I had such an incredible experience at Bridal Reflections in Carle Place; Jackie was my consultant, and she was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. She was incredibly knowle...
dgeable, patient, and really took the time to understand what I was looking for. I came in with inspiration pictures and a pretty clear idea of the styles I wanted to try. Jackie pulled several dresses based on my vision, which I ended up not liking, but she also selected a dress that was a little different from what I had originally shown her. She saved it for last, and sure enough, the second she zipped me into it, I immediately knew it was my dress. The entire dress shopping experience was so enjoyable and never felt rushed or overwhelming. I also went on to use Bridal Reflections’ brand-new alterations studio, and that experience was just as amazing. The alterations process was easy, seamless, and made me feel so confident in my dress leading up to the wedding. I could not be happier with my experience at Bridal Reflections and am so grateful to Jackie and the entire team for helping me find and perfect my dream wedding dress. I would absolutely recommend Bridal Reflections to any bride-to-be!

The first time I came here I would have given it a two star experience. The first girl I had was extremely rude. Put me in things I kept saying I disliked. The one dress I wanted t...
o try on was "missing", seemed like she did not care enough to ask or find it for me. I ended up telling her forget it, that this appointment was not going how I hoped, and she was not helpful at all to me. To which she gave me an attitude and said but you still have over thirty minutes. Why would I want to stay at an appointment here a bridal attendant is not listening to the vision I have, and putting me in dresses that were not flattering on my body type and the completely wrong style? I wrote in saying this and was told the dress was there and I could come back. I asked for a different person to help me. Reluctantly I went back and thankfully was given Joe to help me. He understood my vision, had the dress I wanted to try on ready and waiting for me. He gave me all the time I needed in the dress knowing it was the one. I asked if we could wait to say yes when my grandpa was good enough to come with me. We booked another appointment, and I said yes. So thankful he was kind, and gave me the time I needed. Could not recommend booking with Joe! enough!!!

I chose to go to Bridal Reflections in Massapequa because my mom had gotten her dress there 30 years ago. From the minute I met Gabbi, she was able to help me narrow down my likes,...
and was able to find me my dream dress on the first day, after only about 7-8 dresses! Then, when the dress came in, we had some issues with the bodice. Michelle was able to help me get more fabric from the manufacturer to rebuild the top that was a concern. She was checking in with me the whole time, and made sure to give me updates as she received them. Then, when we got to alterations, ZiZi was like a fairy godmother. She worked her magic to rebuild the top for me, and went above and beyond in every way possible. The shop added a special piece of fabric for me, and made sure they delivered things on time. The whole shop, from every assistant to seamstress, was absolutely incredible, despite some setbacks. Because of their care and attention, my wedding dress was absolutely beautiful.

bout my alterations. The tailor was so sweet and made my dress fit like a glove. The only feedback is that I did have a tough time with their tailor schedule. She was only in certain days of the week and certain times and I had to miss work to accomodate.

ger and knew me by name every time I came in. They always had what I wanted to see ready for me, which was especially important when my mom & sister were coming from out of state. The alterations team is incredible, I don’t know how they do what they do but they work their magic and truly want you to feel perfect. Vera leads the team and has such an eye for detail. I can’t say enough about this amazing shop! 11/10 recommend!

After going 4 or 5 bridal shops, I stopped at Bridal Reflections. I was referred by a few other brides to visit the Massapequa location - however they were closed for renovations ....
I made an appointment with the Carle Place location and was greeted by Joe. I had already been frustrated from previous try ons trying to find my perfect dress . I showed him a few examples of what I was looking for, which was really piecing together different dresses LOL . He literally read my mind and the first dress he gave me to try on was the one ! I was immediately in tears and so excited . The entire process was seamless from start to finish, and the staff was super helpful and accommodating . Couldn’t recommend enough .

th me, know my story and make sure that I was getting my dream dress! And I really did! Marnie was so helpful in getting my matching veil and other accessories for the big day like more applications, a robe, etc. Sandra helped me with my Bridal Shower dress and it was another wonderful experience. Amelia altered both of my dresses and they fit like a glove!! I cannot say enough wonderful things about the staff, they are personable, kind and want your bridal dreams to come true. The Carle Place store runner, Lisa, is a gem; she is involved in the process, cares about her customers and makes you feel like family! I felt like a princess for both parties!!

