a ton of extras that I was able to use the day of! She was very detailed and involved at the final walk-through as well. When the actual day came, she coordinated perfectly and ensured all decorations and communication was set. During the reception she made sure to always get me a drink, which didn't go unnoticed. She truly cared that Mike & I had the best day!

organized, friendly, and professional. Would recommend to anyone!

ld be present and just follow her lead was truly a gift. From the moment we first spoke I knew she was going to be a blast to work with and she absolutely executed and delivered. She was patient and kind with my odd stressors and particularities and we fully giggled our way through the process. She made me so at ease and I knew I could rely on her. Each phone call we had, I sighed with relief cause I felt heard, understood, and confident at the fact that she had my back!! Day of wedding, she worked her booty off and made us feel so special. I will be recommending her to all the future brides in my life! 4.20.24 Steph and Reed

so smooth and easy so our couple could really enjoy their moment. We highly recommend Bridget for your wedding planning! :)

it upon herself to make the flower arrangement at the alter for me an truly helped make the day run so smoothly!!

ucked out! She is organized, reliable, and helpful. She is well-versed in wedding planning and the logistics of a wedding day. I had typical wedding day jitterbugs, but I was comforted knowing she was around on the wedding day for whatever I needed.

imeline for us, and worked with our event venue and vendors with a lot of the communication. She was very kind to us, very professional, very efficient with the planning process. On the actual day of our wedding, we could tell that she was in full control. She did an excellent job setting up decorations, lending her expertise, making sure the timeline was kept during the wedding, and helping close up and pack everything away. She was a big part of our wedding day and helped make it perfect, and we could not have done it without her.

was invaluable! She helped us think through so much during the planning process and she took so much off our plates so we could be more present and enjoy our wedding to the fullest! Bridget jumped right in to direct and help our other vendors, to wrangle family members, and to keep us to our timeline so we could fit everything we wanted to into the day. She was also so kind, easy-going, and professional! Plus our families loved her and also found her very helpful! 11/10 would recommend!

the pieces and helped us put together a large wedding in South Florida at a brand new location within 3 months. She is incredibly professional, engaging, and detail oriented. You will feel at ease with your wedding in Bridget’s hands, and it doesn’t hurt that she is so warm and welcoming! She quickly became a part of our family, and I cannot recommend her enough! 🥰

ughout. She is very organized and helped us stay on track throughout the process. She was always available for meetings whenever we felt we needed one and was such a cheerleader for us. Overall, she went above and beyond to make all of our visions come true! She made the day-of seamless and stress-free. Don't think twice about hiring Bridget - we couldn't recommend her more!

went with her Day-Of Coordination and Vendor Sourcing services. Our wedding was on 9/16/23, and from the beginning Bridget had already told us that she would be the one doing the day-of planning for us, but the actual day-of coordination would shift to her associate, Alicia, since she would be working another wedding that day. Alicia joined us in the planning about a month before our day, & even though we didn't start working with her till the wedding got closer, she was so personable, easy to talk with, and was very quick to pick up on what the game plan of the day was going to be--it was as if we were already working with her from the start! Bridget and Alicia were awesome to work with during the whole process. Bridget definitely helped remove a lot of that stress/worry of "what if things don't go right" by getting all our vendors on the same page in terms of creating a very organized and well-thought out timeline for everyone to follow! She contacted all our vendors with various questions I wouldn't have even thought of! On the day-of, Alicia was truly a rockstar! She constantly checked up on me and the rest of the bridal party for anything we may have needed, helped (& even gave us the idea) grab our food delivery during our ceremony so that we wouldn't go hungry on our party bus afterwards, setup all our personal items at our venue perfectly--honestly the list could go on to all she did for us that day! But overall, Alicia helped make our day go so smoothly with being the main point of contact and working with the rest of our vendors to ensure a perfect event! So many guests were so impressed with how the course of events panned out throughout the night, and we told all of them that we owe it to Bridget Mary Weddings & Events! We would go back to Bridget and Alicia again and again! We cannot thank them enough for helping us bring our wedding vision to life, and we could not imagine how we would've ran our wedding day without them! Thank you, thank you! <3

small details perfectly and executed our vision. Most importantly, she had such positive energy on the wedding day to help calm nerves and make sure that everything went as planned. Thank you Bridget for everything!!!

