About this vendor
Bridal Galleria of Texas is a locally owned, size-inclusive bridal boutique in San Antonio, offering an intimate and thoughtfully curated wedding dress shopping experience.
For more than 35 years, our family-owned boutique has helped generations of Texas brides find gowns that feel beautiful, comfortable and true to who they are. We believe choosing a wedding dress should feel personal, calm and memorable—not rushed, overwhelming or impersonal.
Our San Antonio bridal boutique features two spacious bridal suites and welcomes no more than two bridal appointments at a time. Each bride is paired with a dedicated stylist who takes the time to understand her vision, wedding plans, personal style and fit preferences. Rather than asking brides to search through crowded racks, our stylists thoughtfully select gowns for each appointment, creating a focused and personalized experience.
Our designer collection includes wedding gowns from Essense of Australia, Stella York and our private collection. Brides will discover romantic A-lines, elegant ball gowns, fitted silhouettes, modern minimalist dresses, lace designs, basque waists, statement trains and beautifully structured gowns designed to support and flatter.
Bridal Galleria of Texas proudly welcomes brides across a wide range of sizes. Our showroom includes wedding dress samples through bridal size 24, and many styles may be ordered through bridal size 34. Our collection ranges from $1,800 to $3,500, with most gowns ranging from $2,000 to $3,000.
Located in San Antonio’s historic Monte Vista neighborhood, we serve brides from San Antonio, Boerne, New Braunfels, the Texas Hill Country, Austin, Corpus Christi and throughout Texas.
Appointments are required so that every bride receives dedicated time, attentive guidance and the opportunity to enjoy the experience with the people she loves most.
At Bridal Galleria of Texas, we are not interested in pushing a bride toward a particular dress. Our role is to listen, guide and help her recognize the gown in which she feels most like herself.
Intimate. Curated. Unmistakably Yours.
Bridal Galleria of Texas is located at 2504 N Main Ave in San Antonio’s historic Monte Vista neighborhood. Our boutique is open by appointment only: Monday, Thursday and Friday from 12:00–5:00 p.m.; Saturday from 10:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.; and Sunday from 10:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m. We are closed Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

Kaitlyn helped me find my dream dress and I almost didn’t try that one on! I’m so glad she was there for guidance. She made the process so easy and non stressful. Thank you!
Sophie was so sweet, kind, and helpful. She made me feel comfortable when I was nervous. She was honest with me and gave me great advice. Overall a very pleasant experience.
HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Starters, the customer service is A1!! If you can select someone, ask for SOFI and if you can’t get her, everyone was super helpful as well. SOFI was so helpful! ...
Omg she was taking her time with me and bringing different dresses that I would like and helping me with putting on the dress/taking off. She would ask me how I would feel and just give me more background on all the dresses I tried. This was the first place I tried on dresses and I instantly fell in love with 2 dresses but since it was my first time, I thought I needed to still go look at other places. I went to 2 other places and omg the customer service was nothing compared to what I had here! At the other locations they made me try on 5 dresses within 20 minutes and just rushing me!! After that I knew I had to go back and get the dress SOFI had picked out for me. When I went back, she was busy with another bride and the staff was quick to help me and make sure I was comfortable. I can’t stress it enough how this place is the BEST! If your thinking about going with them please do! You won’t be disappointed!!

my likes and dislikes and with her expertise guided the consultation to a dress that I would have never chosen right off the bat. When she pulled out the show stopper, everyone was in agreement that it was the one! All of the ladies were attentive and helpful to my guests. I felt so special and will treasure the memory of dress shopping here. I couldn't recommend them more highly.

lists listen to your opinions and help you think outside of the box when trying on other styles. They also allow you to speak freely amongst the guests that you brought when you need to discuss feelings within your group. They are not pushy and allow you to make the experience what you want! They do however help in the decision making process by encouraging you to go with the dress that feels right. I absolutely loved the whole experience and I encourage any bride looking for a dress to give this place a try!