I can't say enough great things about the Bridal Reflections in Massapequa! Joe was amazing to work with and he took my feedback and inspiration and helped me find my dream dress! ...
He also gave feedback and suggestions on my accessories and what looked best. MY VEIL!!! My veil was a DREAM!!! And I'm so happy he showed it to me because it was a showstopper!!! I'm still getting compliments on it 3 weeks later. Zizi in alterations was such a pleasure to work with. She is truly a master at what she does and she fit my dress PERFECTLY to my body and I had no complaints with any alterations she did. I would highly recommend the Massapequa location if you're still on the hunt for your dream dress!

s something for everyone. Once I chose my dress it was ordered and delivered without any issue. The alterations being done in house was so seamless and their team is so talented. I love that they keep your dress until the very last minute so you don’t have to worry about storing it. What I anticipated to be a very stressful part in wedding planning ended up being my easiest. Thank you so much to the staff for finding me my dream dress and making the process so memorable. Highly recommend!

dn't be happier with my dress. We ended up needing to do a ton of alternations and it essentially became a custom dress. ZiZi is extremely talented and altered the dress exactly how I envisioned it originally. She was patient, knowledgeable and understood exactly what I was looking for. Thank you, ZiZi, for bringing my vision to life and creating the perfect dress for me.

my dress until the manager pulled it for me saying I absolutely had to try it on and guess what: she was right! It ended up changing everything for me and I couldn’t be happier to have gotten my Leah Da Gloria creation from here. Vera was exceptional with my alterations and everyone made me feel so comfortable and confident. I had my dress shipped and it came on time and packed up with no issues whatsoever. I can’t recommend Bridal Reflections enough to any bride looking for their gown!

hopping for a wedding dress is something very special and I am so glad I had bridal reflections to help me. Christina and all the staff were exceptional, and they made my dream dress come to life. I tired many dress shops and nothing else compared. I was also able to customize my dress which made the whole thing so unique. Vera who tailored my dress was amazing!!! She really is so talented, and she made my dress even more perfect! She guided me through alterations and gave me her honest opinions. The whole team truly played a big part in making me feel like the most beautiful bride.

ultant was Sabrina, who was a gem and had become a friend by the time I picked up my wedding dress. I never felt rushed when dress shopping here, which was important to me because I tend to be indecisive when shopping especially for such a large purchase. All of the staff were attentive and accommodating, and I felt looked after at every visit, especially since I went shopping alone since my family is out-of-state. When my parents visited, the staff were more than happy to let me book additional appointments in order to show my parents my dress, so we could cherish that moment together. I’m so happy I purchased my dress and veil from here. They have SO many gorgeous dresses—if you’re wedding dress shopping, I highly recommend paying a visit here!
Dress, dress changes, staff, service = all 10/10 !!!!!
I had a great experience with bridal reflections up until my last dress fitting. I had bought a galia Lahav gown that was gigantic and required a lot of alterations and patience. A...
t the last dress fitting we were not content with the final outcome. After expressing our discontent, the owner of the store accused my mother of verbally attacking the seamstress, and told us to take the dress and get it altered elsewhere. Despite what was said by either party, a bride wants to be excited at her last fitting, not horrified my the lack of professionalism of the manger/owner. The staff was overall great, but the last few moments at bridal reflections put a bitter taste in my mouth.
After postponing our 2020 wedding the one happy thing was I got to get my actual dream dress. I did love my first dress but always felt I had settled. The first thing I did was m...
ake an appointment at Bridal Reflections to buy my Galia Lahav dream dress.
When you walk in you're immediately greeted as if you're the only bride there. They really make you feel SO special. I worked with Vasiliki. I showed her a picture of the "Gia" dress and she grabbed it immediately. Within 10 minutes I had my dream dress on. I told her I wanted to jazz it up a little bit so she also had be try on the "Aelin" dress. I realized I liked elements of both and she came up with the idea of using the sparkle tulle of Aelin on the Gia dress. She also helped me add straps to the dress which completely transformed the dress. The whole process was so quick but I could tell that she would have let me try on 100 more dresses if necessary!
They had my gown preserved since my 4/2/22 wedding was far away and the dress was in PERFECT condition when I began my fittings in February. The fitting process was also seamless. Ornella suggested putting a silicone barrier on the bust line because she noted I have sensitive skin that gets red easily. She was thinking about the smallest details for my big day which was so appreciated.
I also found my earrings for my wedding because they have a gorgeous collection of bridal jewelry. They do it all! I will also be using them to have my dress professionally cleaned and preserved again as my wedding finally happened!!
They not only offer GORGEOUS gowns but they are the kindest group who make you feel so very special. It was a pleasure and I am honestly a little sad I'm all done with the wedding dress process!