wedding and she nailed every single one of them and made my day so stress free! Our day wouldn’t have been as amazing as it was without her and she was the best decision we made in wedding planning!

ding planning process, but wanted someone there to coordinate logistics when we would be too busy to jump in. Bridget and her partner, Alicia, did a phenomenal job executing on the details we entrusted to them. They made sure we had nothing to worry about and ensured our day was special!

ded our expectations! Bridget is so sweet, kind, and was so helpful in every way on our wedding. I had family and friends coming up to me all night to tell me how good of a job she was doing! She went above and beyond and we are so thankful to have had her help. Bridget will exceed your expectations and I could not recommend her enough!

the weeks leading up to it. With so much chaos surrounding a wedding, having Bridget keep us organized and calm was so incredibly helpful. During the wedding day, I felt like Bridget was somehow everywhere and also right there if I needed anything. I seriously don't know how she did it. She handled our DIY decor, wrangled everyone for TWO ceremonies (including a stage flip), made sure we stayed on track with our timeline, and at the end of the night, she had everything packed and ready for us. And on top of it all, Bridget made us feel so comfortable and reassured throughout the whole process. We cannot recommend Bridget enough!

worked with all our vendors and made sure we had nothing to worry about on our wedding day. She is also a gem of a human and so sweet! I love that she is her own business so you can really feel the love and attention she puts into your day. The best investment to our wedding was having Bridget as our planner. We had so many guests tell us she was incredible!

wedding planning process. She also did a great job throughout the wedding, ensuring all vendors were on schedule and helped run around as needed to get everything done. You really can’t go wrong hiring her!

detailed oriented, which you need on your wedding day. She helped set up my DIY decor, communicated and coordinated with all the vendors, and ensured everything ran smoothly throughout the evening. When we were running low on boos (big tequila drinkers at the wedding), she informed us of the situation and offered to run out to buy us more. She is the type of planner who goes above and beyond. My husband and I would recommend Bridget Mary Weddings & Events for any couple on their big day. We love Bridget!

selves. After one conversation with Bridget, we were quickly sold! She asked us important questions that focused on details and the day-of timeline. She was such a joy to work with and it is evident she is very passionate about wedding planning. On our wedding day, Bridget kept us updated and we felt so at ease. She made such a positive impact on our day and did it all with a smile. Thank you Bridget for making our day, it definitely wouldn't have been as perfect without you!

n our timeline, as well. She was like a hub of all of the information we needed and the perfect day-of coordinator! When I encountered some difficulties in connecting with my photographer, Bridget helped to find a time that worked for all of us to meet and knock out lots of the questions we had. She went above and beyond in visiting our venue ahead of time, working with our church, and helping set up various aspects of the big day like our memory table, guest book, and DJ. We could not have done it without her and she was fabulous from day one.

lways available to meet to discuss day of planning. On our wedding day, she was incredible. She was organized and helped make sure our day was a smooth as possible. She really helped make our day so special. Highly recommend!

made our day run so smoothly from coordinating last-minute changes with vendors to handling misbehaving guests (of course it was someone’s plus-one). In addition, the decor we asked her to set up turned out PERFECTLY despite not giving a ton of direction. Beyond being professional, she was also very kind and warm, which made her even better to work with. We really cannot express enough how helpful it was to have Bridget coordinating our special day.

ly made our day seem less and was on top of everything! Highly recommend!!!!

ated with our vendors. I felt at ease handing over "control" to her and our weekly calls leading up to the wedding were so helpful. We knew she had it all handled which allowed us to just enjoy our day. If we we were to do it all over again, we'd have Bridget again in a heartbeat. Her attitude, communication styles, and organization were perfect for us.