sts’ expertise and patience, she paired me with my perfect dress that was so different than what I thought I wanted! I am over the moon and felt so spoiled and cared for the entire time. Not to mention the shop and all the dresses we tried were high quality and gorgeous

d looked good. Boy was I wrong. They have so many beautiful gowns in ALL different sizes, so it works for all brides. I’d definitely recommend this shop!
Do not think twice about going here! This was my first day shopping for a gown and I had no expectations of buying one that day. I had an appointment with Liv and Love Bridal and ...
walked through 2 other bridal shops in San Antonio but nothing else even compared to here! They actually asked and listened to what I wanted! The staff here is absolutely wonderful and so kind! Everyone asked questions and talked to me the entire time. They were very informative and walked me through every step. They had a more extensive questions list at the beginning of the appointment and they made sure when I walked out of the dressing room that the dress fit perfectly even if it wasn’t my size (which had been a problem at other places). I ended up buying the first dress I tried on there and I couldn’t have been happier with my visit! Thank you again for everything that you did 💕
I highly recommend coming here to get your dress. I have been searching for a year for my dress and found it here. Lesley was so good at helping me be honest with myself and what I...
wanted and didn’t let me linger on dresses I was only ok with. Also, this is the first bridal shop that I fit in all the dresses they didn’t have to use so many pins to close it. It was so nice and refreshing to have sizes for curvy women to actually see how the dresses would look like.
Leslie is AMAGING! I just adore her. My friend & I had such a great time when we came here!!! <3
FOUND THE MOST GORGEOUS DRESS WITH AN EVEN PRETTIER PRICE TAG! GO HERE FOR YOUR WEDDING DRESS!! Leslie and Kaitlyn were the biggest help and i am SO appreciative of all their help!...

the same day, and, boy, did I run back to this one! Everyone I worked with to find my dress was so accommodating, kind, and made the day stress free and fun! They carry TONS of dresses and will work with you extensively to find your perfect fit - I came in with a very vague idea of what I wanted and the women at the shop hit the nail on the head with their style picks. I strongly recommend shopping here for your special day. The space is so beautiful, bright and clean. Absolutely lovely experience, and you'll be supporting a small business which is a huge win for me! The ladies at the shop are the hands down best in the industry and made every part of my day so much fun. 10/10!

