They provided services in NYC for over a decade, but are now new to The Knot platform and Philadelphia. Additionally, we're open to traveling to other states.

ith her first and she came right to my apartment, which was very convenient. She created the look I asked for and it looked amazing. I did end up changing my mind about the makeup look after the trial and wanted something a bit different, so I was a little worried how it would look on the day of the wedding as I wasn't doing another trial. On the day of the wedding, Subrina was early and ready to set up. She first did hair for my two maids of honor and then did my look. As amazing as I thought my trial look was, my wedding look was about 1000 times better. I didn't think that was even possible. It was one of the hottest days of the year, reaching almost 100 that day, I was so worried about my makeup holding up and my hair staying put. Our first dance was also a fast swing dance, where my husband had to flip me upside down, so I really needed my hair to hold through all of this and it did! Subrina made sure to do my makeup in a way that would not only hold up through the heat but also make me look fresh and glowy, without looking sweaty. Even when I thought I was sweating, my face didn't show it. I also normally don't wear much makeup so I really didn't want the cakey look a lot of brides have, and Subrina made sure to make it look natural and still look amazing in photos. My hair never lost it's volume or shape, and didn't even look like it had much hairspray in it, it looked so natural and pretty. She did an amazing job! Thank you Subrina

30th in King of Prussia, PA. I texted her my hotel room number and waited until 5 AM (Family pictures were at 7 AM) — she never showed. After five texts and multiple calls on Aug 30 and Sept 2, I finally heard from her on Sept 11, when she blamed “her assistant” for not saving the date — despite personally confirming on June 13 and taking two Venmo payments from me. I also had to ask twice to fix invoice and contract errors. I had to request my own refund. Unprofessional, unreliable, and not worth the risk.

ina took all of that and turned it into magic!! I wanted “my face but better glam” (so helpful I’m sure) - I wanted to look like the best version of me. Subrina took so much time with me for our trial, tried multiple things, and helped me figure out what I wanted. Not only that, she has the most wonderful calm energy - just so totally zen in an area of your life where you’re already freaking out - it was absolutely priceless. She made me look better than I knew I could. She gave my mom her first ever professional hair and makeup and I think my mom cried when she needed to take it off, lol. She made my natural-inclined bridesmaid look incredible, helped my glamorous matron of honor get the zhuzh she was hoping for, and even helped my brother (and man of honor) with his complexion and brows so he’d look as polished as the rest of us. All the while she was just so kind and good natured with us - absolutely worth every penny. The prices are SOO reasonable (you know how insane it can be, since you’re here reading reviews) and honestly I looked the same at 1am as I did when she finished my makeup at 4pm. It was like magic. I hope I have something fancy again sometime soon, because Subrina is officially stuck doing my makeup forever and ever. If you’re still reading this - I obviously cannot recommend Subrina enough!!

She does the same you want her to do, she listens, not like other arrogant artist, she gives extra times, doesn't act commercial like others. I found her freaking talented when I first met her, she asked me everything what I like or not, I hired her two weeks before, she contacted me every week about my preparation of wedding, dress, she sent me photos of makeup, hairstyles asking what I would like best. She was so friendly that I didn't feel like I hired her, I felt my friend is going to do my makeup.