ping the timeline, but she also made it so we did not have to worry about a single thing on the wedding day. She set out all of our decorations for the reception, was in touch with the photographer to facilitate the first look, and managed all of the vendors very well. Hire Bridget for your wedding- you will not be sorry!

oncerns. She helped me with staying organized and keeping my stress level low. On the wedding day she was there at every site and was always available. I received many compliments from my family, guests, and others vendors with how amazing she is! Highly recommend!

calm with zero stress. We met often to ensure we were on the same page. She handled all obstacles the day of without me having ANY idea. She even drove out of her way to come meet my family and ease their concerns. I can't recommend her and her services enough.

g with Bridget about a year before our wedding. She was very organized and helpful. Every time I got off a call with her I felt the stress of wedding planning go away. She went above and beyond to make sure our day was everything we wanted it to be. Bridget made sure every detail was thought about and made sure all of our vendors knew exactly what time and where they were needed. I didn't have to worry about anything on the day of the wedding! We did a lot of DIY decor so Bridget set up our venue space and made it look beautiful. At the end of the night she took everything down and organized it all, this was the biggest help! Bridget is hard working, kind and wonderful to work with. I would recommend her to anyone planning a wedding!

he need for help. We were looking for a day-of-coordinator that could also do some other tasks before our big day. We interviewed many talented wedding coordinators and decided to go with Bridget. She was our day-of-wedding coordinator plus she helped with the day-of-timeline, weekly phone calls, coordinated with our vendors as well as helped with the rehearsal. It was enjoyable experience to work with Bridget. She has many strengths. We found the following to be her top five: 1. Works well with a variety of people. For example, my bridesmaids loved her and so did my vendors and guests. 2. Asks good questions. For example, since we had the reception and ceremony at our church, she asked if they had a medical safety kit. 3. Top notch character traits is caring, pleasant, thoughtful and easy to talk to and work with. 4. She goes the extra mile. For example, she drove two of our guests to the train station and drove us back to our hotel at the end of the night. 5. She is reliable and dependable and also had some unexpected perks that we were very thankful to have a part of our day. I am glad that we hired Bridget. She definitely made it possible for me to enjoy and have less stress on my wedding day since I knew that there was plenty of supervision. She was a great value.

t her. I am extremely type A and indecisive at times and Bridget remained confident, collected and organized to help me power through decision making, details, vendor coordination and everything in between. Bridget and I first met casually to discuss the details and my vision – from the color scheme to the minimalist vibe I was looking for to match my tight budget – and her thoughtfulness, attention to detail, ability to actively listen and then execute is UNMATCHED, so I instantly knew I had to work with her. I am indecisive, and Bridget never made me feel bad about that. I must have asked for her opinion on market lighting about 1 million times! Her patience is unmatched and helped me narrow down choices so I could feel comfortable, but so we could check items off the list and get things done! Even though I had a tight budget, the best thing we could have done is bring in Bridget for planning. It truly ended up being THE BEST DAY of my life, despite the unpredictable Florid rain, because I did not have to deal with the logistics the day of. I got to relax and trust that my experienced planner had it covered because she knew my preferences, understood my style and vision. I cannot recommend working with Bridget enough if you are looking for: -confident, experienced wedding planner with corporate event experience for top brands -Great listener who will help even the most indecisive of brides finalize choices to bring your vision to life and match your desired aesthetics -Thorough, organized event pro who knows all the right questions to ask you and your vendors -Agile, with ability to think on her feet and make an executive decision in your best interest if you need to switch to plan B (or plan C!!!) -Thoughtful, detail-oriented (did I mention she had coloring books for my nieces without me even thinking of this or asking for it!?!?) -Proactive communicator who will wrangle the vendors/troops If I could do my day all over again, I would choose Bridget Mary Weddings every time. Thanks so much for your help on my favorite day ever!

wanted. Very thorough and organized with the information that was provided - huge help with the items I didn't have time in my day to complete!