I cannot say enough postive things about Bridal Galleria and Ana. I am a bride who knew exactly the look I wanted and am also plus size. When I called and made the appointment l, t...
here was a particular dress I inquired to see if they had in store so I could try it on. They didn’t have that specific dress but mentioned they had others similar. Now, I’m the Type A that has looked at ALL the designers and ALL the dresses and narrowed down to like only 5 dresses I really liked in my price range. But I figured it wouldn’t hurt to try on others just for the fun of it. I did make an appointment with another salon (rude and awful place will not be mentioned) that had the actual dress that was my top contender which was scheduled for after Bridal Galleria.
Ana was my consultant and put me in a dress I had seen online - and didn’t like it online - that was in the overall style I was going for. I LOVED it! Now, because I was plus size there were a couple of other dresses that she showed me even though I couldn’t physically try them on. She was so helpful and took the time to explain how they would look on me. Since I fell in love with the first dress I told her that I did have the second appointment and couldn’t say yes to this dress without seeing that other dress (my original #1). She actually told me to go try the other one on so that I would know for sure! She did not try to pressure me to buy at all, which I appreciated so much. She also told me that if I did want to come back, she’d try to get me in a room so I could put the dress back on and take my “Say Yes to my Dress” pic. Needless to say, I ended up not liking the other dress in person and dealing with a rude, pushy, salesy manager at the other location. I called Ana, came back, and bought my DREAM dress!!!
I bought my dress and my bridesmaids dresses at Bridal Galleria. The reason I am giving them 1 star is because they were rude to begin with. I went in looking for a certain dress, ...
but the sales associate told me they didn’t have that dress in my size. I understand I am not a thin girl, however, they could have ordered a dress in my size and let me see the original dress I wanted to see. Upon entering I felt like they would not tailor to me. I still gave them a chance and ended up finding a dress I loved. I’m so happy with my dress. My note here is, they are there to sell and make commission. Had the sales associate not been rude, I probably would have bought a more expensive dress. I did not express any anger to her rude comment and still purchased a dress here. When I decided to buy my dress and said yes to the dress, the sales associate looked shocked that I was getting a dress. It was again very rude, she thought I wasn’t going to purchase anything and it felt like maybe she thought I couldn’t afford it.
I didn’t want to purchase more dress here. The only reason we got our bridesmaids dresses there, is because we saw a dress we loved when I purchased my dress. So even after this disrespect from the sales associates, we purchased 6 more dresses at this salon.
I am also extremely disappointed with their delivery services. They are very dishonest with dates of when things will arrive. I was told my wedding dress would arrive in 6 months. My dress arrived 9 months after I ordered it. They told me my bridesmaids dresses would arrive a month before my wedding. They did not arrive until 2 weeks prior to my wedding. When I called to get an ETA delivery date, a sales associate was again rude. The sales associate told me I didn’t need to call worried about when it would arrive, because they would call me once it got there. The attitude I got was “it’ll get here when it gets here”. There was no sympathy for my concern.
I’m very disappointed and I gave them several chances to remedy their errors. I also did not argue with them or make it clear I was upset by their mistakes, because I did not want to get even ruder service from them. Even though I was not rude or retaliated like some people would have, their unkind service continued until almost up to my wedding. I will never give them my business again.
Alma is the best! I went to 2 other salons and they can’t compare with the service and dress I got! I came an hour early since I was already in the area and they were able to help ...
me. As soon as I walked in they immediately greeted me and were SO kind! You can tell Alma really just wants to find your dream dress and isn’t worried about how much you plan on spending ($1500 in my case) or what size you are (size 10). She picked a few dresses out for me and I picked a few after discussing what I was looking for. She saw one and just asked me to humor her and try it on. IT WAS THE ONE! I would’ve never even thought to try it on since it was nothing like what I came for but once it was on I couldn’t bear taking it off! Alma made me comfortable changing, gave great advice, and was very knowledgeable about the designers I was trying on. She was SO kind during the whole process and made everything go by so smoothly since I was so nervous. I love this place and would recommend them to any and everyone needing a dress! Thanks again Alma!
The ladies were extremely helpful from beginning to end. They asked for a budget and kept me in my budget all while finding my perfect dress! Never once did they try to go over my ...
budget. They also allow you to make payments on your dress up until you pick it up, which was completely helpful!

