If you are searching for suits for your groomsmen, this is NOT the place to go.
We were the only customers in their store and the employee we dealt with basically ignored us unti...
l it was time to pay. She was not welcoming, did not say much of anything to us, and was very rude when she did. She also took a phone call while we were asking her questions and brushed us off to the side and made us wait until she finished. She motioned to me to try on the vest and pants she hung in a stall. Aside from that, I was very surprised and disgusted when I found old crumpled trash in the pants pockets upon trying them on. I immediately told her about the issue and she just stared at me. I handed her the trash and she just threw it away and went back to ignoring us. She did not offer to clean the pants or anything. If it were not for the brides family being set on this place, I would have tossed them in her face and walked out. Either way, rentals are supposed to be clean and this place has no quality control or care about their customers. Also, do your party a favor and shop around. I just priced out the same exact same suit rental at other locations, this place charged $142 for only dirty pants, a tie, a shirt, and a vest, and others charged $149 for the full suit also including shoes, socks, and the jacket. A better (more expensive) suit at men's warehouse renting just the same options was only $90. This place charges 158% more for dirty garbage. Let that sink in. They also know that they are ripping you off because they White-out the designer name, style, and model in a pathetic attempt to keep you from price matching. It doesn't take much to read tags and find the exact same suit elsewhere with pictures online though. Took me 2 minutes. So don't waste your time even checking this place out unless you are a masochist and enjoy being treated like crap leading up to your wedding or special occasion. There are many places nearby and this one is terrible. There are many other reviews that support this experience, so definitely keep clear of this terrible business.
I had found the perfect dress in another state and ordered it through Bridal Elegance as I was getting married in WI. When the dress arrived, it was the right dress but wrong style...
. Now, this could have been a disaster, but the owner of Bridal Elegance was fantastic. She did everything she could to help and ended up having her seamstress create the dress I had envisioned. It turned out perfectly! I appreciated how they worked with me to avoid a dress disaster and make my day wonderful!
I purchased my dress (bride) and all the guys in the wedding rented their tuxedos from Bridal Elegance. Fairly priced, friendly workers, overall great experience.
They are super helpful and friendly and they have a room of inexpensive dresses (nothing wrong with them, just older styles). I had a blast!
Great selection of dresses and very friendly
I got my dress off the rack at this store and had no problems with my dress. But they did not order my bridesmaid dresses correctly. They all got different types of dresses and t...
hey ordered all the same dress. The correct dresses did not come in until 2 weeks before the wedding. On top of it they did not keep me in touch with what was happening with the dresses on a monthly basis. They also sent the one dress that was correct back to the designer even though I had asked them to keep all dress at the store just in case they other dress did not come in on time. They gave me an attitude whenever I was in there and by the end of it all I was ready to hit someone. I would never want any or my friends or family to use this store for anything.
The staff at Bridal Elegance were all very nice and helpful. My only problem was that my dress wasnt measured correctly but the seamstress I had was the best part of my entire expe...

stress -- she was WONDERFUL!!!! made me feel so comfortable when I was stading there half naked too! :) They have some of the most BEAUTIFUL dresses and a wide variety of styles. My bridesmaids also got their dresses there and received a discount since I got my dress there too. I would go back there anytime. The entire staff was wonderful!
It was very pricey.
Charged delivery fee for each item.

and was unable to make it to the wedding anymore if it wasnt for Karen I probably would have lost my head!!
Although it isn't the nicest place, they have a moderate selection of wedding dresses. My consultant did help me find the perfect wedding dress which i loved. They were also very...
helpful while finding the bridesmaids dresses. However, when i needed to get my fittings, it didn't go so well. I am in Michigan so it's hard for me to get to Wisconsin. I had a scheduled fitting when my seamstress had to cancel. Well, the store didn't get another for her place, they just said that I would have to reschedule. My wedding was in 6 weeks, I didn't have the time to reschedule. I had to take my dress somewhere else because they just wouldn't get another seamstress to come into work that day.
We went with Bridal Elegance for my wedding dress, my bridesmaids dresses, and all of the guys in the wedding party. It was a one stop shop and we got everything done! The customer...

he lady who did my alterations at the store was amazing and friendly and got it. She did a fantastic job and was the most wonderful person that I had dealt with throughout all of my wedding planning. The alterations were fantastic and reasonable! What a wonderful place to work with during such a short time!

were a few problems with with how some of the dresses were sized. One bridesmaids was 4 inches too small and my mothers was also too small. I didn't have any problems with mine. Everything was in on time and ended up great!
Lots of selections colors and deals (i.e. buy wedding dress & get discounts on bridesmaids dresses and tuxes).;Can be particular and pricey when it comes ot alterations.