Such a unique experience after being rushed at previous salons! I can’t say enough good things about Bridal Reflections and everyone who works there. Everyone is so kind and supportive. I am so happy I found Vasiliki, my dream dress, and a stunning veil all in one place!

I am normally extremely indecisive (my mother is as well) and we BOTH walked out with our dream dresses for my wedding. I can’t begin to thank Kira enough for her help, style choices, and brilliance. She helped to make this the easiest decision of my wedding planning. 10 out of 10 stars!!!! YES X a million.

t no pressure whatsoever and when I finally said 'yes to the dress' everyone was so kind and it made the experience so special for me. I am a COVID bride and did end up postponing my wedding 12 months - the store was so accommodating in helping me through the preservation process and making sure that I felt at ease with my dress needed to be stored with them due to the pandemic. I also got my dress altered at the store and the entire process was so easy and everything turned out BEAUTIFUL! I has shopped at a few other bridal stores in the NY area but nothing compared to Bridal Reflections - they truly make you feel like royalty. Thank you so much everyone at Bridal Reflections!

eeks to the date I decided i wanted a dress. I went in and was paired with Mary Jo who helped me find dresses they could sell the sample. She found me the PERFECT dress, and she had this brilliant idea to add sleeves to do it from another piece of the dress, that made it even better. Then I was connected with Ornella Tailoring who helped me alter my dress to perfection. Thank you so so much! Bridal Reflections made my wedding a dream!!

egant, and jaw-dropping options that I couldn't help but try on others :) The Fifth Avenue team made the whole process of trials, fittings, and picking-up so seamless. Everyone was communicative, supportive, and fun to work with -- I looked forward to every single dress fitting I had! I would absolutely recommend Bridal Reflections to any bride looking for their dream dress and dream team to help them feel like a princess on their big day!

s were unmatched. You are actually able to look around at the dresses, rather than have your attendant pull looks for you which was unique and allowed me to try on things I may have normally not picked. The entire staff from my attendant, Sam, to the alterations with Vera & team were so helpful and accommodating. My mom also got her dress from the salon and it was a custom dress which came out perfect and she got so many compliments on it. I would and have recommended Bridal reflections to anyone looking for a wedding dress!

actually purchasing a gown that day. Well 8th dress was a charm because I lost it the second, I put it on. The staff made me feel like I would be the most beautiful bride in the world and listened to each of my comments until it led me to my dream dress. I had my dress sent to the Carle Place location when it arrived (about a year later as it was custom) and the staff there made me feel just as amazing. When I went for my first fitting each staff member on shift that day came to see me in my dress and told me how stunning I looked. The seamstress listened to all of my comments and took the time to sew in a piece of my late grandfather’s shirt as my something blue. I used the Massapequa store for my bridesmaid dresses. I was pretty relaxed in terms of what my girls wore. I told the consultant “as long as its burgundy and will match the day of that’s fine with me” As I just wanted everyone to feel comfortable. She assured me she was on it and out of my 7 girls they chose from 3 different designers. When the dresses came in I went with two of the girls (both chose different designers) and had my first bridezilla moment in the store, the dresses did not look close in color at all! The staff there were so amazing they pulled each of my dresses from storage and held them up next to each other, even in different lighting to show me that they all matched, and even after getting me through this bridezilla moment asked me if I still wanted to make a change or if I felt comfortable. All of the dresses looked perfect next to one another and the staff made me feel like my little freak out was totally normal and justified! My girls and I looked stunning on my wedding day. My dress fit me like a glove and my girls all matched beautifully. I highly recommend Bridal Reflections at each location. Their gowns speak for themselves and their staff are knowledgeable and genuine. Thank you again!

