Liz and the team at Bridal by SHL were wonderful to work with! I found a beautiful off-the-rack gown that fit me perfectly, but I didn’t love the neckline. Liz worked with me to re...
design it, and the results were everything I’d dreamed of. The quality and attention to detail were amazing, and she made the whole process so easy and enjoyable. Definitely worth the drive from KC!
I had the best day at SHL! I walked in and felt like the most special person til I walked out. I tried on so many different styles, was able to walk around in the dresses to get a ...
feel and they told me to do a sit test on my favorite one. I wouldn’t have even thought of that! I’m so grateful for a perfect dress and day I’ll never forget!
My wedding day was the most perfect day of my life, and it wouldn’t have been without my stunning dress and the ladies who helped me find it. Bridal by SHL is a family and you trul...
y feel like one of the sisters when choosing your gown. Liz and her team go above and beyond to make the whole process seamless (get it)! I am so beyond thankful for their time spent on my gown as well as listening to any changes I wanted made. You can find your gown anywhere, but you won’t find this level of service anywhere else. They are size inclusive and have every body shape top of mind. When you’re looking for your perfect dress, definitely give Bridal by SHL a chance! 100/5 stars!
Liz and her team were wonderful to work with bringing my wedding dress from my vision to real life! From the initial day shopping with my bride squad, to finding the dress itself, ...
to creating custom sleeves that gave me the "Disney Princess" look I dreamt of for my wedding-- I couldn't say enough good things. Liz was always affirming of what I wanted, even when it was a little off the beaten path, and the results were stunning-- I had so many guests comment on how much they loved my dress and I can attribute that to Liz and her team for making it so "me." It was such a lovely collaboration and I will cherish the memories I made in that dress, from fittings to dancing the night away, for life <3
Liz and her team are amazing! They listen and do everything they can to bring your vision to life!
I had the most amazing experience with Bridal by SHL! My dress was absolutely perfect! Leading up to my wedding I lost 25 pounds unexpectedly between appointments, after my fitting...
they worked so hard and had my dress ready again for me the next week! Even with the unexpected fluctuating in my size the dress was everything I dreamed of!
You're a bride with special need, but you don't want to break the bank. Just stop here, you've found the perfect fit. Liz and her team worked hard to deliver the dress of my dreams...
and I am more than grateful to them. I live a few hours away, but they went above and beyond to accommodate me. Truly, the dress and veil were amazing!
So amazing, helpful, and encouraging! They helped me find the perfect dress and even helped us celebrate with champagne!
I cannot recommend SHL more. Liz and her team had their work cut out for them on my dress. I am much bigger in the lower part than the upper part of my body, so my dress had to be ...
ordered probably 3 sizes bigger in the chest. I then lost a significant amount of weight requiring Liz and her team to take in my dress in the lower half quite a bit more. I was also very adamant that I feel super secure in the chest area that included adding quite a few pads and what not. Liz and her team PERFORMED. My dress fit like a GLOVE. It was the perfect amount of tight in the hips and secure on the chest. I was able to sit and dance and do everything I needed to do very comfortably. It also doesn't help that I was gone for a significant amount of time during the alterations period, but Liz worked her magic, and the dress was ready and perfect with several weeks to spare. The pricing for the alterations was also extremely good. Liz also made it clear that she will make sure I love the dress before I take it home and she was true to her word!
Liz custom made my entire wedding dress! I met her at a vendor show and told her what I liked what I didn’t like and had said there’s so many dresses that I enjoy but I want to cha...
nge so many things about them, so she suggested to go to custom route, and turns out it was actually cheaper to go to custom route that it was to buy a dress off the rack and then alter it the way I want. Liz worked with me for almost a year before my wedding to design it and made it exactly how I wanted to have the dress fit! I have more of an athletic build, and wanted the straps to be more up on my shoulders, like a sports bra, compared to most of the dresses that are on the outside part of your shoulders , but I also still wanted a deep V-neck in the front and the back to show off my back, Liz did just this! She was absolutely perfect and I never had any hesitation with working with her. She also let me pick out all of the fabrics and every little detail that went into my dress, but I did ask her for her creative style as well on some things, because I am not the most knowledgeable when it comes to fashion , I have grown to become great friends with Liz and cannot thank her enough for being able to be real with me throughout this whole process and also to be a calming person to have on my side.
I can’t recommend Bridal by SHL enough. From the atmosphere and the people, to the dresses and the prices; it’s all a dream. I just picked up my wedding dress today, which was in b...
udget including alterations, and it was so bittersweet. It felt AMAZING to finally be in my dress and taking it home but so sad to not have a for sure reason to come back! Liz and team are more than I could have ever asked for. They were helpful, down to earth, kind, you name it. If you need a dress or anything just go. You won’t regret it, I promise. (Will add photos after the wedding)