ut of dresses. I am very shy so this is a huge deal. Lizzy pulled a dress that I had pinned on pintrest, and as soon as I tried it on we both knew it was the one! I can not wait for my dress to come in. The Bridal Galleria was wonderful to work with and the Starbucks next door is for sure an added bonus, especially for cranky out of town brides.
Picking out the dress was fantastic process. But I did feel during the alterations the appointments were a bit rushed by front staff. The seamstress was super sweet.
I didn't buy my gown from Bridal Galleria, but they were the first place I tried on dresses. I cannot say enough good things about this salon. They were SO helpful and patient with...
me and my family. Being a plus size girl, I thought I was going to have a limited selection. They actually had a lot to look through! But more than that, they made me feel beautiful. I ultimately found my dress at another salon because they didn't carry the dress at Bridal Galleria, but again, I still have so many positive things to say about this salon. They truly make you feel like a special bride.
I normally don't write reviews, but I really want to step out and just let other brides know that Bridal Galleria is just simply amazing. They really went out of their way to make ...
be feel at ease and beautiful. They worked with my budget and showed me one gorgeous dress after another.
I booked my appointment for last Friday thinking it was just going to be just my 3rd bridal salon and already saying in my head, "ok, let's see where this goes." My consultant, Anna, just blew it out of the water with my first gown! They have some designers that they don't mention on their website and that are just exclusively there! They keep hush on them so the bride can really stun and be unique on her day -- my dress is SO DIFFERENT from everything out there. I love what's happening with the Israeli wedding dress designers but they are just so expensive -- here, I got a dress with just as much expert tailoring, a TO DIE FOR design (the details on this dress, OMG!), luxurious and just so perfect ... and the gown costs half what any high-end haute couture designer would cost. Believe me, I went to Houston and Dallas and THIS is the boutique you want to go to!
Needless to say, my consultant was on top of her game and brought out nothing but gowns I loved -- but I ended up with the first one :-)
The delivery time on the gown was also much quicker than in other places (most stressed 6 to 8 months and Bridal Galleria gets them in 4 to 6 months).
The store was beautiful and clean and my mom, future sister-in-law and best friend fit comfortably with me in the changing room.
Don't hesitate with this place. Run there!
They opened late this morning. The woman who unlocked the door offered no greeting to me or my maid of honor. However, when we started to look at bridesmaid dresses, she asked if w...
e had an appointment. "Yes," I replied. "I'm a little bit early. My appointment is at 11." Rather curtly, she said, "Then someone will help you at eleven." Ana, however, came up to me shortly after that and had me fill out a form with the usual questions, including the question about budget (my budget was $3,500). I found the perfect dress, or at least, had narrowed it down to two (one was $1500 and the other $1900), and went home, all excited, to tell my mom about it. (I had originally planned to buy two dresses, one for the ceremony and one for the reception, but this, like my budget, wasn't something I was going to just "volunteer".)
Well...I tried to look up the dresses online on the designer's websites, as the lady had us take pictures of the tags and couldn't find it. I was worried so I called the shop to see if they were being discontinued. All they would tell me is, no they aren't being discontinued.
They won't give me the design number so I can show it to her online. Long story short, my mom won't shell out the money without seeing the dress on the designer's website because of the risk of counterfeit gowns. Bummer. Ana was very helpful, and the dresses I fell in love with I would have never picked up off of the rack were it not for her suggestion but for some reason they don't want to tell me what dresses they are so I can show my mom - who by the way was going to pay for my dress as soon as I found "the one".
I'm thinking the reason for the refusal is because I didn't drop cash right then and there at my appointment? Maybe that is their store policy but it sucks and leads one to question whether or not the dresses were actually authentic. Sorry, Ana. I would have loved to help you earn a nice commission on a beautiful gown and veil.

Bridal Galleria is the shop you will find your dream dress at! I had a wonderful experience with Caro and Gloria. I had been to five other dress shops and had less than mediocre re...
sults. My biggest issue was size! I'm a size 14 dress and for some reason all the bridal shops I had been to only carried a handful of dresses that would fit me. I felt like they only had sizes catering to size 0-4 which is absurd being how this is San Antonio and our women have curves! I told Caro what I was looking for so she went on her way to pick a few out and told me to feel free to browse. I picked about 3 and she brought back about 5. I tried each one on which fit surprisingly well but stopped at about the 7th one. That was it, that was my dress. You hear stories of brides that say they cried when they found their one, well suffice it to say it was true for me. I literally glowed with delight when I saw myself. It was an amazing experience. I ordered it and when it came in Gloria was next in line to fit me. She's the seamstress whom I fell absolutely in love with! She has a very loving, sweet, maternal nature about her and made the whole fitting process fun. I looked forward to going back to see and converse with her on my second and third fitting. I really can't say enough wonderful things about this shop and its employees but I will say Thank You for making me feel like the most beautiful bride ever!

d "what the heck?" And made a last minute appointment. They fit me right in! Alma was my consultant and asked me some questions and then we started pulling dresses. It's like she could see my vision. She pulled a lot of dresses I fell in love with. They have a large selection and everything is reasonably priced. I ended up choosing the first dress I tried. She helped me feel confident and beautiful. This was an unforgettable experience thanks alma!!!

Muy buena sorpresa toparme con esta tienda.
Recomiendo a Bridal Galleria a 100%!

t the experience was wonderful! My consultant was super sweet, fun, and just AMAZING. She paid attention to what I had envisioned and she also suggested some gowns that she thought I might like. One of them in particular, she thought I would love (I didn't on the hanger) but then it just surprised me completely! It was MY dress!!! It was the second one I tried on and I tried on maybe 3 more, but my mom, sister and I knew it was my dress... if it weren't for her, I would have never picked it myself to try on! Overall, just a great experience! I would definitely recommend coming to Bridal Galleria for your dress!!!!