r I like is what she showed me, after trying on 3 dresses in total. ( because I loved all 3) I knew which one would be the one. Especially after she styled me head to toe to give me the full effect. which then got cut down to my mother, and my maid of honor. Upon arriving, I was greeted by Samantha who helped me out throughout my experience. I noticed I wasn't upset anymore and excited for the upcoming events. Everything felt like it was exactly was supposed to be. Samantha was the most kind person, helping me in and out of the dresses, and coming up with alternate options until I found THE ONE! It was something I never imagined, but it was the one. From walking into there, to talking the elevator downstairs, the whole experience felt personal, and not like I was just another bride coming in for dress shopping. If you have the opportunity to try on dresses here, I would make it your number one spot! The best of the best. THANK YOU GUYS SO MUCH!!

pen to trying different styles. Each dress was more elegant and detailed than the previous one. I put the last dress on and it was “the one.” I fell in love! The staff at Bridal Reflections made this one of the most effortless parts of my wedding planning venture. They followed up with me and when the pandemic hit they reassured me my dress was being taken care of with top notch handling and shipping and that I wouldn’t have to worry about it traveling here from overseas. When it came time for alterations, the seamstress knew exactly what she was doing and the dress came out beyond perfect! Thank you Bridal Reflections and staff!

ns more beautiful than any of the dozens of stores I've been too, and the lovely lighting and atmosphere made dress shopping such a joy. When I decided on my dress, I had the opportunity to work with the general manager for customization help, and she even had the designer of my dress on the phone to provide advice specific to me! Though I tried on my dress early on in the appointment, I did not feel pressured to say yes on the spot, and the staff did everything they could to help me feel assured that I made the right decision.

the pandemic hit NYC. While I learned so many brides at other salons had their dress orders delayed or canceled, my dress arrived ahead of schedule. When my husband and I decided to postpone our big wedding and elope, Vera and her team went out of their way to alter my dress in as few appointments as possible--and of course, it was a perfect fit. Once the wedding was over, they coordinated the cleaning and preservation of my dress and veil to be ready if, and when, our big celebration occurs. The whole process was seamless. I know COVID brides understand, but this year was quite stressful in terms of planning, canceling, downsizing, re-planning bach parties, showers, weddings, the list goes on ... and let me tell you, I never once worried about having my perfect dress. THANK YOU Bridal Reflections, your support meant the world!

Went to Bridal Reflections for my wedding and bridesmaid dresses based on their reputation and proximity to my family and was overall Pleased with my experience while shopping but ...
to be honest felt that customer service was weak once my dress was purchased. I was told that my schedule would be accommodated for fitting as I live and work out of state, however when the day came to schedule fittings there was no flexibility and the promises made were not honored. This forced me to have my dress altered locally. The kind saleswoman at Bridal Reflections urged me to order a size up (a full year prior to my wedding date) and the dress was HUGE when it arrived. A good fitting was critical and unfortunately since I had to have it altered elsewhere they could not do anything about the poor fitting dress with alterations or a replacement in the right size. In the end it fit “OK” but would have been better if it were a size down. The same happened to several of my bridesmaids with their dresses - huge, but that could have been an issue with the manufacturer.
I am originally from Philly and I went to Bridal Reflections in search of a specific designer Leah Da Gloria, which they did have however I was so amazed by the other designers, I ...
chose Galia Lahav Tesla Victorian gown! I asked to lower the back and cut the sleeves and they did everything plus more I asked for! The staff here was absolutely amazing to me and my family.
