I have an endless list of wonderful things to say about Ellen. Having her with us to take care of everything the day-of was priceless and I really enjoyed having her help with all...
of the planning as well. She's a good person and she's a lot of fun, quick to answer emails/calls, and she is a true professional.
I have a tendency to overthink things and to procrastinate decisions but Ellen pushed me along and I am so thankful for that. My mother also appreciated having Ellen available to answer questions about etiquette etc. My husband and I also feel that her help and advice helped save us from making expensive mistakes when signing vendor contracts etc. I honestly don't think we would have enjoyed our wedding day as much without her help and I would recommend her to everyone!!!
I hired Ellen, owner of Bride's Vision, to help coordinate our wedding weekend and I could not have been more pleased! Though I hired her only for the weekend, she truly exceeded ...
my expectations when she reached out to me a few weeks before the event to assist with creating our wedding timeline and offering to confirm my vendors for me. On the actual weekend, she was present for everything from the rehearsal dinner through the end of the reception. She even stayed behind the wedding party after we left the bridal suite for pictures to tidy it up so that it would be clean when my husband and I returned after the reception that night. Ellen attended to every detail of our event, which enabled me and my fiancé, our family and friends to relax and truly enjoy our wedding weekend! I would highly recommend her to any of my friends or family getting married in the future!
I was very disappointed with this wedding coordinator. Despite well intentions, Ellen was very disorganized, forgetful, and really did not provide any help prior to the day of my w...
edding or on the day of my wedding. Her timeline was unintelligible and constantly needed the same revisions over and over. She also completely forgot to show up to our wedding rehearsal. As a bride, I felt that that hiring her actually added more stress to planning my wedding.
Though my wedding was rather small and simple I found Ellen's assistance to be invaluable. Prior to the wedding she kept me inline, ensuring all payments and appointments were kep...
t. She was understanding of my needs, never pushing me to spend more or do more than I wished. I work full time and am honestly not that interested in weddings. To keep it simple for me Ellen would select three vendors for me to start with. If I liked one of the three we booked and were done with it. If I wasn't pleased she helped me determine who would fit the bill. Her recommendations were excellent. She hooked me up with what has to be the best wedding band of all time. She also recommended the most friendly and charismatic photographer I've ever encountered.
Most importantly the day of the big event I remember thinking, "Ellen is the best 3K I spent for this wedding" This woman is hardworking, bright and resourceful. I cannot recommend her highly enough.
We used Ellen for the weekend of wedding service. It is much more than that! She helped to organize, asked questions about details that I would have never thought of until it was t...
oo late and did a perfect timeline. Most importantly, I was able to relax knowing that she was taking care of any issues. As a mother of the bride my one piece of advice to others in this position is to find a good planner. Even if you think you are organized, it is such a pleasure to be able to enjoy the day. I would recommend Ellen without reservation.
Ellen is professional and personable ... she is a gently take charge person who let us be the guests at our daugher's wedding. She is already contracted and promised to our second...

I have been both a bridesmaid and bride with Ellen guiding the wedding. We used her for the rehearsal and day of the wedding. She also offered advice any time we needed her. On th...
e day of the wedding, I was so completely relaxed and could focus on just having a good time with everyone and not any minutia. She was completely prepared and organized and THE BEST. PLEASE consider using her. You won't be disappointed!