ame to visit so I could go dress shopping with my mom, mother in law to be, and sister in law to be. They made it an easy and fun appointment!
Going into wedding dress shopping I was very nervous. I hadn't had good customer service at the large wedding dress retail chain (everyone knows what I'm talking about) when getting bridesmaids dresses for other weddings. However, I am a plus size bride and I was worried about how it would work dress shopping. I called three other places that either had no plus size dresses to try on or one store who had 5 dresses that were all way out of my price range. The stores that had none said they could hold up "regular" dresses in front of me to see what I liked and then purchase it to order in my size. That sounded like a depressing experience.
But Bridal Galleria said to come on in because they had a lot of options, and they really did! They had multiple racks to choose from and so many different styles. And thank goodness, because I ended up falling in love with a dress that I would not have even considered if I couldn't try it on. The sample dresses were all about a size 18 or 20 so even if they didn't lace up/close all the way, I was still able to try them on. Bridal Galleria took away all the stress of wedding dress shopping as a plus size bride.
After ordering my dress from them and having it come in a little early, the alterations were easy going as well! They didn't have to make many alterations, as I had a dress with a lace up back, but the ladies made me feel so amazing. I didn't have my mom with me for any of the follow up appointments, which made me kinda sad, until the ladies there were do nice when I tried my dress on. Even if they do it to everyone, it felt so nice to have them tell me how beautiful I looked and how happy my groom was going to be. It was such a great experience! They have a huge size and price range, and lots of bridesmaids dresses too!
I live in Houston but found my perfect wedding dress in San Antonio visiting my sister. I was so happy with my dress, it fit right in my budget but it was STUNNING!!! The beading, ...
the skirt, the open back, wow! I felt like a princess and still do every time I think of our big day. I think the best part about Bridal Galleria though, is it's staff. The girls are so sweet, so helpful, truly a pleasure to work with. And the star of it all: Gloria. Gloria is the owner who sometimes works as seamstress and who made my dress fit perfectly. Gloria helped my maid of honor learn how to hook the little buttons that hold the train, she showed my sister how to help me put the dress on, and she gave me the biggest hug the day I finally picked it up. I could tell she was happy I was the lucky girl taking the dress home but also, I could tell she loves her job of making women's dreams come true. If you want a lovely experience, from the day you buy through the day you pick up your altered dress, I suggest you go to Bridal Galleria. Gracias Gloria!
Loved my experience. Definitely bring your own shape wear as they do not provide. My only complaint is that shimmy you out of dresses quickly, but with the extensive selections and...
otherwise excellent service I would definitely recommend. The best best best part was definitely Gloria the seamstress, I can not say enough kind things about her. She is exceptionally kind, does beautiful work, and makes you feel so incredibly special. The prices to alter were not over priced, though I didn't have a lot done other than hemming. I purchased my dress on my first visit, I purchased a dress off the floor and received a pretty decent discount and discount on my veil! Overall excellent experience, would absolutely recommend to any bride!
I went to bridal galleria just this past Saturday, after being to quite a few bridal shops, i can say this has been the best experience, my consultants name was Yessica, she knows ...
a lot about wedding gowns she is a pro, the store clean and has so much selection. i was very particular about the kind of dress i wanted, and she listened to what i wanted, she brought the perfect dresses, i was torn between two, and she pointed out the particular differences and pros and cons of each dress which made my decision even easier, and i ordered my dream dress. I got to mentioned something, i had tried on some of the same dresses in other bridal salons like bella bridal and others and the dresses where so much more affordable at bridal galleria, FOR THE SAME DRESS! Like $500-600dll difference, also i can say i was way more comfortable, they made me feel special, my mom was with me, and since we had been shopping all day, she was hungry and she is diabetic, they brought her snacks and water they were so awesome.
I had the absolute best experience at Bridal Galleria! My consultant was beyond kind and helpful. When it came to my wedding dress, it is very intricate and required a lot of work...
and alterations but Gloria assured me she would get it done, and that she did! Not only did she make me feel important and cared for every step of the way, but the way she was able to fix my dress to make it perfect for my body still blows my mind!
